As the world is facing a big need for greener transportation since, the fossil fuel we use in our vehicles are big contributor to greenhouse emissions. Luckily, electric vehicles (EVs) are making waves of hope, as well as we are moving away from fossil fuel and embracing more eco-friendly options such as Hybrid vehicle, Hydrogen fuel cell vehicle and Electric vehicle which are way cleaner compared to fossil fuel. But the traditional electric vehicles are facing some challenges, especially when it comes to their batteries such as slow charging speed, limited lifespan, low range. Such similar challenges were also evident in Internal Combustion vehicles (e.g. petrol/diesel /compressed natural gas) which were mostly resolved by converting them to hybrid system. Similarly, in electric vehicles we can resolve problems like limited battery life (charging cycles) and low range of vehicle by converting it into a hybrid electric vehicle.

This study examines the investment preferences and patterns of middle-class investors in Lucknow and Kanpur, focusing on differences in income allocation, investment frequency, and time horizons. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from 115 respondents, and statistical tools such as the Chi-Square test and Independent Samples T-Test were applied for analysis. The findings reveal no significant differences in investment preferences across various avenues, including equities, mutual funds, insurance, fixed deposits, and real estate, with both cities displaying similar investment behaviors. However, a marginally significant difference was found in investment frequency, with Lucknow investors favoring quarterly investments, while Kanpur investors exhibit a more balanced distribution across monthly and annual investments. The study concludes that investment patterns in both cities are largely similar, influenced by common socio-economic factors and financial awareness. These findings provide valuable insights for financial institutions and policymakers to develop region-specific financial products and investment awareness programs that cater to the middle-class population in tier-2 cities.

India has made significant progress in enhancing the involvement and influence of women in democratic decentralization and policymaking. This paper seeks to explore the ways in which women participate in Gram Panchayats, focusing on themes of equity, socioeconomic justice, and democratic decentralization. The paper is structured into three sections. The first section examines the current level of women's participation in Gram Panchayats and the impact of existing socio-legal frameworks in improving their socio-political standing while fostering grassroots institutions. Additionally, this section will analyze the contributions of Self-Help Groups alongside direct engagement. The second section addresses the challenges faced by female representatives and participants, providing a comprehensive overview of these issues and investigating their underlying causes to propose effective solutions. The paper aims to highlight how women's perspectives and sensibilities influence these grassroots democratic institutions, shedding light on previously neglected aspects of decision-making and prioritization. The final section identifies potential areas for enhancing female participation and empowering both women and democratic institutions. This study employs descriptive and historical methodologies to offer a theoretical analysis of the evolving roles of women at the grassroots level. In general, we found that affirmative action does ensure that larger numbers of women enter politics but it does not ensure that the women participate in politics and function as electe representatives, because of lack of education. Empowerment needs to be seen as a holistic outcome of processes of critical education that enables women to lead autonomous lives and the freedom to act. Both affirmative action and education are necessary to empower women who have suffered discrimination and lack of power always.

In the recent years, the Indo- Pacific region has surfaced as a critical geopolitical and profitable territory, drawing significant global attention due to many reasons such as- it's strategic position, abundant natural resources, and thriving maritime trade routes. For India, the Indo- Pacific holds immense significance, not only as a geographic region but as a strategic location that directly impacts its profitable stability, indigenous influence, and public security. Over the decade, China's assertive programs and expansionist policy in the region have created challenges for indigenous stability and sovereignty, compelling India to change its strategic programs to guard its interests and contribute to a balanced indigenous order. China's expansionist strategies, facilitated by its Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), and growing nonmilitary presence in the Indian Ocean, have touched off enterprises across the Indo- Pacific. Beijing's efforts to establish a strategic base through structure systems, port development, and "debt trap" have been viewed as a challenge to the sovereignty of smaller nations and it also destabalises the traditional balance of power in the region. These assertive actions by the Chinese government have directly impacted India's strategic terrain, particularly in areas like the Indian Ocean, where China's adding maritime presence threatens to undermine India's traditional sphere of influence. In response, India has established a multipronged approach, emphasizing strategic alliances such as QUAD, military modernization in its technological aspects, and profitable enterprise aimed at fighting China's intentions while promoting an inclusive and rules- grounded indigenous order. Central to India's response is the Act East Policy, which seeks to consolidate ties with Southeast Asian nations and strengthen profitable and security cooperation. India has also laboriously engaged in indigenous fabrics similar as the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and forums like the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (QUAD), which includes the United States, Japan, and Australia. These alliances emphasize India's commitment to maintaining a free, open, and inclusive Indo- Pacific, where the principles of sovereignty, transnational law, and peaceful disagreement resolution prevail. Likewise, India's strategic emphasis on developing its nonmilitary capabilities reflects its recognition of the Indo- Pacific as a maritime theatre. At the same time, India's approach is not solely hostile to China. Using the interconnectedness of global trade and the benefits of profitable cooperation, India has maintained a neutral policy, seeking to engage China through diplomatic channels while simultaneously strengthening its defense and strategic alliances. This binary- track policy aims to strike a balance between competition and approval. India's strategic programs in the Indo- Pacific reflect a calculated response to the evolving regional dynamics shaped by China's expansionist docket. As the region continues to evolve, India's part as a stabilizing force and its capability to navigate complex challenges will be pivotal in shaping the future of the Indo- Pacific. By balancing fierceness with inclusivity, India aspires to secure its public interests while promoting a collective vision of indigenous peace, stability, and substance.

The branch of Rasashastra plays an integral part, in Ayurveda medicine. Rasashastra is a science which deals with pharmaceutico-therapeutic utilization of minerals and metals. Swarna makshika bhasma has been proved to rejuvenate the beta cells of pancreas in animal study. As per the classics Swarna makshika bhasma has been advocated in Prameha vikaras. Since Satva Bhasma is ten times more potent than Bhasma and it is Sarvarogahara, Rasayana, along with, Satva contains more Copper (Tamra) so this having Param Lekhana property, so considering the fortified therapeutic efficacy of Swarna Makshika Satva Bhasma over Pancreatic Cancer. Pancreatic cancer leads to many complications like Secondary Diabetes Mellitus, Jaundice etc. Pancreatic cancer is associated with poor survival and ranked as 11th most common cancer in world counting 4,58,918 new cases and causing 4,32,242 deaths-2018. Worldwide incidence and mortality of pancreatic cancer co-relate with increasing age and is slightly more common in men than women. Sample showed the maximum lysis of 31.95% in medium dose of 500ug/ml. In the present era safety and efficacy of each and every Herbo-mineral preparations becomes mandatory. These preparations should be well understood in the light of modern chemistry. These Herbo-mineral preparations are suited to physical, chemical, instrumental, macro and micro analysis before being used. This confirms the quality and safety of the drug. The sample shows the Physico- chemical parameters Swarna Makshika Satva Bhasma like- pH value, ash value, loss on drying, loss on ignition and solubility were within normal limit. The particle size of Swarna Makshika Satva Bhasma is 2,555 nm. SEM-EDX of Swarna Makshika Satva shows Copper (79.89%) and Iron (13.81%), SEM-EDX of Swarna Makshika Satva Bhasma shows Copper (38.03%) and Iron (61.97%).
