OSPE model was not widely accepted by faculties but now is being applied for the first time in terminal test of FMT in various colleges. This study is aimed to assess its effect on teaching assessment process as a tool for improving learning. The study conducted during the first terminal test of FMT. Self-reporting is done from participating teachers as a feedback. Most of the participants (80%) rated it as an innovative, convenient and the most practical. OSPE model is adaptable and easy to administer and provides improvements in learning situations and input process. But is it not a brief model as a traditional practical examination.

Niacinamide a form of Vit B3, is widely recognized for its dermatological benefits; however, emerging research suggests its therapeutic potential extends far beyond skincare. Its anti- inflammatory properties make it beneficial for managing conditions like acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, etc. It's role in cellular metabolism suggest implication for metabolic disorders and its management. Niacinamide shows improved insulin sensitivity and reduced oxidative stress, which is beneficial in diabetes management and it has potential to enhance immune function and support chemotherapy, positioning it as a valuable ally in cancer treatment. Moreover, its neuroprotective properties are gaining attention in the contest of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinsons, where niacinamide may support cognitive functions and neuronal integrity. Niacinamide has a range of uses across various industries including pharmaceuticals, food industry, cosmetics, agriculture, biotechnology, nutraceuticals, textiles, cleaning products, bio polymer, beverages etc. This review emerges niacinamide as a multifaceted compound with significant potentials other than skin care. It is essential to fully understand its mechanisms and broaden its usage across industries. By leveraging its diverse properties, niacinamide may contribute substantially to health and wellness initiatives in various contexts.

Abstract The integration of literature into college-level language teaching has been a topic of debate among educators and researchers. While some argue that literature enriches language learning by exposing students to authentic linguistic expressions and cultural nuances, others highlight the challenges of using literary texts effectively in language instruction. This study investigates the role of literature in language teaching, exploring its impact on language proficiency, critical thinking, and student engagement. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research examines how literary texts contribute to vocabulary acquisition, grammar comprehension, and communicative competence. The study also identifies challenges and proposes effective strategies for integrating literature into college-level language curricula

This paper presents the design and implementation of a firefighting robot leveraging Arduino microcontroller technology. The robot is equipped with various sensors and actuators to detect and extinguish fires autonomously. The core functionalities include fire detection using temperature and flame sensors, obstacle avoidance through ultrasonic sensors, and fire suppression using a water pump mechanism. The Arduino microcontroller coordinates the robot's movements, sensor data acquisition, and decision-making algorithms. The system's effectiveness and reliability are demonstrated through experimental tests, showcasing its potential for assisting in firefighting operations in hazardous environments. As technology advances at a swift pace, there is a noticeable shift towards automation in various fields. However, the profession of firefighting remains perilous, with individuals frequently facing life-threatening situations. A significant number of fatalities in this line of work can be attributed to the presence of hazardous gases encountered during firefighting operations.

The way pre-service teachers (PSTs) study, cooperate, and advance their careers has changed as a result of social media's growing influence in education. The advantages, difficulties, and potential of social media for education are the main topics of this study, which investigates how PSTs view and use it. According to the study, which surveyed 60 PSTs, YouTube is the most popular learning tool, followed by Instagram and WhatsApp. Collaboration with classmates and educators, interactive content, and simple access to learning materials are some of the main benefits. Nonetheless, issues like overuse, diversions, and the requirement for responsible participation underscore the significance of digital literacy education. The majority of PSTs, according to the findings, are in favor of social media being incorporated into formal schooling and think that educational institutions ought to offer advice on how to use it responsibly. The necessity for inclusive techniques that accommodate a range of learning preferences is further indicated by gender variations in social media usage trends. While promoting structured regulations that optimize social media's positive effects and mitigate its negative ones, the study highlights social media's potential to improve education. The foundation for future research on the changing function of digital platforms in teacher preparation and the larger educational environment is ultimately laid by this study.

Environmental governance has been at the heart of socio-economic and political development strategies, whether due to benevolence for nature or to ensure human survival. Green policies legislated and green governance manifested as a management strategy and ethics as a foundation for analysis should aid in addressing the anthropogenic connection and issues of the environment and help pursue sustainable development in the context of Sikkim. Instilling ethical standards to mitigate environmental issues, various government-led initiatives and community-led practices have emerged to aid environmental governance.

This review discusses and examines the emerging role of biopolymers and bioplastics as sustainable alternatives to conventional textile materials, addressing eco-friendly solutions in the fashion and textile industry as a critical need. The focus of the study is about two biopolymers: Polylactic Acid (PLA), derived from renewable resources that is corn starch and sugarcane, While, Polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA), is synthesized by microorganisms through bacterial fermentation. An assessment of mechanical properties, biodegradability, and production scalability, the research demonstrates that biopolymer-based textiles can achieve comparable performance to traditional synthetic materials and offers substantial environmental and economic advantages. PLA exhibits excellent tensile strength and natural antibacterial properties, while PHA provides biodegradability and versatility in textile applications. Environmental benefits in comparison to conventional polymers include a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, lower energy consumption during production, and under industrial composting conditions a complete biodegradation within 3-6 months. Economic advantages such as on reduction on usage of petrochemical resources, lower carbon credits, alignment with environmental regulations, and a growing demand in market for sustainable textiles. The review explores technological advancements in biopolymer processing, including melt spinning of PLA fibres and optimization of PHA production, its parameters, and their integration into existing infrastructure textile manufacturing. Reviews indicate that both PLA and PHA-based textiles offer a better and reduced carbon footprint, biodegradable, and durable compared to conventional alternatives. While, PLA can be used in fashion and technical textiles, PHA could give a unique opportunity in medical and smart fabric applications. This study concludes that biopolymers represent solutions that are viable, sustainable for the textile industry, and the challenges for a widespread adoption needs to be addressed in cost-effectiveness and large-scale production.

Abstract Tarana is a unique and vibrant musical genre in Hindustani classical music, often attributed to Hazrat Amir Khusro, a court musician of Alauddin Khilji in the 13th century. The word Tarana is of Persian origin and became widely recognized during the Mughal era. It consists of seemingly meaningless syllables such as Ta, Na, Ri, Tana, Dir, Nom, Tom, Odani, Tadani, which are sung in fast rhythmic patterns. While most musicians regarded these syllables as nonsensical, Ustad Amir Khan took a revolutionary approach by uncovering their hidden meanings through extensive research. His scholarly contributions earned him the prestigious Zakir Hussain Fellowship from the Bihar Sangeet Natak Academy in 1957. His work not only redefined the essence of Tarana but also restored its original purpose, which was deeply rooted in spiritual and devotional expression. He introduced Tarana in various ragas, including Suha, Megh, Hansdhwani, Malkauns, Darbari, Jog, Shudh Kalyan, Puriya Kalyan, Todi, Abhogi, Chanderkauns, and Gujri Todi. His innovations and deep understanding of Tarana serve as an inspiration for future generations.
