In this report, we dive into the design of a Single Precision Floating Point Unit (FPU), a key player in the world of modern processors. FPUs are essential for handling complex numerical calculations with high precision and a broad range, making them indispensable in areas like scientific research, graphics rendering, and machine learning. Our design centers around two main components: the Brent-Kung adder and the radix-4 Booth multiplier. The Brent-Kung adder is our go-to for fast addition and subtraction. Thanks to its clever parallel-prefix structure, it keeps delays minimal even as the numbers get bigger. For multiplication, we turn to the radix-4 Booth multiplier. This powerhouse streamlines the multiplication process by cutting down the number of partial products and operations needed, handling both positive and negative numbers with ease. By integrating these components, our FPU can handle floating-point arithmetic with great efficiency and reliability. In scientific computing, this means more accurate simulations and data analyses. For graphics processing, it translates to better image rendering and smoother visual effects. And in machine learning, it supports robust training and execution of algorithms on massive datasets, ensuring dependable model performance.

The present paper narrates about Community-based rehabilitation (CBR) which is an approach designed to enhance the inclusion and participation of people with disabilities within their communities. Its primary goals are inclusion, empowerment, accessibility, and rehabilitation. CBR addresses not only the individual needs of people with disabilities but also the broader social, economic, and environmental factors that impact their well-being and integration. The author provides an overview of the history of CBR and distinguishes it from institutional-based rehabilitation (IBR), offering insights into the role and responsibilities of the CBR team, with a particular focus on long-term care.

In pluralist democracies, identity politics has become a defining factor in determining political landscapes, governing bodies, and political responsibilities. Although it promotes diversity and guarantees representation for underrepresented groups, it also brings with it political polarization, economic inequality, and governance difficulties. Using case studies from South Africa, the US, and India, this study investigates how identity politics affects political duty in various democratic contexts. The research underscores the advantages and disadvantages of identity-based political participation by analysing governance challenges, economic disparities, social movements, and global influences. According to the findings, identity politics can lead to political fragmentation and a reduction in collective political responsibility, even while it also increases democratic engagement. Political responsibility is greatly impacted by economic inequality, especially for underserved populations, which restricts their ability to participate in governance. Identity-based struggles influence political engagement, as seen in social movements including South Africa's post-apartheid civil rights activism, India's caste-based mobilizations, and the United States' Black Lives Matter. Moreover, migration, media influence, and globalization provide identity politics additional dimensions that call for adaptive governance techniques. By combining comparative assessments of identity politics and political obligation across various democratic environments, this work fills a significant research vacuum. In order to foster national unity while honouring identity-based political involvement, it emphasizes the significance of inclusive policies, responsible media coverage, and educational programs. It is still difficult to strike a balance between identity politics and national cohesion in pluralist democracies. The study provides information for policy suggestions that might ensure that different political identities make positive contributions to government while bolstering democratic stability. Future research should examine how digital activism and technology developments affect identity-driven political mobilization.

Chronic wounds affect millions of people across the world and are very expensive. Recent advances in machine learning and deep learning are taking the management of wound care to a new level. Research has proposed mobile applications for the classification of insect bites using Random Forests that attain higher accuracy than Support Vector Machines. Mobile device-based approaches for the detection of wounds have focused on measurement size and color analysis. While assessment risk for acne scarring seems to have greatly improved using convolutional neural networks, further improvement of models is still needed in more complex scenarios. Deep learning models outrank traditional tools, such as PUSH and BWAT, at predicting outcome in chronic wounds healing. Methods to improve segmentation like FANet and IFANet boost accuracy, with new methods for monitoring wound growth and boundary demarcation setting up a huge improvement. A scoping review identified progress in wound size and tissue type classification but indicated that larger datasets and future research are required.

The study examines LGBTQIA representation in Indian cinema and its effects on society. The study uses a qualitative approach to contextualize narration trends from the 1990s to the present, highlighting the major milestones that marked this transformation from stereotype and negative to subtle and realistic portrayal. The study shows that cinema can reinforce negative bias or promote inclusivity and acceptance. Positive representation in cinema has countered stereotypes and helped change social attitudes toward the LGBTQIA community. The study acknowledges that negative portrayals persist and that they only apply to mainstream Indian cinema.

This study explores the impact of digitalization on youth, highlighting both its benefits and challenges, and examining how it has transformed their lifestyle. India's swift economic growth, coupled with its vast, tech-savvy youth population, has been a driving force behind the nation's digital transformation. Acknowledging the transformative potential of digital technologies, the Government of India initiated the Digital India campaign to strengthen online infrastructure, foster digital empowerment, and enhance governance efficiency. Digitalization offers vast opportunities and promotes personal growth, boosts engagement through digital platforms, and enables innovative learning environments. However, overdependence on technology presents challenges. Addressing these issues requires promoting digital literacy, encouraging balanced technology use, and fostering participation in physical and social activities. Collaborative efforts from parents, educators, and policymakers are vital to ensuring that young people harness the benefits of digitalization while minimizing its drawbacks, ultimately creating a healthier and more productive digital future.

One of the most important global health concerns is ameliorating malnutrition in all its forms. The double burden of malnutrition (DBM), which has been exacerbated by rapid changes in food systems and increasing urbanization, comprises of undernutrition including micronutrient deficiencies, as well as overweight, obesity, and diet related noncommunicable diseases. DBM may manifest at different stages of life, as well as at the individual, household, or population level. The DBM in lower and middle income countries continues to remain high. In India, undernourished children and overweight or obese mothers coexist in the same household. In Indian mother-child dyads, DBM has been reported to be significantly associated with the mother's age, educational attainment, household wealth status, breastfeeding practices, and place of residence. This coexistence of different forms of malnutrition necessitates immediate attention and calls for innovative approaches like double duty action strategies to nutrition policy and programming.

The future of education is undergoing a transformative shift, driven by technological advancements, evolving workforce demands, and the need for personalized and inclusive learning experiences. Traditional education models, which rely on standardized curricula and theoretical knowledge, are becoming obsolete in the face of automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and rapid industry changes. This paper explores the critical role of education in employment preparation, highlighting key strategies such as work-integrated learning, soft skill development, and career-oriented education. Personalized learning, AI-driven adaptive education, and blended learning environments are emerging as effective approaches to cater to diverse learning needs. Furthermore, the rise of micro-credentials and modular education allows for continuous skill development, ensuring lifelong employability. By fostering collaboration between educational institutions, industries, and governments, education can be redefined as an ongoing process rather than a finite phase of life. The future of education lies in its ability to create a dynamic, inclusive, and skills-focused ecosystem that prepares individuals for an ever-changing world.
