Education is not the amount of information that we put into your brain and runs riot there, undigested, all your life. We must have life building, man making, and character making assimilation of ideas. If you have assimilated five ideas and made them your life and character, you have more education than any man who has got by heart a whole library. Swami Vivekananda felt that the education that young boys and girls receive is very negative. He thinks they do not gain confidence or self-respect from this education, so according to Swami Vivekananda only positive education should be given to children. Swami Vivekananda told, if young boys and girls are encouraged and are not unnecessarily criticized all the time, they are bound to improve in time. Skin diseases constitute one of the most prevalent categories of medical conditions worldwide, yet timely and accurate diagnosis remains constrained by the availability of specialist dermatologists. This paper presents an automated skin disease classification system that combines a ResNet50 convolutional backbone with a two-layer Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) network to classify dermoscopic and clinical skin images across 22 disease categories. The spatial feature map produced by the ResNet50 encoder is decomposed into a sequence of spatial patches, which are passed to the BiLSTM for sequential refinement -- a design inspired by visual transformer tokenization. To enhance deployment safety, a dual-criterion Out-of-Distribution (OOD) detector rejects non-dermatological images by combining softmax confidence thresholding with normalized Shannon entropy. The system is deployed as a Flask-based web application supporting live camera capture and file upload, targeting both clinical decision-support and medical education use cases. Training employs AdamW optimization, cosine annealing learning rate scheduling, class-weighted cross-entropy loss with label smoothing, and a WeightedRandomSampler to address class imbalance. This report details the dataset, architecture, training procedure, inference pipeline, and deployment strategy.

Geriatric oral health has become an important public health concern due to the rapidly increasing aging population worldwide. According to the World Health Organization, the proportion of individuals aged 60 years and above is steadily rising, increasing the demand for healthcare services tailored to the needs of older adults. Oral health is a fundamental component of general health and quality of life, as it influences essential functions such as chewing, speaking, and social interaction. Therefore, maintaining optimal oral health in geriatric individuals is essential for promoting overall health, preventing complications, and improving their quality of life, highlighting the need for effective preventive, diagnostic, and management strategies in geriatric dental care.Due to the continuous advancements in technology and science that are enabling us to live longer, the older adults in our world today must be embraced by the health care system and have access to high-quality, professional health care through greater accessibility to health care services. With a longer expected lifespan there will also be an increase in an individual's ability to maintain good health and quality of life as well as improve their quality of life in regard to oral health. This research aimed to explore how the aging process affects an individual's general well being and oral health related quality of life and emphasize the importance of dental treatment among older adults. There exists abundant research demonstrating that individuals with periodontitis may be at greater risk for developing certain systemic diseases due to their poor oral health, as well as presenting with chewing and nutrition-related issues that can greatly diminish their overall quality of life.

Abstract Background: Breakfast plays a vital role in maintaining nutritional balance and metabolic health. Skipping breakfast has been linked to multiple health concerns including obesity, metabolic syndrome, and nutritional deficiencies. Homemakers play an important role in family nutrition; however, their own dietary habits are often overlooked. Objective: To assess the prevalence of breakfast skipping and examine its association with selected nutritional deficiencies among homemakers residing in rural villages of Chennai. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted among 100 homemakers aged 21-60 years residing in selected villages of Chennai. Participants were recruited using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire consisting of demographic characteristics, a breakfast-skipping scale, and a nutritional deficiency checklist. Descriptive statistics were used to summarize the data, and inferential statistics including Pearson's correlation coefficient and Chi-square tests were applied to determine associations. Results: The majority of participants (31%) were aged 21-30 years, and 72% belonged to nuclear families. Most participants reported low nutritional deficiency (74%). Breakfast skipping behaviour was generally low (97%). Pearson's correlation analysis showed a statistically significant positive relationship between breakfast skipping and nutritional deficiency (r = 0.373, p < 0.001). Conclusion: The study identified a significant relationship between breakfast skipping and nutritional deficiency among homemakers. Promoting regular breakfast consumption through community-based nutrition education programs may improve nutritional status and overall health outcomes. The rapid expansion of e-commerce has fundamentally transformed consumer buying behavior, particularly within the fashion industry, where purchasing decisions are highly subjective and experience-oriented. With the growing preference for online shopping, consumers increasingly face uncertainty due to the inability to physically inspect products before purchase. As a result, online reviews have emerged as a critical source of information, functioning as electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) that significantly influences consumer trust, perception, and purchase decisions. Online reviews provide insights into key product attributes such as fit, fabric quality, durability, comfort, and overall satisfaction, thereby helping consumers reduce perceived risk associated with online fashion purchases. The present study aims to examine the effect of online reviews on consumer purchase decisions in the fashion industry, with specific reference to Rajasthan. The research focuses on understanding how various online review characteristics--namely review valence (positive or negative), review volume, reviewer credibility, and perceived usefulness--influence consumers' purchase behavior. Additionally, the study investigates whether perceived usefulness of online reviews acts as a mediating variable between review characteristics and purchase decisions. The research also explores differences in the influence of online reviews across demographic segments such as age and gender. A quantitative research approach was adopted using a descriptive and explanatory research design. Primary data was collected through a structured questionnaire administered to 200 online fashion consumers residing in Rajasthan. The respondents were selected using a combination of stratified and convenience sampling techniques to ensure demographic diversity and adequate representation. The questionnaire measured consumer perceptions regarding online reviews using Likert-scale items, along with demographic and online shopping behavior variables. The collected data was coded, cleaned, and analyzed using statistical tools such as descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and mediation analysis to test the proposed hypotheses and examine relationships among variables. The findings of the study reveal that online reviews have a significant and positive impact on consumer purchase decisions in the fashion industry. Review credibility and perceived usefulness emerged as the most influential factors affecting purchase intention, indicating that consumers place greater trust in reviews that appear authentic, detailed, and reliable. The analysis also shows that younger consumers rely more heavily on online reviews compared to older age groups, reflecting higher digital engagement and familiarity with e-commerce platforms. Furthermore, the mediation analysis confirms that perceived usefulness partially mediates the relationship between online review characteristics and purchase decisions, suggesting that reviews influence consumer behavior primarily when they are perceived as informative and helpful. The study contributes to existing literature by providing region-specific insights into consumer behavior in Rajasthan and highlighting the psychological mechanisms through which online reviews influence purchase decisions. From a practical perspective, the findings offer valuable implications for fashion brands and e-commerce platforms. By encouraging genuine customer feedback, improving review transparency, and enhancing the presentation of useful reviews, companies can strengthen consumer trust, reduce purchase uncertainty, and improve overall sales performance. The study underscores the growing strategic importance of online reviews in shaping consumer decision-making in the digital fashion marketplace.

Abstract: This study explores the transformational shift from traditional retail to digital marketplaces, where advanced algorithms and psychological triggers now define consumer interaction. It examines the emergence of "marketing entrapment"--a set of manipulative tactics including misleading advertisements, scarcity techniques, and hidden charges designed to subtly influence purchasing decisions. Focusing on a demographic of digital natives, the research identifies that monetary-based incentives, such as aggressive discount strategies, serve as the primary catalyst for consumer engagement and entrapment. While many respondents demonstrate a conscious awareness of these maneuvers, a substantial portion of the population remains oblivious or neutral, highlighting a significant gap in consumer knowledge. To counter these influences, consumers are increasingly adopting a defensive posture by relying on peer-validated metrics like buyer and seller ratings rather than corporate assurances. Ultimately, the study concludes that mitigating the ethical concerns of AI-driven manipulation requires a combination of enhanced consumer education, stricter governmental monitoring, and the adoption of ethical business practices.

Primary urinary Bladder Adenocarcinoma (PBA) is an uncommon neoplasm and can cause diagnostic difficulties due to histologic similarities with adenocarcinomas of adjacent structures like Gastrointestinal Tract (GIT) and prostate, since involvement of the bladder by metastasis or direct spread can occur. Seven cases of bladder adenocarcinomas were diagnosed during a period of four years in a tertiary care hospital. Patient's age ranged from 26-78 years with a male predilection. Three cases were signet ring type adenocarcinomas, two cases were subtyped as enteric variant, one as mucinous variant and one as adenocarcinoma Not Otherwise Specified (NOS) variant. One case showed urachal involvement. Common site of involvement was the base and posterior wall of the bladder. Three cases had prior history of GIT malignancy. No morphologic difference was identified to differentiate primary from secondary adenocarcinomas. Bladder adenocarcinoma is rare tumours. Primary and secondary adenocarcinomas cannot be distinguished from each other on morphologic grounds. Ancillary studies may have limited role in distinguishing between the two. Hence, clinical correlation has a major role in their evaluation.

This study examines the role and effectiveness of multidisciplinary learning through the integration of Culture, Art, and STEM in schools of Odisha within the framework of India's National Education Policy 2020. The research adopts a qualitative secondary research methodology, drawing upon academic literature, policy documents, educational reports, and large-scale survey findings to analyse existing pedagogical practices, perceptions of teachers and students, implementation challenges, and educational outcomes. The findings indicate that while multidisciplinary learning is increasingly acknowledged at the policy level, its classroom-level implementation in Odisha remains uneven and largely informal, with greater adoption in urban and private schools than in government and rural institutions. The integration of cultural and artistic elements with STEM education is predominantly episodic and co-curricular rather than embedded within core instructional practices. However, evidence consistently demonstrates positive teacher and student perceptions, with significant improvements observed in student engagement, conceptual understanding, creativity, and socio-emotional development when Culture-Art-STEM approaches are systematically applied. Quantitative trends further reveal measurable gains in learning outcomes and reduced anxiety toward STEM subjects. Despite this potential, challenges such as curriculum rigidity, limited teacher training, resource constraints, and assessment inflexibility continue to hinder widespread adoption. The study concludes that culturally grounded multidisciplinary learning offers a powerful pathway to holistic and inclusive education in Odisha, provided that systemic, pedagogical, and institutional barriers are effectively addressed.
