As firms embrace digital transformation, E-HRM has emerged as an important tool for optimizing HR processes like recruitment, training, performance reviews, and compensation management. The purpose of this study is to evaluate E-HRM's effectiveness in improving workforce management and lowering administrative responsibilities. The study uses a descriptive methodology that includes both primary and secondary data sources. A standardized questionnaire was utilized to collect responses from 150 employees, and the results show that E-HRM increases productivity, improves collaboration, and boosts overall job satisfaction. Despite these benefits, some LanceSoft departments continue to use traditional HR processes. The report emphasizes the importance of widespread adoption of E- HRM and suggests that staff receive sufficient training to optimize its benefits. The findings show that E-HRM not only helps to reduce effort and time commitment, but it also empowers employees by offering self-service choices and expediting HR operations. Organizations that have used E-HRM have seen increased operational efficiency and goal attainment. However, a gap still exists in completely integrating these digital HR solutions across all sectors. The study finds that increasing the use of E-HRM and providing proper employee training can improve organizational effectiveness and employee enjoyment.

Education is a powerful tool that shapes societal values, beliefs, and behaviors. Among the many aspects of education, gender sensitization plays a critical role in fostering equality and inclusivity. Gender sensitivity in education refers to the awareness, recognition, and integration of gender-equitable practices in teaching and learning environments. This study explores the gender sensitivity of pre-service teachers by assessing their awareness, attitudes, and preparedness to address gender-related issues in classrooms. Conducted through a survey of 30 pre-service teachers, this research analyzes their perspectives on gender equality and their readiness to implement inclusive teaching methodologies. The findings suggest that while many pre-service teachers exhibit a high level of gender sensitivity, there remain areas that require further development, particularly in handling gender biases and designing gender-inclusive curricula. The study underscores the importance of integrating structured gender sensitization training within teacher education programs to ensure that future educators have the necessary tools to promote gender equity in education.

The stock market is a complex and dynamic economic system that is influenced by many factors, making accurate prediction a challenging task. In this research, we present a machine learning-based approach to predict the stock market using a long-term short-term memory (LSTM) network. Our model benefits from historical share price data, technical indicators, and emotional analysis to provide investors with data-driven insights. The proposed system uses Python and Streamlit, which integrate economic APIs for real data creation. Our experimental results suggest that the LSTM models perform better with traditional statistical methods for predicting the trends of shared courses. This letter discusses function, implementation, challenges, and potential future promotion to improve predicting accuracy.

Abstract The rice weevil (Sitophilus oryzae) is a major pest affecting stored rice and other grains worldwide. As a primary grain infester, it significantly impacts food security and economic stability by causing quantitative and qualitative losses. The weevil undergoes a complete metamorphosis, with larvae developing inside the grain, making early detection challenging. Infestations result in weight reduction, nutrient loss, and potential fungal contamination, leading to deteriorated grain quality and market rejection. This paper explores the ecological adaptability of S. oryzae, the extent of damage it causes, and effective management strategies. Key infestation symptoms include hollowed grains, powdery residues, and increased grain heating. Control measures include chemical fumigation, biological control using parasitoids and entomopathogenic fungi, and physical treatments such as hermetic storage and temperature manipulation. Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies combining preventive measures, proper storage conditions, and eco-friendly alternatives are recommended to minimize economic losses. Recent advancements in pest control, including nanotechnology-based insecticides and genetic resistance research, offer promising solutions for long-term management. This study emphasizes the need for sustainable approaches to mitigate rice weevil infestations, ensuring food security and minimizing dependence on chemical pesticides.

In Chronic disease Homeopathy treat the case from base and from the inner manner. On the basis of homeopathic principle for curing chronic diseases. For rational curing of chronic disease Hahnemann failed to cure them in his time. He also found that there must be another cause than the presenting disease picture. There must be an obstacle which hinders the curing process and relapsing the sufferings. His greatest discovery was chronic disease, he gave the idea of chronic disease in his book named 'The chronic disease their peculiar nature and their Homeopathic cure''. In this work Hahneman simplify to understand the chronic disease and the fundamental cause that is Miasm and its homeopathic cure. In this book he talked about many conditions about the three Miasm and the indication and their particular treatment. This is the sole of every homeopath, and help to find out the reason behind chronic disease keenly.

Poetry is an imitation of Nature but the imagination and the passions are a part of man's nature. We shape things according to our wishes and fancies, without poetry; but poetry is the most emphatical language that can be found for those creations of the mind 'which ecstasy is very cunning'. Neither a mere description of natural objects, nor a mere delineation of natural feelings, however distinct or forcible, constitutes the ultimate end and aim of poetry, without the heightening of the imagination. Poetry puts a spirit of life and motion into the universe. Poetry does not define the limits of sense, or analyse the distinctions of the understandings, but signifies the excess of the imagination, beyond the actual or ordinary impression of any object or feelings. Poetry is the high wrought enthusiasm of fancy and feeling. The storm of passion lays bare and shows us the rich depths of the human soul: the whole of our existence, the sum total of our passions and pursuits, of that which we desire. For poetry idea is everything the rest is a world of illusion, of divine illusion. Poetry attaches its emotion to the idea; the idea is the fact. The strongest part of our religion today is its unconscious poetry.

This paper examines feminist themes in Jane Austen's Emma (1815) and Charles Dickens's Bleak House (1852-1853) to explore how gender influences the portrayal of women's autonomy, societal expectations, and empowerment in 19th-century literature. While Austen presents feminism through Emma Woodhouse's self-awareness and agency, Dickens critiques institutionalized patriarchy but often reinforces traditional gender norms. Comparing these perspectives highlights the contrasting approaches of male and female authors in representing feminist concerns.
