In a healthcare setting, writing prescriptions is a crucial and time-consuming task. Transcription errors, inefficiencies, and an increased cognitive burden on the doctor are all possible with the conventional handwritten and manual electronic prescription system. Recent developments in artificial intelligence, specifically in the areas of speech recognition and generative models, offer the possibility of using natural voice interaction to automate the prescription generation process. The Medical Prescription Generator with Generative Artificial Intelligence and Integrated Voice Assistant, which allows doctors to write prescriptions based on clinical instructions that are dictated, is presented in this paper. The suggested system uses a generative artificial intelligence model to generate prescriptions, automatic speech recognition to enable voice-to-text transcription, and natural language processing to extract medical data. Medical validity, data confidentiality, and patient safety are guaranteed by a validation layer and a human-in-the-loop methodology. The efficacy of the suggested system as a clinical decision-support system is validated by experimental analysis, which shows high transcription accuracy, sound entity extraction, and a shorter prescription generation time.

The present study aims to explore the relationship of adverse childhood experience ( ACE) and future time perspective (FTP) in relation to approval motivation among psychology and law students. The study aimed to investigate how early life adversity and future time perspective influence student's tendency to seek approval from others. The study employs a quantitative cross sectional research design and data was collected from 180 students with 90 each in psychology and law domain through standardised questionnaire. Pearson's Product moment correlation analysis was used to know the relationship among variables and separate correlation analysis was done to assess within group relationships among psychology and law students. The correlational analysis revealed significant negative relationship between adverse childhood experience and approval motivation for both groups with effect being stronger in law students. Additionally future time perspective showed a positive relationship with approval motivation for both psychology and law students indicating students with stronger future perspective tend to engage in goal directed behaviour and seek constructive feedback. These findings highlight the importance of role of early experiences and future perspective in shaping students motivational tendencies and need for interventions for fostering intrinsic motivation, resilience and adaptive coping strategies among students.

This paper proposes an AI-aided e-commerce platform that includes a negotiation-based chat bot that mimics real-world price negotiations. The proposed AI chat bot makes intelligent responses using natural language processing techniques in response to users' price offers. The recommendation engine, using TF-IDF and cosine similarity techniques, maximizes user engagement by recommending products in real time. The secured backend system manages products, users, and order processing, providing users with seamless shopping and purchasing experience. Discounts are provided only to interested users, thus maximizing sales and reducing revenue loss for the business. The proposed system bridges the gap between traditional price negotiations and e- commerce platforms, thus maximizing user retention and business outcomes. Index Terms--AI Chat bot, E-Commerce, Price Negotiation, Natural Language Processing, Recommendation Engine, TF- IDF, Cosine Similarity, Cart Abandonment, Personalized Discounts.

Abstract Gingee fort has been glorified as 'troy of India' for its impregnable nature and architectural endeavor. Gingee fort acted as the capital of this region for both South Arcot and North District. Gingee fort erected on the period of Anada Kon dynasty from thirteenth century, which gradually fortified by the following Kings and Kingdoms. Though, the major and minor Kingdoms, and feudatories ruled the Gingee fort, controlled the region up to Bay of Bengal. Archaeological survey of India listed the heritage monument more than thirty-two sites as heritage monument sites, including Gingee fort. In 2024 C.E., the team of members from UNESCO has visited the Gingee fort, including around 12 sites in India for nomination of the world heritage site in a Maratha architectural marvel. From North to South Indian Kings eager to clinch the Gingee fort on their period, however some were captured and ruled for some years, even Mughals, British and French. This article deals with the significance of Gingee Fort and its potential of UNESCO heritage site.

Contemporary narratives focus on how stories capture the complexities of modern life and human experience. It experiments with perspective, time and memory to reflect changing social realities and personal experiences. These stories invite readers to actively engage, interpret and connect with the characters' inner worlds. Contemporary narratives become spaces for exploring emotional and cultural dimensions in innovative ways. Margo Battle's "Forgotten by the Sea" reflects on contemporary narratives very particularly the diegetic narration that immerses readers in the characters' emotional world. The narrator's perspective allows readers to interpret experiences and reflect on their own responses. This interaction co-creates meaning between the story and reader, deepening emotional and social understanding. The paper examines how "Forgotten by the Sea" employs diegetic narration to immerse readers in the characters' emotional experiences. It explores how this narrative mode encourages readers to interpret events. Over all, it demonstrates how Battle's narrative fosters the co-creation of meaning between story and reader.

The increasing prevalence of single-parent families has raised important questions regarding their impact on child development. The present study aimed to compare children from single-parent and two-parent families across six developmental domains: academic performance, emotional well-being, behavioral patterns, social development, economic and time resources, and support systems. A quantitative comparative research design was employed. The sample consisted of 75 parents of school-aged children (26 single-parent and 49 two-parent families), selected using convenience sampling. Data were collected using a structured Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using independent samples t-tests. Results revealed no significant differences in academic performance, emotional well-being, economic and time resources, or support systems. However, significant differences were observed in behavioral patterns, t(51) = 2.22, p = .031, d = 0.53, and social development, t(53) = 2.07, p = .044, d = 0.50.These findings suggest that family structure alone does not determine developmental outcomes and that environmental and relational factors may play a more critical role.

ABSTRACT Background: Rural healthcare plays a critical role in improving human capital, productivity, and economic growth, especially in states like Madhya Pradesh where nearly 70-75% population resides in rural areas. Objectives: 1. To assess the status of rural healthcare services in selected areas of Madhya Pradesh. 2. To evaluate the impact of rural healthcare on economic development indicators. 3. To find association between healthcare access and economic productivity. Methodology: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted among 200 rural households using structured questionnaires. Results: Improved healthcare access significantly enhanced productivity, reduced out-of-pocket expenditure, and increased household income. Conclusion: Strengthening rural healthcare contributes directly to economic development by improving workforce efficiency and reducing poverty.

The Upliftment project is designed to address social issues through a transparent and accountable case management system that connects citizens, administrators, and NGOs. The methodology is based on a three-portal architecture: the Citizen Portal enables individuals to report cases and track progress; the Admin Portal verifies authenticity, assigns cases, and monitors performance; and the NGO Portal facilitates resolution by updating status and communicating with stakeholders. The workflow ensures seamless collaboration--citizens report, admins verify, NGOs act, and progress is tracked in real time. The system integrates role-based access control, secure data handling, and workflow automation to guarantee efficiency and trust. Testing confirms smooth integration, scalability, and usability, while result analysis demonstrates faster case resolution and improved stakeholder confidence. Overall, Upliftment provides a structured, technology-driven approach to social welfare management, ensuring accountability and empowerment for communities.
