Life and food have long been intertwined. Tamil Nadu, India, boasts an extensive culinary heritage that stretches back thousands of years. A large portion of the food that is today popular throughout the world originated in Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu's ancient scholars held that eating healthily was the key to longevity and that cooking was a skill that was passed down through the generations via writing. Despite alterations in culture and the adaptation of different variations, the conventional method of measuring components still exists. Foods that one eat remarkably affect our bodies each day. Thiruvalluvar has beautifully elucidated how food is medicine and affirms the gap between every meal consumed. The Pathupaatu anthology has diverse instances of food consumed during ancient times. Every organ, including the heart that pumps blood and the brain and neurons that govern our body, depends on the nutrients that one acquire from the food one eats to perform their essential activities. The idea of food as medicine conveys the fact that even small food particles can have transformative powers. The nutrition one consumes has a direct impact on the health of every organ in our body. The appropriate sitting position for eating and the process of digestion is wit fully elucidated by the Tamil Writers. These scientifically acclaimed ideas had already been present in Sangam literature representing the heritage of our tradition.

The Obstacle Detecting Blind Stick using Arduino aims to create an assistive tool to help visually impaired individuals navigate their surroundings more safely and independently. This smart stick uses an Arduino microcontroller integrated with ultrasonic sensors to detect obstacles within a certain range. When the stick detects an obstacle, it alerts the user through vibrating motors or audio signals, providing real-time feedback on potential hazards in their path. The ultrasonicsensors, positioned at strategic points, emit ultrasonic waves that bounce back upon hitting an object, allowing the system to calculate the distance to the obstacle and warn the user in advance. Additionally, the stick incorporates an alarm system that activates in emergency situations, helping the user gain attention if they need assistance. Compact and lightweight, this design ensures easy handling without compromising reliability. The project showcases the potential of affordable, user-friendly technology to improve mobility for visually impaired individuals. Overall, this Arduino-based obstacle- detecting stick combines modern electronic components in a practical application, offering a low-cost, customizable, and scalable solution that could benefit a large population and significantly enhance independence and safety for visually impaired users.

The conceptual framework of guided endodontics is used to prepare access cavities and perform endodontic operations in a predictable and secure manner. This approach is beneficial for endodontic or surgical treatment of challenging circumstances. Although it can be utilised for many different operations, it is especially useful for microsurgical endodontics, removing glass fibre posts during endodontic retreatments, and accessing and detecting root canals in teeth with pulp canal obliteration. In addition, it is safer than traditional endodontics, has superior precision, and takes less time for the patient to receive treatment. It is also independent of a clinician's level of competency. The main objective of this paper is to generate an updated literature review on guided endodontics based on the scientific literature that has been published thus far.

An increasing worldwide problem is antimicrobial resistance, which makes conventional antimicrobials less effective and calls for creative alternatives. As a potential substitute, nanoparticles are propelling the creation of innovative antibacterial medications using drug delivery methods based on nanotechnology. Advanced techniques for identifying and treating a range of illnesses are made possible by their use in nanomedicine and nanomaterials. To efficiently treat bacterial infections, a number of advanced drug delivery techniques have been developed, such as pH-sensitive nanoparticles, surface charge-modifying nanocarriers, microencapsulation, and microbially triggered release. These developments decrease the development of resistance, increase the dispersion of targeted drugs, and extend therapeutic effectiveness. Additionally, nanotechnology opens up new avenues for study by facilitating the development of novel antibacterial mechanisms. Nanoparticles are preferable to traditional antimicrobial treatments because of their distinct physicochemical characteristics, which include greater surface area, functionalizable structures, and improved reactivity. They save treatment costs, lessen toxicity, and lessen antibiotic resistance. They also enhance antimicrobial medications' pharmacokinetics and therapeutic effects, guaranteeing increased bioavailability and long-lasting effects. Beyond the treatment of infections, nanotechnology enables quick, accurate, and economical therapeutic and diagnostic options. As nanoantimicrobial agents, nanoparticles eliminate pathogens by breaking down bacterial cell walls, blocking enzymes, and interfering with DNA replication. They are an affordable substitute for conventional antibiotics because of their excellent stability, which enables them to withstand harsh environments. A revolutionary development in microbial pharmaceutics is the incorporation of medication delivery using nanoparticles. Because of their adaptability and wide range of applications, nanoparticles are revolutionizing current medicine by providing next-generation antimicrobial treatments that are more powerful, long-lasting, and immune to changing microbial threats.

Employees' are backbone of the organization, because their muscular activities support to reach the organization goals. So, the Superior and the Manager to tackle some special keys or task, it may be financial or non financial, those special keys to stimulate employees' inner activities and self drives, such as enthusiasm. Enthusiasm + Inspirations = Motivation Activation Enthusiasm + Inspirations are divided by activation equal to Motivation. Enthusiasm creates new thinks; thinking creates inspiration, inspiration routs to action. Employee can be motivated through two ways i.e. Financial, other one is non financial. Financial benefits such as employee periodically promotion, Bonus, Incentive extra wages, cash voucher, Non Financial vouchers are Employee education, Annual Tour, Physical Safety, security and self esteemed.
