The formulation and characterisation of an herbal antifungal microemulsion gel using coconut oil and Nigella sativa oil are presented in this study. The formulation procedure achieved a stable microemulsion by optimizing the amounts of surfactants and co-surfactants with the goal of improving the topical administration and activity of antifungal drugs. To verify the gel's stability, homogeneity, and efficacy, characterization methods such as droplet size analysis, zeta potential measurement, and rheological tests were used. Coconut oil and Nigella sativa oil were selected due to their strong antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and skin-beneficial qualities. The created microemulsion gel showed remarkable skin penetration, stability, and retention, indicating that it could be a viable treatment option for fungal infections. According to the study, this unique herbal mixture may work well as a substitute for traditional antifungal medications, providing more therapeutic advantages with fewer adverse effects.

This project introduces a Smart Water Flow and Pipeline Leakage Detection System leveraging IoT technologies to optimize water usage and promptly address pipeline issues. The system employs an Arduino microcontroller integrated with a suite of sensors: a water flow sensor to measure water usage, a moisture sensor to detect leaks, and pH, turbidity, and TDS sensors to monitor water quality. A DHT11 sensor tracks environmental temperature and humidity, further enhancing the system's capabilities. Data from these sensors is processed and visualized on an LCD for on-site monitoring and uploaded via a NodeMCU to the ThingSpeak platform for real-time analysis. Alerts for anomalies are sent through a GSM module, while a buzzer provides immediate audible warnings. This holistic solution facilitates efficient water management, early leakage detection, and improved operational sustainability.

Ensuring high-quality textile production is critical for maintaining industry standards, and defect detection plays a crucial role in quality control. Traditional inspection methods are labor-intensive and prone to human error. This study evaluates the effectiveness of various Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models in detecting defects in textile fabrics. A dataset of fabric images with annotated defects was used to analyze the performance of these models. The findings indicate that while conventional ML models provide reasonable accuracy for simple defects, Deep Learning approaches, particularly Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), excel in identifying intricate and subtle imperfections. The study highlights the potential of integrating intelligent fabric inspection systems in manufacturing to enhance quality control, reduce production costs, and minimize manual intervention. Future work aims to expand the dataset, refine detection algorithms, and explore applications in related domains such as apparel manufacturing and textile recycling.

This project addresses the challenge of inefficient manual waste classification by proposing an automated system using the VGG deep learning architecture. A convolutional neural network, trained on a large, augmented dataset of waste images (paper, plastic, glass, metal, organic), is developed to accurately classify waste. The model's performance is evaluated against state-of-the-art methods, demonstrating its effectiveness in improving waste management practices and reducing environmental pollution through accurate and efficient waste classification.

Motivation is essential for increasing productivity and job satisfaction, and employee performance is a crucial factor in determining the success of an organization. Examining both internal and extrinsic motivation strategies, this study looks at how different motivational approaches affect worker performance. Using a mixed-method approach, surveys and interviews were used to gather data from workers in various industries. The results show that a positive work environment, career development possibilities, financial incentives, and recognition programs all have a major impact on increased employee engagement and performance. Furthermore, it was discovered that intrinsic motivators--like job autonomy, meaningful work, and personal development--had a long-lasting effect on motivation. In order to increase staff productivity, lower turnover, and promote a healthy corporate culture, the study emphasizes the significance of a well-rounded motivational strategy that incorporates both monetary and non-monetary incentives. For the best performance results, organizations are urged to modify their motivational tactics to fit the needs of their workforce and corporate objectives.

The framework of the 'Indian corporate governance' emphasizes on accountability and the protection of minority stakeholders of organizational management and the board of directors to disclose the liquid reporting to the shareholders. The corporate governance relates to the same work for ensuring the Indian organisations should be directed and controlled with accountability and transparency to emphasize on protecting the stakeholder died by holding on to the management and the board of directors accountable for providing adequate and timely disclosures. This study is being enriched with the positivism research philosophy, deductive research approach and the descriptive Research Design along with the secondary data collection and thematic data analysis. Thus, streamlining the procedures improves efficiency and reduces costs by assessing the sustainability performance and benchmarks with respect to norms, codes, laws, and performance standards. The financial performance also relates to the degree of financial objectives which are being completed through the significant aspects of the management of financial risks. In addition to this, ECG plays a significant role in increasing the stakeholder trust and sustainability performance of the Indian organizations to increase fairness, responsibility, independence, accountability, and transparency. Thus, the positive outcomes between the financial performance and the sustainability practices reinforces the sustainable idea by considering the social responsibility to create a strategic opportunity.
