 Abstract

Staphylococcus caprae, reported as human pathogen was first described to be present in goat milk in 1983.The current study was undertaken to determine the presence of S. caprae in goat milk procured from different regions of Surat city located in South Gujarat. Five samples of goat milk were obtained from different dairies of Surat. Isolated bacterial strains were characterized on basis of colony morphology, gram reaction and motility. The gram positive, non-motile, cocci isolates were further tested for catalase and oxidase production. A total of 05 isolates found to be catalase-positive and oxidase-negative were provisionally identified as Staphylococcus caprae. Molecular identification using 16S rRNA sequence was carried out. The sequence was used to carry out BLAST with the database of NCBI GenBank. Based on maximum identity score first fifteen sequences were selected and aligned using multiple sequence alignment software programs. The strain was found to be Staphylococcus caprae based on nucleotide homology analysis.

 Abstract

Abstract: In recent times, many home automation techniques have been adopted by us so as to make our lives more comfortable. These systems were based on the technology of Internet of Things (IoT) but were found to be very costly for common man. To overcome these challenges, we have proposed an adaptable, versatile, and secure Home automation framework that may even ease the lives of the incapacitated population with disabilities. The proposed system has been designed mainly to help the semi incapacitated or incapacitated individuals in running the home appliances independently using either phone, voice commands or hand gestures. The user runs an Android mobile application or wears a glove that sends signals to the micro-controller, thus operating the various appliances under control. In addition to switching ON or OFF the device, the gesture recognition module has a velostat attached that helps to even control the speed of the device. Using this system, the disabled people can also control the appliances from anywhere, anytime independently with minimal technicalities.

 Abstract

The main aim in designing our project is to provide continuous power supply for the load with the three different sources (Mains, Solar, Generator). No person is needed to pick any available source to supply to load. During this system, the AC mains is employed continuously as supply to the load, if by some cause AC mains power supply fails then load gets supply from Solar. We are using generator as third option of power supply to take care of continuous power supply. When three sources are failed to supply the power to the load then we will get intimated by buzzer.

 Abstract

A meat analogous is a meat substitute of meat for people consuming vegan products . It is also called as faux-meat ,mock meat,vegan meat ,meat alternative which contains the characteristics ie.flavour , texture,colour,taste,nutrition same as the meat. Meat is always considers as the product having high protein content and good nutrition benefits as well,which is beneficial for human health.But on the other hand vegetarian people are not able to consume it. The plant based protein are consumed by people since many years and the studies have been taken to make it better and nutritive. Developing a new food products for vegan to the consumers is a challenge. However, it is even more complex when these new foods to develop is an meat substitute products that are highly appreciated and accepted, like meat. This challenge was accepted by many developers to develop new sustainable meat substitutes to reduce the negative environmental impact of industrial-scale meat production for human consumption. Due to the animal diseases, global shortage of animal protein, global warming the demand and need of plant based protein has increased, Happily there is an increasing importance of legume, oil-seed proteins in the manufacturing of various functional food products due to their high-protein contents and texture. However, the greatest obstacle to utilize these legumes and oil-seeds is the presence of antinutrients present in them , though these can successfully removed or inactivated by employing certain processing methods. Legumes and oil-seeds provide well-balanced amino acid profiles when consumed with cereals ,Soybean proteins and other plant proteins have been used for preparation of meat analogues successfully.
