The increasing concern over plastic waste and environmental sustainability has led to the exploration of biodegradable and edible alternatives for single-use packaging. This study focuses on developing and evaluating edible cups as an eco-friendly substitute for conventional disposable cups. Made from natural ingredients such as wheat flour, cornstarch, and plant-based sweeteners, these cups are designed to be both functional and consumable. The research examines their structural integrity, heat resistance, and consumer acceptance through experimental trials and surveys. Results indicate that edible cups can withstand hot and cold beverages for a reasonable duration while offering a palatable taste experience. Furthermore, consumer feedback highlights a positive response towards the concept, particularly in reducing plastic waste. This study concludes that edible cups present a promising solution to the environmental challenges posed by single-use plastics and recommends further research on scalability, cost-effectiveness, and flavour enhancements.

Nurse in Healthcare industry has to do lot of activities in the Hospitals. They have to do Consultation and diagnosis, helping patients, patient wellness and take care of emotional, social, physical, cognitive and spiritual needs of the patient's family members. Apart from these, the nurse has to communicate with the patient and family members and clears their doubt about the health condition of the patient. After doctor consultation, nurse duty to prevent medication errors and ensures patients receive the correct treatment and therapy. Nurses take care of their patients in hospitals like a mother take care of their children. The care delivered to a patient depends on the stage of illness. Nurse clears all doubts like a teacher to the patient when they confused about certain procedures and steps in the medication. Nurse has to enquire each and everything about patient health & take care of it. The role of the nurse in patient care is to deliver 100% patient satisfaction. Hence, the role of a nurse in a hospital is heavy and her work life balance is suffered due to the work stress. Hence researcher decided to study the QWL of nurses in Salem City. The quality of work among the nurses in Salem hospitals is not at the appreciable level especially among the nurses. The higher perception on quality or work life among the nurses have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, human resource development which enables the organization to effectively competent in varying economic environments. Hence researcher decided to undertake the study to evaluate the QWL of nurses in Salem City.

Sorghum bicolor, a vital drought- and heat-tolerant cereal crop, faces increasing challenges from abiotic stressors, Lignin, a complex phenolic polymer in plant cell walls, plays a crucial role in structural integrity, water transport, and defense mechanisms. However, excessive lignin accumulation can limit plant flexibility, growth, and industrial applications, while its composition affects responses to abiotic stresses such as drought. Using CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing have enabled precise modifications of lignin biosynthetic pathways, offering novel strategies to optimize lignin content and composition for improved stress resilience. By targeting gene involved in monolignol biosynthesis, such as F5H, can change or fine-tune lignin monomer content of the G and S units, balancing mechanical strength with stress adaptability. This approach enhances drought tolerance particularly in the face of climate change. Enhancing its rigidity to environmental stress through genetic modification holds significant promise for improving crop productivity in marginal lands.

The banking system is the backbone of the Indian economy. Growth and development of any country's economy is largely depends on banking sector. Therefore it is very important to evaluate productivity of bank using various productivity parameters to determine health of economy. The main objective of this paper is to compare and assess the impact of Covid-19 on the Productivity of public and private sector banks in India. Sample of the study include Public and Private sector banks such as SBI, BOB, HDFC and ICICI is based on the random sampling method. Period of study include 3 years before Covid-19 duration from 2016-2019 and 3 years during Covid-19 from 2019-2022. The present study analysed Bank Productivity in multidimensional view mainly capital utilization, employee competence and branch performance to get deeper insight. The study evaluate Bank productivity pre and during Covid-19 using key parameters include capital to reserve and surplus ratio, capital to assets ratio, net profit to employee cost ratio, business per employee ratio, net profit per branch ratio and business per branch ratio. The analysis was carried out using two ways ANNOVA with replication at 5% significant level. It was found that there is significant difference in Employee competency parameters and Branch Performance parameters pre and during Covid-19, between public and private sector banks. It provides evidence that Covid-19 pandemic had harmed Indian Banking sector. The study will be guiding policy makers and bank authorities for evaluation of Bank performance, continuous up gradation and propose models for contingency management.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the film industry by improving productivity, cutting expenses, and speeding up production schedules by simplifying procedures like post-production, visual effects, and scriptwriting. Significant obstacles, such as the loss of jobs, moral dilemmas, and the possible demise of human-driven storytelling, are presented by this development. Because AI produces content that frequently lacks emotional depth and originality, it poses a threat to job chances for screenwriters, editors, and visual effects artists. Deepfake technology and AI-driven recommendation algorithms are examples of ethical dilemmas that present questions regarding personal autonomy, intellectual property rights, and the perpetuation of stereotypes. Copyright and authorship issues are further complicated by the legal ambiguities surrounding AI-generated content. If used properly, artificial intelligence (AI) can be a useful technology that complements human creativity rather than takes its place. In order to maintain the human element that characterizes cinematic narrative, it can be helpful to balance technological innovation with artistic integrity by establishing ethical laws, encouraging transparency, and guaranteeing fair labor policies.

The Indian Over-the-Counter (OTC) dermatology market has been growing rapidly due to increased consumer awareness, digital accessibility, and changing lifestyle patterns. This research aims to analyze how the marketing mix (4Ps: Product, Price, Place, Promotion) influences consumer purchasing decisions in this segment. The study identifies key factors such as product efficacy, competitive pricing, online and offline distribution channels, and digital promotional strategies. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from 200 Indian consumers, employing a quantitative research methodology. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and chi-square tests via SPSS software. The findings reveal that dermatologist-recommended products and clinically proven formulations significantly impact purchase intent. Competitive pricing and discount offer play a crucial role, while e-commerce platforms are emerging as dominant retail channels. Additionally, social media and influencer marketing have a notable influence on brand trust and engagement. The study concludes that brands need to optimize their marketing strategies by focusing on quality formulations, personalized pricing models, and targeted digital promotions. The findings have significant implications for companies aiming to enhance consumer engagement and brand loyalty in the OTC dermatology sector. Future research can explore AI-driven marketing strategies and regional variations in consumer behavior.
