 Abstract

Organizational climate plays a pivotal role in shaping teacher satisfaction, motivation, and performance, ultimately influencing educational quality. The present study, titled "A Comparative Study of the Organizational Climate in Kendriya Vidyalayas and Navodaya Vidyalayas Based on Teachers' Years of Experience," aimed to examine differences in organizational climate perceptions among teachers from these two school systems in Himachal Pradesh. A total of 370 teachers, equally divided between Kendriya Vidyalayas8 and Navodaya Vidyalayas15, participated in the study. Descriptive statistics confirmed normality of the data, while Levene's test established homogeneity of variances, meeting the assumptions for one-way ANOVA. The results revealed no significant differences among Kendriya Vidyalaya teachers across experience levels, indicating a stable organizational climate. However, Navodaya Vidyalaya teachers exhibited significant differences: early-career teachers (0-10 years) perceived the climate most favorably, mid-career teachers (11-20 years) the least, and senior teachers (>20 years) moderately. These findings highlight that teaching experience influences organizational climate perceptions differently in the two school systems and underscore the need for targeted interventions to enhance institutional climate, particularly for mid-career educators.

 Abstract

Abstract Oral gastroretentive mucoadhesive drug delivery systems have emerged as a promising strategy to overcome the limitations associated with conventional oral dosage forms, particularly for drugs exhibiting narrow absorption windows, short biological half-lives, or pH-dependent solubility. By prolonging gastric residence time and maintaining intimate contact with the gastric mucosa, these systems enhance drug bioavailability, reduce dosing frequency, and improve therapeutic efficacy. Among various gastroretentive approaches, mucoadhesive microspheres have gained significant attention due to their multiparticulate nature, reduced risk of dose dumping, and ability to provide controlled and predictable drug release. This review comprehensively discusses the role of polymeric carriers--both natural and synthetic--in the design of oral gastroretentive mucoadhesive drug delivery systems, with emphasis on their physicochemical properties, mucoadhesive potential, and release-modulating capabilities. The fundamental mechanisms of bioadhesion, including polymer-mucus interactions and contributing theoretical models, are critically examined. Additionally, formulation strategies, multifactorial optimization approaches, and key evaluation parameters such as micromeritic properties, bioadhesive strength, swelling behaviour, and in vitro drug release kinetics are systematically reviewed. Finally, current challenges and future perspectives in the development of gastroretentive mucoadhesive microspheres are highlighted, underscoring their potential for improving oral drug delivery and expanding clinical applicability.

 Abstract

The gait pattern or the walking style of an individual plays an important role in forensic science investigation. Gait pattern means the pattern or the way in which a person walks, run , or swing the leg forward or backward. But how can a person's walking pattern helps to solve a case , here we are going to find out the aspects of gait pattern analysis on the basis of age , weight , emotion , height, pressure, and the phases of gait pattern. As an individual shows differentiation in its height , or sudden change in emotion, we can observe the change in the gait pattern . For the study , various walking patter of different heighted, and weighted individuals as a sample is taken and further analyzed to attain result of these aspects and showed in the term of charts . As a result we are going to observe the changes occurring in the gait pattern on the bases of height and emotion.

 Abstract

Data science is applied in various domains such as healthcare, finance, e-commerce, and recommendation systems, yet learners have difficulties since most platforms are scattered or focus on theory alone, with the rest giving datasets without guidance. To this end, the proposed project creates a single, interactive, click-based learning platform whereby users will be able to carry out full data science pipelines with very little coding. Domain-specific datasets shall be provided, including their simple preprocessing, model selection, automatic evaluation dashboards, and one-click deployment. The platform will also include guided workflows, reusable templates, and an AI chatbot with suggestive answers to questions, explanations of steps, and suggestions that will navigate users in building real-world projects with predefined steps. This will make the process of learning data science more practical, clear, and friendly for beginners by connecting theory with real hands-on experience in one place.

 Abstract

Healthcare systems often face challenges such as difficulty in identifying suitable doctors and inefficient appointment scheduling. To address these issues, this research proposes an AI-based smart doctor recommendation and appointment scheduling system. The system allows users to enter symptoms and receive disease predictions using machine learning algorithms. Based on the predicted disease, the system recommends appropriate doctors and enables patients to book appointments efficiently. The platform also includes additional features such as hospital location services and medical camp information. The system is developed using Python, Flask, and machine learning libraries, while cloud technologies are used for data management and deployment. By integrating artificial intelligence with healthcare services, the proposed system improves accessibility, reduces waiting time, and enhances the efficiency of patient-doctor interactions.

 Abstract

This article highlights the social and cultural significance of the 'Baha' festival of the Santal community. This spring 'Baha' festival highlights the good relationship between man and nature. The Santals do not use any new fruits, flowers, or leaves until the 'Baha' festival is held. This article discusses the rituals and ceremonies of the festival. The festival continues for three days - 'Um Maha', 'Sardimaha', and 'Baske Maha'. The village priest, who is called 'Nayke', - what is his responsibility in this festival is also discussed. Analyzing the socialist significance of the festival, it is seen that in this festival, everyone, regardless of the rich or poor of the village, forgets personal interests and conflicts and comes together and the sense of social solidarity increases among them. Analyzing from the perspective of environmental sociology, it is also seen that it is an unwritten social rule of nature and conservation. Unlike modern society, it shows a nature-centered sense of life. The customs of this festival highlight the historical customs of the Santals. The expression of loyalty to traditional leadership highlights their loyalty. There is also a clear but mutually respectful division of labor between men and women. This has a significant impact on the socialization of children from adults. This article highlights how this festival has a significant impact not only as a celebration of joy, but also as a means of maintaining one's own cultural heritage and existence.

 Abstract

This paper deals with the existence of the libration points lying on the plane of motion of the four bodies forming kite but not lying on the axis of symmetry of the kite. Here the work of Hassan,M.R.(2023) and Khatun M.et al(2024) have been followed to establish the equation of motion of the infinitesimal mass moving in the gravitational field of the kite of the first kind and to discuss the existence of Libration points by using Python.

 Abstract

The smaller nations often face challenges from powerful neighbouring countries. In the globalized era, nations with limited resources, weak diplomacy, and political instability are frequently compelled to yield to stronger powers, especially when those powers are immediate neighbours. Nepal and Bhutan, two landlocked Least Developed Countries (LDCs), caught between China, a global power, and India, a regional power. India's relations with its Himalayan Neighbours- Nepal and Bhutan, are shaped by shared history, culture, geography, and strategic imperatives. Both nations, while relatively small in terms of size and influence, hold immense geopolitical significance for India's security and foreign policy. Nepal and Bhutan lie in a region of growing global attention due to China's expanding influence, making these relationships critical in the current international landscape. From the perspective of a big country like India, maintaining harmonious and strategic relations with its smaller neighbours is essential to secure its borders, ensure economic integration, and counterbalance China's growing influence. For smaller nations like Nepal and Bhutan, navigating their foreign policies between two powerful neighbours - India and China is a matter of safeguarding their sovereignty, maximizing developmental benefits, and addressing domestic political imperatives. Despite similarities, Nepal maintains bilateral relations with both neighbours, while Bhutan aligns exclusively with India, avoiding ties with China. This research explores the bilateral dynamics between India and these two Himalayan neighbours, focusing on their geopolitical, economic, domestic politics and cultural aspects, with an emphasis on comparative analysis.
