The banking sector has seen significant change as a result of information technology (IT), which has reduced the disconnect between customer trust and innovation. With an emphasis on cybersecurity, AI adoption, customer satisfaction, and digital transformation, this study explores how IT may improve banking services. The research provides valuable insights into the broad acceptance of IT-driven banking products by examining customer perceptions across a number of demographic categories, including age, gender, and professional background. A structured survey is used to gather primary data for the study, and a one-way ANOVA technique is used to analyze the results in order to identify demographic variations in perceptions. Important topics examined include the benefits of AI-powered services, IT-driven customer support, and how IT affects conventional banking procedures. The results show that customer opinions of IT in banking are comparable across demographic groups, suggesting widespread adoption of IT innovations including chatbot-assisted customer care, secure online transactions, and AI-powered customized offerings. The findings demonstrate how important it is for banking to continue its digital transformation in order to maintain customer trust and operational efficiency. Investing in state-of-the-art IT infrastructure not only meets evolving customer needs but also enhances cybersecurity, promoting long-term loyalty and consistent growth. This study highlights how crucial IT is to transforming banking experiences, bridging demographic gaps, and ensuring that financial services remain accessible, secure, and efficient for all. By prioritizing innovation and trust, banks can create long-term value in a technologically sophisticated and competitive world.

Creating a chatbot for a university website introduces an always-available digital assistant aimed at enhancing user experience and improving access to information. This virtual assistant involves several critical components. First, the user interface is key, providing a conversational chat window for users to interact with the chatbot. Equally important is the chatbot's ability to understand and process natural language, allowing it to accurately interpret and respond to user queries. A comprehensive knowledge base is also essential, containing university-specific information such as academic programs, course details, and frequently asked questions, with potential real-time data integration. After determining user intent, the chatbot must generate relevant, clear, and contextually appropriate responses. Continuous learning from user interactions is crucial to improving its performance over time. Seamless integration into the university's website is required to ensure a cohesive user experience. Additionally, maintaining rigorous data security and privacy standards is essential to safeguard users' information and foster trust in the system.

This research aims to optimize 3D-printable concrete mixes for automated layer-by-layer construction processes, addressing unique challenges such as fluidity, rapid setting, and material stability. A suite of mixes using Portland Pozzolana Cement, fly ash, fine aggregate, water, superplasticizers, and viscosity-modifying agents were prepared and tested. The results show enhanced concrete flow and printability, feasible small-scale structure construction with minimal waste and labor, and ecological benefits from fly ash utilization. This project contributes significantly to the science of automated construction, paving the way for upscaling applications with 3D printable concretes, and supporting the evolution of more efficient and environmentally friendly construction approaches.

The Government of India's Digital India plan envisions providing all individuals with a digital identity to ease the Public services are delivered online using electronic authentication. A distinct, permanent, online, and credible digital identity is also required. To employ mobile phones as electronic tools for identity authentication, they could be connected to digital identification. Linking people's cell numbers to their Aadhaar numbers can make online authentication with Aadhaar, which is already accessible as an authentication mechanism from UIDAI, easier. This eliminates the need for consumers to provide their Aadhaar number for each transaction because their cell phone numbers would serve as their Aadhaar numbers. In India, it is now estimated that 71% of the population uses mobile devices. Mobile is becoming a convenient and affordable way to conduct business because of factors like rising mobile internet usage, falling handset prices, and the rise of low-end smartphones. Although there are many opportunities to use mobile phones for public service delivery, using mobile phones as digital identity tools for delivering public services is an innovative and useful use of mobile phones. Mobile phones are already being utilized by a variety of applications, such as those used by banks, to authenticate their online clients. Mobile devices must be unique, legitimate, and meet non-repudiation requirements in order to be used as authentication tools for digital identities. While institutions such as banks can meet the above requirements by physically verifying and enrolling users in mobile banking, as well as linking a user's mobile number to her already existing identity registered with banks, it is more difficult for government entities to provide public services. For the government, one feasible solution would be to link users' cell phones to their Aadhaar, a unique and verified identity supplied by a trusted body, UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India).

The efficient utilization of organic fertilizers plays a crucial role in sustainable agriculture by enhancing crop productivity while preserving soil health. This research introduces an Organic Fertilizer Prediction System, a machine learning-driven approach designed to recommend the optimal type and dosage of organic fertilizer based on specific soil and climatic conditions. The system leverages a comprehensive dataset encompassing key agricultural parameters, including soil pH, organic matter content, macronutrient levels (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium), soil texture, temperature, humidity, rainfall, crop type, and growth stage. To develop an accurate predictive model, multiple machine learning algorithms--Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), and Gradient Boosting--were trained and evaluated. Among these, the Random Forest algorithm demonstrated superior performance and was selected as the final model for deployment. The trained model is integrated into a Flask-based web application that enables users to input real-time soil and environmental data, subsequently generating tailored fertilizer recommendations. By providing data-driven insights, this system supports farmers in making informed fertilization decisions, thereby improving agricultural efficiency, optimizing resource usage, and promoting environmentally sustainable farming practices. Future research will focus on expanding the dataset to improve model generalization and exploring advanced machine learning techniques to enhance prediction accuracy.

The automated vending machine for sanitary napkins represents an innovative approach to meeting the urgent demand for accessible menstrual hygiene products across various settings. It accommodates a wide array of preferences by providing different sizes and brands of napkins, ensuring that users can find a product that suits their specific requirements. The integration of digital payment methods, including mobile and contactless options, facilitates a smooth, cashless transaction process, which is especially advantageous for upholding hygiene standards in public or communal areas. A significant advancement of this machine is its incorporation of the ESP32 microcontroller, which supports secure transactions and allows for remote monitoring. With real-time inventory management, operators can keep track of stock levels and receive maintenance notifications remotely, ensuring that the machine remains functional and well-stocked. This capability is vital for locations with high foot traffic, enabling timely restocking and minimizing downtime. By deploying this solution in environments such as schools, workplaces, public restrooms, and transit stations, the initiative not only enhances menstrual hygiene but also tackles accessibility challenges, empowering women and girls by providing straightforward and stigma-free access to essential products. This initiative marks a significant advancement in public health, menstrual equity, and the acceptance of menstrual care in public settings.
