Mother nature has crowned the human race with unique intelligence. Life on earth emerged some 3.8 billion years ago. Human species evolved six hundred million years ago. At present in the twenty first century scientific innovations and technologies have advanced rapidly. Man acquired the potentiality to transform mere computing machines, into intelligent agents. The dawn of artificial intelligence. There are four types of artificial intelligence. The goal of A.I is to Artificial General Intelligence or strong AI. Is technological singularity an inevitable consequence in the future. Transhumanism and cyorg are by products of the Artificial Intelligence Researches. Economic impact due to Artificial Intelligence. Great theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking had given detailed warning to the human race due to advancement in the field of AI and Mathematician Sir Roger Penrose states that consciousness and mind cannot be produced in the laboratory. Human beings possess different type of intelligence as stated by psychologists. Few of them are mathematical intelligence, musical intelligence, spatial intelligence, Naturalistic intelligence, Inter- personal and Intra personal intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. Is it possible to manifest all these in a mechanical machine. On the other hand spiritual philosophers and Gurus like Sri Vethathiri Maharishi state that human beings hold previlaged and special status in the evolutionary process of the universe. Divine qualities like Faith, Devotion, Love, Compassion, Empthy and Bliss can never be replicated in the machines. Human consciousness is a exclusive phenomenon, machines cannot become conscious.

This paper examines the portrayal of characters with disabilities in English literature, exploring how authors' representations have evolved over time. From the early depiction of disability as a curse or punishment from God, to the more nuanced and sympathetic portrayals in 18th and 19th-century novels, this paper analyzes the representation of disability in three English novels: "The Hunchback of Notre Dame", "The Secret Garden", and "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest". The paper discusses the implications of these representations, highlighting both the challenges to negative stereotypes and the perpetuation of ableist attitudes. Ultimately, this research aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the social and cultural attitudes towards disability that shape our literature and society. This paper aims to analyze the ways in which authors portray characters with disabilities in English literature, and discuss the implications of these representations.

Auxetic structures, which have a negative Poisson's ratio, display distinct lateral expansion when under tension and become denser when compressed, in contrast to typical structures. Examples of these include honeycomb, chiral, and S-shaped designs with star patterns. Their characteristics can be assessed through techniques such as uniaxial tension, compression, and low-velocity impact tests. This mini-project focuses on modeling and creating auxetic structures using SOLIDWORKS and 3D printing. Renowned for their enhanced strength and rigidity, auxetic structures are widely used in armor, military applications, and protective gear.

Introduction: Plastic waste poses significant environmental and health challenges due to pollutants generated during incineration, as well as its accumulation in water and marine life. Eco-friendly oral hygiene products (Eco-OHPs) such as bamboo toothbrushes, Neem-based toothpaste, Charcoal-based toothpaste, Eco-friendly dental floss, are introduced instead of plastic toothbrushes to promote the consumption of these products and further reduce the generation of plastic waste. So it is necessary to understand current status of Eco-OHPs for environmental benefit as well as oral health care. Aim: This study aimed to investigate the current level of awareness and purchasing status of eco-OHPs among adults who are aware about eco-friendly products. Methodology: The study surveyed adults aged from 18 to 55 years. A structured google questionnaire including 13 questions were designed and distributed to general population covering, oral hygiene product usage, awareness of Eco-OHPs, and use of substainable oral hygiene products. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS v.28 software. Results: Among the respondents, 31.6% were aware of Eco-OHPs, and 19.3% had experience purchasing Eco-OHPs. The mode of information mostly was through social media (Internet). The most common reason for not purchasing was the lack of awareness (88.3%), limited availability (66.30%). The experience in purchasing Eco-OHPs was affected by whether the respondents recognized the positive impact on oral health, availability, clear environmental benefits, greater price as compared to traditional products. Conclusion: According to responses, the rationale of the study was to expand the use of Eco-OHPs, various efforts such as promotion of eco-friendly characteristics, awareness of using substainable OHPs , and expansion of product experience opportunities are required. Despite the study's , it highlights the need for sustainable oral care practices, taking into account both environmental impact and positive impact on oral health. So it serves as a call to prioritize eco-friendly choices in healthcare.

The mononuclear Ru(II) polypyridyl complexes of the type [Ru(NN)2L](ClO4)2.2H2O,where NN are 1,10 phenanthroline (1), bipyridyl (2), 4,4'-dimethyl-1,10 - ortho Phenanthroline (3) and 4, 4' dimethyl 2, 2'- bipyridine (4), and 'L' is an Intercalator ligand, TMIP=2-(3,4,5-Trimethoxy-phenyl)-H-imidazole[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline were studied by various computational methods. The stability of the Ru (II) complexes determines the binding ability with CT-DNA which was investigated by in the present study by Semiemperical method (PM6). The energy of these complexes are 445.65 (1) 430.66 (2), 399.59 (3) and 380.64Kcal/mole (4) respectively. These values indicate that TMIP complex of [Ru(phen)2TMIP]+2 indicative of the higher stability owing to planarity of the ancillary ligand. Structural analysis of intercalator lengths indicates that the unsubstituted complex has shorter length as compared with unsubstituted implying the role of the auxiliary ligand. The molecular descriptors and HOMO - LUMO gap of the Ru complex is less than the Intercalator hence kinetically labile. The TMIP, imidazole ring of the Intercalator ligand and ancillary ligand of the complex, the LUMO is localized. These results indicate that the interaction hub for DNA - metal complex may well comprise the Ru(II) cations, TMIP, and imidazole rings. The charges on the Ru atom in the complexes are significantly lower than the formal charge of +2.The results suggests that the ancillary Ligand in the Ru (II) Polypyridyl complexes affect and alter the reactivity, stability, binding abilities for DNA binding and biological activity.
