Swarna Bhasma, a purified and incinerated form of gold, has been widely used in Ayurveda for its therapeutic benefits (Charaka Samhita, Rasayana Adhyaya). Swarna Prashana, a traditional Ayurvedic immunization therapy, involves the administration of Swarna Bhasma mixed with honey and ghee to enhance immunity, cognitive functions, and overall health in children (Sushruta Samhita, Chikitsa Sthana). This review aims to explore the pharmacological properties, benefits, and clinical significance of Swarna Bhasma in the context of Swarna Prashana. The study also integrates classical Ayurvedic literature with modern scientific findings to highlight its efficacy and safety profile. Swarna Prasanna is widely used in pediatric Ayurvedic formulations. Any elemental form of a metal, purified and transformed according to scientific methods as described in Ayurvedic texts, will exhibit the medicinal properties of Swarna Bhasma. The medicine, Swarna Prasanna, is easily digestible by infants and children. In fact, it indicates a wide variety of applications of gold as Ayurvedic medicine. People should be aware of its usage in advance through experienced information. The information on Swarna Bhasma and Swarna Prasan will help create awareness among people about it.

Traditional cloud security systems rely on centralized key management, making them vulnerable to breaches, insider threats, and single points of failure. If an attacker gains access to the central repository, they can compromise the entire system, leading to massive data breaches. To address this issue, a decentralized approach using blockchain for key management is introduced, eliminating centralized storage by distributing encryption keys across multiple nodes. This method enhances security by generating unique AES encryption keys derived from file and block hash codes, ensuring that even if a key is compromised, only a single file is affected rather than the entire system. Additionally, blockchain's immutable ledger provides transparency, auditability, and resistance to unauthorized modifications, strengthening data integrity and confidentiality. By leveraging blockchain's decentralized nature and AES encryption's dynamic key generation, this approach significantly reduces security risks, making cloud storage highly resistant to hacking, unauthorized access, and tampering. The combination of these technologies creates a robust security framework that enhances trust, reliability, and resilience in cloud environments. Ultimately, integrating blockchain-based key management with dynamic AES encryption not only mitigates traditional security challenges but also provides a scalable and future-proof solution for secure cloud data storage and transmission.

Background Minimal Change Nephrotic Syndrome (MCNS) is a primary glomerular disorder leading to nephrotic syndrome, predominantly in children. Although it is often idiopathic, certain infections, including viral illnesses, have been implicated as triggers (1). Mumps virus, a paramyxovirus known for causing systemic infections, has been reported in association with various renal complications. This case highlights a 7-year-old male diagnosed with MCNS following a mumps infection. Case Presentation A 7-year-old male presented with periorbital edema, pedal edema, and proteinuria. His laboratory investigations revealed hypoalbuminemia, nephrotic-range proteinuria, and elevated serum creatinine. Kidney biopsy findings were consistent with Minimal Change Disease (MCD) with mild acute interstitial nephritis. Mumps serology was positive, suggesting a viral trigger for nephrotic syndrome. The patient was managed with corticosteroids and supportive therapy, showing significant improvement. Conclusion Mumps virus infection can serve as a potential trigger for nephrotic syndrome, especially in predisposed individuals (1). Early recognition and management are crucial for optimal renal outcomes. This case underscores the need for heightened clinical suspicion in patients with post-viral nephrotic presentations.

The possibilities and challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in Kerala are significantly shaped by the entrepreneurial ecosystem. With an emphasis on both independent variables (such as government policies, financial accessibility, education, cultural attitudes, networking, infrastructure, and legal frameworks) and dependent variables (such as business growth, satisfaction, sustainability, innovation, and economic impact), this study explores the major determinants of women entrepreneurs in Kerala. To investigate the connections between these variables, the study combines quantitative and qualitative methodologies. The results are intended to shed light on the ways in which these elements work together to support women entrepreneurs and promote business expansion, sustainability, and wider economic impact.

Abstract: Symbolism plays a crucial role in William Shakespeare's tragedies, enriching their thematic depth and dramatic impact. This paper explores the use of symbolic imagery in Shakespeare's major tragedies - Hamlet, Macbeth, Othello, and Kind Lear - to reveal how objects, colors, and natural elements function as metaphors for fate, power, morality, and psychological turmoil. Through an analysis of recurring motifs such as blood, ghosts, storms, handkerchiefs, poison, darkness, animals, and weather, this study highlights Shakespeare's ability to evoke complex emotions and foreshadow tragic outcomes.

This project explores the design and simulation of a multiband patch antenna suitable for wireless applications, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and satellite communications. With the growing demand for compact, efficient, and versatile antennas in modern communication systems, the patch antenna was chosen due to its compact size, ease of fabrication, and suitability for multiband operation. The research gives different design configurations to optimize the antenna's performance across multiple frequency bands. The primary objective is to develop an antenna that operates efficiently across a wide range of frequency bands, ensuring it can support multiple wireless technologies. This project uses a different range of frequencies for various applications. The frequency range of Wi-Fi is 5 GHz, the frequency range of Bluetooth is 2.4 GHz and the frequency range of satellite communications is 4 GHz-6 GHz (for C-Band). The goal is to achieve high efficiency, low return loss, and stable radiation patterns across the targeted frequency bands. The scope of this project is a single antenna that can be used for various wireless applications like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Satellite communications. The results of the designs are validated through simulations and practical measurements, demonstrating their effectiveness for real world wireless systems.

This study presents HealthSense AI, an AI-powered system for real-time disease monitoring using wearable biosensors integrated with deep learning algorithms. The system utilizes ECG, PPG, and Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) data streams, processed through Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks to predict health anomalies and trends. A modular system architecture ensures scalability, privacy, and interoperability across various wearable devices. Key innovations include advanced data preprocessing, dynamic visual playback, and a privacy-preserving analytics dashboard. Performance enhancements such as model quantization and pruning enable deployment on resource-constrained devices. The proposed system offers a robust framework for proactive, continuous health management with potential applications in clinical, therapeutic, and personal wellness contexts. Future work will explore edge computing, adaptive learning models, and expanded sensor integration to further enhance system efficacy and user experience.
