The rapid advancement of computational power has significantly strengthened deep learning algorithms, making it easier to generate highly realistic AI-synthesized videos, commonly known as deepfakes. These manipulated videos pose serious threats, including political misinformation, fake terrorism activities, cyber harassment, blackmail, and identity fraud. The ability to create indistinguishable fake videos raises concerns regarding the credibility of digital media and the potential for misuse in various fields such as journalism, social media, and law enforcement.

This research paper explores the ancient Indian philosophy of meditation, focusing on the use of five key musical vowels, A, E, I, O, and U, to achieve profound states of consciousness. Drawing from esteemed Sanskrit texts and insights from tantric practices and yoga traditions, the study examines the significance of vowel sounds in meditation. The paper highlights how each vowel resonates with specific physical and spiritual energies, serving as a channel for deeper meditative experiences. It also discusses the physiological responses and psychological transformations practitioners may experience when integrating these sounds into their routines. Additionally, the research examines the intersection of linguistics, music, and spirituality, revealing the transformative power of sound vibrations in the quest for inner peace and self-realisation. This synthesis aims to enrich practitioners' and scholars' understanding of how musical vowels can enhance their meditation journeys and deepen their connection to self and the universe.

Mirror therapy, also known as mirror visual feedback, is a therapy for pain or disability that affects one side of the body more than the other. It involves hiding the patient's affected limb while placing the unaffected limb in front of a mirror and moving it in various directions and performing functional movements. During mirror therapy, a mirror is placed in the person's midsagittal plane, thus reflecting movements of the non-paretic side as if it were the affected side Nurses involved in mirror therapy for patients with stroke or other conditions should educate patients and families, facilitate therapy sessions, monitor progress, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.

Nanofibers have gained significant attention in pharmaceutical sciences due to their unique properties such as high surface area-to-volume ratio, controlled drug release, and enhanced drug stability. Among the various drug delivery systems, electrospun nanofibers stand out for their ability to provide localized and sustained drug release, particularly in wound healing applications. This study focuses on the design and development of nanofiber formulations to improve wound healing outcomes. Fluconazole, a potent antifungal agent, was incorporated into electrospun Eudragit nanofibers to address fungal infections commonly associated with chronic wounds. The study aimed to overcome challenges related to topical nanofiber application, including vehicle deployment, spreading, and retention. Electrospun nanofibers provide a biomimetic structure resembling the extracellular matrix, promoting cell proliferation and tissue regeneration. Furthermore, the integration of bioactive agents like fluconazole enhances antifungal efficacy while reducing systemic side effects. Controlled drug release over 24 hours was observed, demonstrating the potential of nanofiber-loaded topical gels for efficient drug delivery. The developed formulation exhibited significant antibacterial and antifungal activity, facilitating faster wound healing. This research highlights the promising role of electrospun nanofibers as an advanced platform for localized drug delivery, providing a multifunctional approach for addressing complex wound care challenges. Future work will explore optimizing the composition and incorporating additional bioactive agents to enhance therapeutic efficacy and patient compliance.

This research paper delves into the adoption of remote work practices by corporate organizations, focusing on their influence on employee productivity, overall company performance, and worker well-being. The rise of remote work, significantly accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, has reshaped corporate dynamics, introducing new ways of working and leading to the integration of various technological tools. The study seeks to identify both the advantages and obstacles that arise from shifting to remote work arrangements. A mixed- methods research approach, including surveys, interviews, and case studies, is employed to collect insights from a diverse range of organizations.

Socio-political issues are deeply embedded in the narrative of The White Tiger by Aravind Adiga, offering a critical examination of contemporary Indian society. The novel presents a grim yet realistic portrayal of class conflict, corruption, and social inequality, exposing the widening gap between the affluent elite and the marginalized poor. Through Balram Halwai's journey from a village boy to a successful entrepreneur, Adiga critiques the systemic injustices that hinder social mobility. The novel probes into the oppressive structures that shape individual lives, highlighting themes such as economic disparity, political corruption, and moral degradation. By portraying Balram as a product of these conditions, Adiga highlights the struggles of those seeking liberation from social constraints.

The NEP 2020 is a comprehensive reform that focuses on rebuilding the Indian education system with a focus on the development of 21st-century skills among learners. 21st Century Skills refer to the skills which are essential to enable one to face the challenges of the 21st century world that is globally-active and digitally transforming. 4C's refers to the learning skills i.e., creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication which are highly needed to prepare students for the 21st century education. The National Education Policy 2020 lays particular emphasis on development of critical thinking skills among children. It emphasises that educational institutions must develop higher cognitive abilities, such as critical thinking, logical decision making and encourage innovation among students. The policy emphasises that the curriculum needs to be reorganised to incorporate opportunities for developing critical thinking skills among students. The policy further emphasises that the assessment must also be modified to test critical thinking skills of children. Fostering critical thinking skills takes a lot of practice and involves in various activities like analysing texts, engaging in debates, solving problems and decision making etc. The present paper is an attempt to explore fostering and assessing critical thinking skills among students. It also revealed activities and pedagogies related to fostering critical thinking skills, various ways of assessing critical thinking skills, challenges to teaching this skill and how teachers can empower students to enhance their critical thinking skills. In nutshell, this thematic paper argues that critical thinking should be mainstreamed across all levels of education and that leads to deeper understanding of content matter rather than rote learning and learning for examination.
