Abstract: Cancer is a group of diseases that involves abnormal growth of cells, with the potential to occupy or spread to different parts of the body. Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women worldwide, endangering both their physical and mental well-being. Usually, the cancer treatment involves chemotherapy and radiotherapy, but they consist of a great deal of several drawbacks like increasing toxicity, unselectivity, and comparative lack of solubility in targeted cells. Nowadays, the application of nanotechnology in treatment of breast cancer received more attention. Basically, the tumors can be targeted or cured using nanoparticles. Nanoparticles like liposomes, polymeric nanoparticles, micelles, solid lipid nanoparticles, and gold nanoparticles are introduced in the targeted cell to cure the breast cancer. Nanoparticles consist of unique physio-chemical properties, which enhance drug delivery systems and sustained release of the drugs. They basically activate the immune cell against the tumors. Currently, the major type of breast cancer seen among the women is triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), which is nothing but the absence of estrogen, progesterone, and epidermal growth factor type 2 receptor; for this, the use of nanoparticles is preferred. As well, there are numerous advantages to the nanotechnology-based targeted drug delivery system over chemotherapy, which helps in the treatment of cancer and in building a quality life. A combination of phytochemical and chemotherapeutic agents with nanotechnology will have a greater impact on the treatment of breast cancer in the future. In this review, we have been given the outline and clinical use of nanoparticles in therapy and diagnosis of breast cancer and also various studies categorized for breast cancer cell lines into the different groups that complicate our comprehension of cell line classification.

The increasing demand for on-demand home services has exposed inefficiencies in traditional service-matching platforms, including unbalanced service provider distribution and suboptimal response times. This paper proposes an AI-driven service- matching platform that utilizes Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (DBSCAN) to dynamically allocate service providers based on real-time geospatial demand and provider availability. Unlike traditional systems, our approach identifies high-density service regions and low-service areas, ensuring efficient allocation and reduced wait times. The platform incorporates predictive analytics and dynamic pricing models to optimize resource allocation and enhance customer experience. A trust-based ranking algorithm further ensures that service provider selection is based on historical performance, customer ratings, and reliability metrics. Experimental simulations using real-world datasets demonstrate that our method improves service fulfilment speed by 30% and balances provider workload distribution, outperforming existing heuristic-based approaches. The proposed framework is highly scalable and adaptable to future enhancements, including IoT-integrated smart home automation and blockchain-based service verification.

Non-biodegradable trash in water bodies is a problem that gets far less attention than air pollution when people think of pollution. Water pollution in India is largely caused by the accumulation of plastic waste on the surfaces of rivers and lakes. 90% of the plastic debris that enters the ocean comes from ten rivers, including the Ganga, Indus, and Brahmaputra. According to Latest News, there have also been reports of similar debris contaminating nearby lakes and canals (called "nalas"), which has reduced water supplies and limited access to clean water. Tamil Nadu, Punjab, and Maharashtra produced the most plastic garbage in India between 2015 and 2024. The largest volumes of plastic debris are found in the Indus, Ganga, and Brahmaputra rivers, whereas in water levels in New Delhi fall by an average of nine feet every year, and the Indus, Ganga, and Brahmaputra rivers carry the most plastic pollution. In order to solve this problem, a shore-wide water surface cleaning robot is being created to find and gather trash, assisting in the efficient cleaning of water bodies. The system integrates solar energy for sustainability, this creative solution which is managed through a mobile application, integrates preventive and curative measures that are crucial for environmental preservation and water saving.
