The Integrated Vehicle Health Management system with Adaptive Speed Control and Object Sensing is designed to improve vehicle safety, reliability, and maintenance efficiency through real-time monitoring and intelligent control. The system uses embedded sensors and a microcontroller platform to continuously monitor key vehicle parameters such as engine temperature, battery voltage, tire pressure, vibration, and brake condition. It analyzes sensor data to detect abnormal conditions and provides warning alerts while automatically limiting vehicle speed to prevent damage. As ultrasonic sensor-based obstacle detection mechanism measures the distance between the vehicle and nearby objects and dynamically adjusts speed or initiates braking to avoid collisions. This integrated approach enhances driver safety, reduces mechanical failures, and improves vehicle lifespan.

The decision for transition from an online only retailer to a click and brick retailer was purely customer demand driven, stated by the retailers while the semi-structured interview conducted with 11 Retailers in Kerala, who have come across this transition process. The retailers perceived this expansion as vital for gaining customers trust, to create a better shopping experience and to ensure active customer engagement with the brand. This qualitative research paper examines the major challenges, trade-offs and operational benefits derived from the business model transition. The study found that, financial constraints, seasonal issues, creation of dead stock, and remote location are the major challenges faced and this transition has resulted in operational benefits like increased brand visibility, increased market share, and also it helped them identify the customer's needs and wants. The present study will draw further inferences based on existing literature, semi-structured interview results, and case study evidences. The paper employs a thematic analysis based on Braun & Clarke six step reflexive process, and done coding using NVivo software version 15.

The concept of bail lies at the very foundation of criminal jurisprudence, embodying the delicate balance between safeguarding individual liberty and ensuring the effective administration of justice. Rooted in the old French word baillier, meaning "to give or deliver," bail has evolved through judicial interpretation rather than statutory definition under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, and now finds codified expression in the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. Bail represents not absolute freedom but conditional release, transferring custody from the State to sureties or personal bonds, thereby securing the accused's presence before the court. As Justice V. R. Krishna Iyer emphasized, bail is not merely a procedural formality but a constitutional safeguard against arbitrary detention. Article 21 of the Indian Constitution enshrines the right to life and personal liberty, while Article 11 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights reinforces the presumption of innocence, both serving as normative anchors for bail jurisprudence. Landmark judgments such as State of Rajasthan v. Balchand , Hussainara Khatoon v. State of Bihar , and Satender Kumar Antil v. CBI have consistently reaffirmed that bail is the rule and jail the exception. This paper explores the statutory framework under BNSS, judicial pronouncements, and doctrinal underpinnings of bail and bond provisions, highlighting their role in balancing public safety with the fundamental right to personal freedom.

Social support has always been one of those quiet but powerful threads that hold human lives together. From the moment we are born, we rely on others - family, friends, colleagues, even strangers in moments of crisis - to help us navigate the ups and downs of existence. In psychology, this concept is far more than just having people around; it is the perception that help is available when needed, combined with the actual resources one receives and how one uses them. Over the decades, researchers have shown that strong social support can buffer stress, protect mental health, and even improve physical outcomes. Yet in today's India, where rapid urbanization, nuclear families, and digital lifestyles are reshaping relationships, the nature of that support is changing in ways we are only beginning to understand.

This research study examines how parasocial relationships formed between social media users and influencers impact consumer buying behaviour. With the rise of platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, influencers have become key communicators in marketing through relatable and engaging content. As users repeatedly interact with influencer content, they develop one-sided emotional connections, which influence their trust and perception of endorsed products. The study aims to determine the presence and strength of these relationships and analyse how they affect purchase decisions. It also compares the impact of micro influencers and celebrity influencers. Primary data was collected through a structured questionnaire from 53 Gen Z and young adult respondents. The findings indicate that parasocial relationships are common and significantly influence consumer behaviour. Trust and authenticity were found to be key factors affecting purchase intention, with micro influencers being perceived as more relatable and credible. The study concludes that emotional connections with influencers play a crucial role in shaping consumer decision-making in the digital marketplace.

Teacher satisfaction plays a vital role in determining educational quality and overall institutional effectiveness. This review study examines the relationship between job satisfaction, life satisfaction, and teaching effectiveness among school teachers across aided, unaided, and private educational settings. The study synthesizes existing literature to identify key institutional factors (salary, job security, working conditions, administrative support) and personal factors (age, gender, emotional stability, professional commitment) influencing teacher satisfaction. Findings indicate that teachers in government and aided institutions generally exhibit higher satisfaction levels due to stable employment conditions. Additionally, a positive association is observed between life satisfaction and teaching effectiveness, suggesting that satisfied teachers demonstrate greater professional commitment and improved instructional practices. The review also identifies gaps in existing research, particularly the limited focus on life satisfaction and psychological determinants such as work-life balance and emotional intelligence. The study highlights the need for integrated approaches to enhance teacher well-being and educational outcomes.

Education is also instrumental in creating a more equal and just society since it empowers women in various aspects. The paper discusses how education is a strong instrument of changing the lives of women through making them more confident, more aware, and self-reliant. It postulates that education does not just involve the acquisition of knowledge but it also empowers women to be in a position to make informed choices, oppose social inequalities and even contribute to social, economic, and political aspects. It allows women to be more conscious of their rights and opportunities and thus they can overcome traditional restrictions and discrimination. The paper also brings out the fact that educated women are important to the health of their families and communities thus forming a cycle of healthy social development. Simultaneously, it addresses the current issues of low level of education access, social restriction and economic limitations still impeding the development of women. In general, as it is stressed in the paper, women need to be empowered through education, and an inclusive and balanced society, and more efforts should be made to make sure that women have equal access to education.
