The process of repairing damaged tissues through the replacement of malfunctioning, damaged cellular structures is known as wound healing. For millennia, natural substances have been utilized extensively to cure wounds. Studies of natural compounds for wound healing uses were presented in a number of published publications, which divided the methods according to many categories such traits, bioactivities, and modes of action. Nonetheless, recent research offers summaries of natural substances derived solely from plants or animals. Strong antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and immunomodulatory qualities have been demonstrated for a variety of natural substances obtained from plant or animal sources. By creating multipurpose bioactive wound dressings, these substances may help control wound healing. However, due to their sensitivity, bioavailability, and contact allergies, many of these substances-especially essential oils and phytochemicals-cannot be used in their free form, which could hinder their application in wound healing.

The field of medicine is encountering an issue with automatic diagnosis of diseases due to the rapid growth in population dentistry. The AI based models can help the medical specialists in the diseases and assists in providing the efficient treatment which decreases the mortality rate. Skin cancer (particularly melanoma) is a life-threatening type of cancer with a very high rate of metastasis and rapid progression. Globally, approximately 3.5 million cases are assessed every year, across types, including basal cell carcinoma, melanoma, and vascular-associated skin malignancies. Traditionally, dermoscopy images are used by experts to manually recognize skin cancer. Experts visually review, biopsy, and assess histopathological features. This strategy is labor-intensive and time-consuming and need an automated detection tool for the early detection of skin cancer. This paper proposes a model for skin cancer prediction based on convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and its advancements which have shown high prediction rate for classification. This research paper focuses around skin cancer progression prognosis (diagnostic) with implementation of AI models to dermatoscopic images. Key performance indicators are used to evaluate the model performance such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score. Furthermore, this paper introduce the model outputs by visualizing heat maps which allow for a deeper understanding of how and why the model makes certain prediction, which in turn aids in boosting trustworthy diagnosis in clinics. Finally, some directions on future research are provided- model refinement, increasing of the size of the datasets for training, and interpretable and ethically-aligned AI models appropriate for deployment in diverse clinical environments. Thus, this study is a step closer to attaining the full potential of AI in early skin cancer diagnosis.

Bryophyllum pinnatum (Lam.) (Crassulaceae) is a perennial and widely used divine herb. Though it is not a native of India, it was introduced into the country by Europeans as an ornamental plant. Gradually it started finding its use in Indian traditional systems of medicine like Ayurveda, Unani and Homoeopathy. Experiments were undertaken to study the compatibility of standard Murashige and Skoog medium fortified with different PGRs (BA, IAA and NAA) with Bryophyllum pinnatum (Lam.) using leaf as explants. Their concerned explants viz. Leaf incorporated on Murashige and skoog media containing 0-1mg/l IAA, 0-1mg/l NAA in combination with 0-1mg/l BA. Results showed in one month the high compatibility of MS media supplemented with 0.4 mg/l BA and 1 mg/l IAA Bryophyllum pinnatum (Lam.) developed completely rooted plantlets. The regenerated plantlets were hardened and successfully transferred to soil and grown to maturity.

This study investigates the impact of United States tariff policies on buyer-seller relationships in the Tirupur garment sector. Using a pilot study based on 93 respondents, the research evaluates how tariff-induced cost pressures affect trust, communication, pricing negotiations, and contract continuity. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, chi-square test, correlation, ANOVA, and t-test are employed. The findings reveal moderate pricing pressure and profit margin reduction, along with mixed effects on buyer-seller relationships. While tariffs significantly affect operational aspects, statistical evidence shows limited direct impact on relational variables, indicating the role of multiple external factors. The study contributes to bridging the gap between trade policy and relationship marketing.

The accounting and finance profession in India today stands at a crossroads that is more human than technical. Beneath the surface of rigorous deadlines, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation lies a quieter, more personal crisis: the mental exhaustion of the very professionals who uphold the nation's financial architecture. This article argues that wellness -- defined here as the intentional, sustained management of occupational stress and psychological health -- is not a peripheral benefit but a core professional responsibility for practitioners across all disciplines: Chartered Accountants, finance managers, tax professionals, compliance officers, and educators alike. Drawing on evidence from occupational psychology, national mental health research, and the contextual realities of Indian professional environments, a structured three-tier framework is proposed for embedding mental health practices within organisations. Two recently published studies in the International Journal of Creative Research Thoughts (IJCRT) provide empirical grounding from the Indian professional context. The framework addresses policy architecture, cultural leadership, and individual resilience, and its recommendations are deliberately scaled to suit both large organisations and single-practitioner setups. The paper concludes that sustainable professional excellence -- whether measured by ethical quality, innovation capacity, or career longevity -- begins with the mental well-being of the person behind the professional.

Abstract The Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP), introduced under the National Education Policy 2020, marks a significant reform in teacher education in India by promoting a holistic and multidisciplinary approach. This study examines curriculum innovation under ITEP and its effectiveness in enhancing teacher competencies, multidisciplinary learning, and classroom readiness. A descriptive and analytical research design was adopted, with data collected from 70 respondents, including 50 pre-service teachers and 20 teacher educators. Statistical analyses, including mean, standard deviation, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation, were applied. The findings reveal that ITEP is effective in promoting interdisciplinary learning and professional skills, with pre-service teachers demonstrating a more favourable perception than teacher educators. A strong positive correlation between multidisciplinary learning and teaching competency was also observed. Challenges such as limited infrastructure, inadequate faculty training, and resistance to change were identified. The study concludes that ITEP has the potential to transform teacher education in India, but its success depends on systematic implementation, institutional support, and continuous evaluation.

A monsoon dependent region critically faces high environmental stress when the rainfall pattern of that region shows significant variation. This research work critically evaluates how over a 13 years period of time the environmental stress has been increased significantly in the Balasore district of Odisha due to variation in rainfall mechanism. To justify this, geospatial data sets such as LST, NDVI, NDMI and rainfall data of 13 years i.e. 2013 to 2025 of Balasore district were integrated to assess the environmental stress across the region. This research work also applies quantitative statistical techniques such as Coefficient of Variation (CV) and Mann-Kendall trend test, to analyses the rainfall anomalies. Through these two techniques, the trend of rainfall whether increasing or decreasing along with fluctuation percentage throughout the study region have been assessed. Additionally, the findings of the study also evaluate the intensity of environmental stress and ecological imbalance associated with climatic heterogeneities. The integrated environmental stress map also highlights the spatial hotspots and vulnerable zones. As a whole, this research work provides significant insights for environmental sustainability, resource management and copping mechanism to reduce climatic induced environmental stress.

The Air pollution has become one of the most critical envirommental concern increasing industrialisation, vehicle emission and indoor pollutants. Which Directly impacts to human health, the ecosystem, and the climate. To address this, an Advanced Pollution Control and Monitoring System is proposed. It integrates smart sensing, automatic control, and lot based data communication. The system employs a combination of gas sensors (for CO2,NH3,NO), particulate matter sensors and environmental sensors (temperature, humidity, ) to provide real-ime measurement of air quality parameters.A microcontroller unit (ESP32/Raspberry Pi) processes the sensor data, calculates the Air Quality Index and applies intelligent decision-making algorithms. When pollutant levels exceed safe thresholds, the system automatically activates actuators such as exhaust fans, air purifiers, or industrial filters through relay control, thereby reducing local pollution levels. By integrating loT connectivity, and automatic pollution control, this project offers a scalable solution for smart homes, industries, and smart city applications, contributing to sustainable environmental management.
