The main objective of the work is to develop the manually operated rotary lawn mower to clean and lawn. Rotary mower has a set of three wheels, one front wheel and two rear wheels. The shaft between the two rear wheels is connected to the compound gear train system. The wheels are rotated in forward motion and bevel gear system convert the forward motion to the vertical motion. The bevel gear system is connected to the blade and the blade is a low lift blade used for low speed. This lawn mower is used to minimize the cost and power requirement for domestic purpose. Heavy machine cannot be introduced in domestic purpose due to the limited

There was an urgent need for a substantive legislation in the field of surrogacy in India, as India had become a surrogacy hub for the world few years back. With the introduction of the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 many issues are resolved, while certain are newly raised. The said Act is in place to curb unethical practices and regulate the booming surrogacy practice in India, but it fails to address the main problems related with surrogacy practices. It have kept unmarried individuals, homosexual couples, members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) communities, persons in live-in relationships away from accessing the service of surrogacy. It has violated their right to equality under article 14 and right to parenthood, right to reproductive autonomy as a facet of right to privacy under article 21 of the Constitution of India.

Traditional authentication systems rely on trusted authorities, which often introduce security vulnerabilities such as fraud and data breaches. Blockchain technology enables a decentralized trust mechanism, ensuring secure and transparent authentication through cryptographic encryption, timestamps, and consensus mechanisms. In this paper, we proposed a blockchain-based OTP authentication method, where an OTP is generated and securely transmitted to the user. The blockchain records and verifies authentication transactions, displaying block details such as timestamp, parent hash, available accounts, and gas usage for the corresponding block. Security analysis confirms that our approach effectively resists replay attacks, brute-force attempts, and OTP forgery, enhancing overall system integrity. Comparative evaluation highlights its efficiency, reduced computational overhead, and improved security over traditional OTP methods.

Literature since time immemorial has exhibited the potential to surpass the boundaries in presenting to the reader the infinite1 from content to adverse. The ability of a narrative to traverse the readers and attempt in informing and equipping for the encounter of the unanticipated is a prominent characteristic of pathographic narratives2 in literature. Health Humanities3 finds its origin and reliance to this arena in Literature that bridges the gaps prevailing in the unversed, in terms of chronic illnesses/ailments. The pathographic narratives in discussion are the memoirs, Finding My Voice with Aphasia: Walking through Aphasia and The Man Who Lost His Language: A Case of Aphasia. This paper is an attempt in channelizing and drawing societal notice toward the pathographic narratives that are a health propaganda detailing the lives, before and after the advent of stroke, centering on representing the Aphasics4 using the narrative of Carol M. Maloney and Sheila Hale, who are a survivor of stroke accompanied by Aphasia4 (post-stroke language complication) and a care-giver, respectively.

Abstract This study explores the conflicting zones between labour laws and maritime law, focusing on the evolving landscape of labour rights within the maritime industry. As globalization accelerates, transportation networks expand, and international labour markets become increasingly interconnected, significant challenges have emerged, particularly concerning worker exploitation, human rights violations, and regulatory inconsistencies. The maritime sector, which remains a backbone of global trade, presents unique legal complexities due to its transnational nature, jurisdictional ambiguities, and the often-precarious working conditions of seafarers. To provide a comprehensive understanding, this research traces the historical development of maritime labour law, from its early origins in customary maritime codes to contemporary legal frameworks influenced by international bodies such as the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the International Maritime Organization (IMO). The study examines key international conventions, including the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC), 2006 , which has played a crucial role in setting minimum standards for employment conditions, occupational safety, and social security protections for seafarers worldwide. In addition to historical and legal perspectives, this paper critically analyzes emerging challenges in maritime labour law, particularly the impact of technological advancements, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) on the shipping industry. The increasing use of autonomous ships and digital monitoring systems raises concerns about job displacement, privacy rights, and worker protections. Furthermore, climate change and environmental regulations are influencing maritime operations, leading to new labour standards and responsibilities for seafarers in the transition to greener shipping practices. The study also examines recent legal developments and judicial interpretations that seek enhance protection for maritime workers. It emphasizes the urgent need for stronger international cooperation, harmonized regulations, and enforcement mechanisms to address labour exploitation, fair wages, safety concerns, and social security in the sector. Ultimately, this research aims to shed light on the future of maritime labour law, advocating comprehensive, forward-thinking policies that safeguard the rights of seafarers while fostering sustainable and ethical labour practices in an evolving global economy.
