Graphene sandwich structures have emerged as a versatile platform for advanced electrochemical, electronic and sensing devices owing to their tuneable interfacial physics and multilayer architectural synergy. Data for the analysis has been retrieved from the Web of Science core collection database, covering the period from 2004 to 2025, resulting in 949 documents. In this study a comprehensive keyword-based bibliometric analysis of graphene sandwich structures has been undertaken. Three complementary keyword analysis methods viz. keyword co-occurrence analysis, thematic mapping and factorial analysis have been used to uncover the intellectual structure and emerging trends of graphene sandwich structures. The co-occurrence network reveals dominant research clusters on mechanical reinforcement, energy storage, sensing, and multifunctional composites. Thematic map analysis provides deeper insight into the maturity and relevance of research themes by classifying them into motor, basic, niche, and emerging/declining themes. Factorial analysis further elucidates the conceptual relationships between keywords, enabling the classification of research directions into distinct knowledge domains. Vosviewer software is employed to generate the visualization maps and Biblioshiny was employed to quantify the structural prominence, bridging capacity and strategic influence of core keywords within the knowledge network analysis of the data through the network centrality indicators like betweenness, closeness and PageRank centralities. A key contribution of this work lies in systematically mapping these keyword clusters to their corresponding application potentials, followed by linking these applications to real-world products. This integrated framework provides valuable insights into the translational trajectory of graphene sandwich structures from fundamental research to industrial implementation, offering guidance for future research and innovation strategies.

The present study focuses on examining the awareness, implementation, and effectiveness of the POSH Act in organizations located in Vadodara city. The research aims to assess whether employees are adequately informed about their rights, whether organizations comply with statutory requirements, and whether the Internal Committees established under the Act function effectively and impartially. The study also seeks to understand the perceptions of employees regarding workplace safety and the challenges faced in reporting incidents of harassment. A mixed-method research approach was adopted for this study, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques. Primary data was collected through structured questionnaires administered to 50 respondents, including employees, Human Resource professionals, and Internal Committee members. Secondary data was obtained from legal documents, government publications, academic literature, and organizational policies. This methodological approach enabled the researcher to capture both measurable trends and deeper insights into organizational practices and employee experiences. The findings of the study indicate that while awareness of the POSH Act exists among employees, the depth of understanding remains limited. Many employees are unfamiliar with procedural aspects such as complaint mechanisms, investigation timelines, and legal rights. The study further reveals that fear of retaliation, lack of trust in Internal Committees, and organizational culture are major barriers that discourage reporting of harassment incidents. Additionally, the emergence of digital communication platforms has introduced new forms of harassment, such as inappropriate messages and online misconduct, which require updated policies and preventive strategies. The study concludes that effective implementation of the POSH Act requires a proactive organizational approach that goes beyond mere legal compliance. Continuous awareness programs, transparent grievance mechanisms, leadership commitment, and employee participation are essential to create a safe and respectful workplace environment. Strengthening institutional accountability and fostering a culture of dignity and equality can significantly enhance the effectiveness of the POSH framework.

In light of growing exposure to digital media, this review paper investigates the connection between parasocial bonding, body image, and self-esteem. The emergence of social networking sites has increased the prevalence of parasocial relationships, which are characterized as one-sided psychological attachments to media personalities. Such interactions may affect people's perceptions of themselves and their appearance, especially among young adults, according to prior research. With an emphasis on self-esteem and body image dissatisfaction, this paper summarizes the body of research on parasocial bonding and its psychological effects. The review emphasizes the benefits and drawbacks of parasocial engagement, such as internalization of idealized standards, social comparison, and emotional fulfilment. Research findings are inconsistent, with some studies reporting strong correlations and others showing weak or non-significant ones. The necessity of more research examining moderating factors like social comparison, media literacy, and cultural context is emphasized in the paper's conclusion.

Abstract: Background: Preconception care (PCC) is critical for optimizing maternal and fetal health, yet awareness remains low among young women. College-aged women represent a key demographic for PCC interventions. Objectives: To assess knowledge and risk factors regarding preconceptional health among college women and to determine associations with socio-demographic variables. Methods: A quantitative, cross-sectional evaluatory study was conducted among 100 female nursing students aged 18-25 in Bhopal, selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected using a demographic proforma, a 15-item Preconception Knowledge Evaluation Tool (PKET), and a 35-item Risk Factor Diagnostic Scale (RFDS). Analysis used descriptive statistics and Chi-square test (p < 0.05). Results: 93% of participants had moderate to high knowledge, yet 77% were at moderate to high risk. Behavioural and lifestyle history (62%) and mental health (48%) were the predominant risk domains. A significant association was found between education level and risk levels (p = 0.026). No significant associations were found between knowledge and any socio-demographic variables. Conclusion: A significant knowledge-practice gap exists among nursing students. Despite good theoretical knowledge, high-risk behaviours persist, particularly in lifestyle and mental health domains. Structured PCC education and wellness programs are urgently needed in nursing curricula.

"The advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the banking sector is perhaps the most profound technological change the profession has seen." The research paper aims to discuss the impact of artificial intelligence on cost reduction and the achievement of greater efficiencies within the banking industry of the private sector. While the advent of artificial intelligence represents a profound change to the Indian financial system, research examining the impact of AI within the Western Vidarbha region of the state of Maharashtra represents a noticeable absence within the academic literature. Thus, though studies at the national level prove the benefits of the adoption of AI in the banking sector of India as a whole, the detailed information available at the regional level for the Western Vidarbha region, which covers the districts of Amravati, Akola, Yavatmal, Buldhana, and Washim, is not available in scholarly studies. This level of geographical specificity is not normally within the scope of scholarly studies, which normally focus on the macro-level situation or large-scale adoption in major banking institutions such as HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, AXIS bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IDFC First Bank, or the assessment of the situation at the level of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or the NITI Aayog.

An Automated Fire Monitoring and Electrical Control System using Raspberry Pi and Image Processing is presented to enhance safety in fire-prone environments. A USB camera captures images of the surroundings, which are processed by the Raspberry Pi to detect fire using image analysis techniques. Once fire is detected, a relay-based electrical actuation system is triggered to operate a fan, providing an immediate suppression mechanism. An LCD display is employed to present system status and fire alerts, ensuring effective user interaction. The integration of Raspberry Pi with relay control and electrical actuation enables rapid response, reduces the need for manual intervention, and improves system reliability. By combining vision-based detection with automated electrical control, the system offers an efficient and practical solution for fire monitoring and safety applications. This approach is suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial environments where early detection and automatic intervention are essential to minimize risks and prevent severe damage.

The global surge in electric vehicle (EV) adoption has introduced unique challenges in trip planning, primarily driven by constrained battery ranges and unevenly distributed charging infrastructure. Conventional navigation platforms are engineered for traditional vehicles and fail to address EV-specific requirements such as real-time battery feasibility analysis and en-route charging station availability. This paper introduces TRIPPER, an intelligent EV navigation mobile application designed to support safe and optimized journey planning for electric vehicle users. The system integrates road-network-based routing, battery range evaluation, and charging station identification through open-source geospatial technologies. Developed on the Flutter framework, the application employs the OSRM API for route computation and OpenStreetMap for map rendering and charging point data. Firebase services provide user authentication and cloud data storage. The system assesses route viability by comparing computed travel distances against available battery capacity and notifies users whenever intermediate charging becomes necessary. Experimental validation demonstrates high accuracy in route distance estimation and reliable charging station detection, enabling EV operators to travel with greater confidence and safety.
