This paper presents a comprehensive sports nutrition plan tailored to the needs of a 20-year-old male hockey midfielder, with a focus on enhancing performance and supporting recovery. Utilizing anthropometric data (68 kg body weight, 27% body fat, 49.6 kg lean body mass) and the Cunningham equation, the athlete's total energy expenditure was calculated at 3376.8 calories per day. The proposed diet plan adjusts macronutrient intake across pre-season, in-season, and off-season phases to align with varying training and competition demands. Key recommendations include carbohydrate intake ranging from 476g to 612g, protein from 136g to 204g, and fat from 68g to 75g daily, depending on the season. The plan emphasizes hydration, micronutrient intake, and strategic meal timing, with a sample daily meal schedule provided. By integrating periodized nutrition principles, this study offers a practical, evidence-based approach to optimizing dietary strategies for hockey players, aiming to improve endurance, strength, and recovery while supporting long-term health and injury prevention.

This study looks into the widespread stereotypes that affect men's mental health in Vadodara India. As people start to see how crucial mental health is, this research wants to understand how traditional ideas about being a man shape how men show their feelings and ask for help. The study used a mix of methods blending numbers from surveys with deeper insights from talking to people. It gathered answers from 60 men between 19 and 55 years old. The research used snowball sampling and online surveys to see how society's expectations have an impact on men's mental well-being. The results show that many men stick to the idea of being tough and not showing emotions. Most men who answered think guys don't express themselves much, and they're split on whether it's okay for men to cry. The study points out things that stop men from seeking help, like feeling judged by society and worrying about looking weak. Common thoughts include thinking physical health matters more than mental health, and believing men should never be scared. The research highlights the many problems men face when trying to show they're vulnerable or get help for their mental health. Even though more people know about mental health now old-fashioned ideas are still around making it hard to talk . The study suggests we need to do things to challenge harmful stereotypes, teach people about mental health, and create places where men feel safe to share their feelings.

Financial literacy is a key determinant of financial stability and economic empowerment, particularly for individuals in low-income communities who rely on microfinance services. While microfinance provides access to financial resources, the lack of financial literacy often leads to ineffective financial management, over-indebtedness, and business failures. This study examines the role of training in microfinance as a tool for promoting financial literacy and improving financial decision-making among microfinance clients. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research combines primary data from surveys conducted among 500 microfinance clients and secondary data from reputable financial institutions and scholarly articles. The study analyzes the impact of financial literacy training on loan repayment behavior, savings patterns, business performance, and overall economic well-being. Empirical evidence suggests that clients who receive structured financial training demonstrate improved financial planning, better debt management, and higher savings rates compared to those without training. Graphical analysis reveals a notable shift in financial literacy levels post-training, with a 25% reduction in clients classified as having low financial literacy, and a 15% increase in those categorized as highly financially literate. Additionally, loan repayment rates among trained clients improved by 20%, reducing default rates and enhancing financial sustainability for both borrowers and microfinance institutions. The study also highlights the gender-specific impact of financial literacy training, showing that women entrepreneurs experience significant benefits, including greater financial independence and improved business outcomes. Despite its positive impact, the study identifies key challenges such as accessibility constraints, variations in training effectiveness, and the need for more scalable and cost-effective training models. The findings underscore the necessity for integrating financial literacy training as a mandatory component of microfinance programs, leveraging digital platforms to enhance accessibility, and developing gender-sensitive training modules to maximize impact. The study concludes that financial literacy training is a critical enabler of financial inclusion and sustainable economic growth. Policymakers, microfinance institutions, and development organizations should prioritize structured financial education programs to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills required to make sound financial decisions, improve their livelihoods, and contribute to broader economic development.

This paper presents an approach for machine learning to recognize fake messages. The proposed method uses a combination of NLP techniques [natural language processing] and monitored learning algorithms to classify news articles because the article is fake/True. The specified organized data records for training and testing the model consist of a combination of actual and fake news articles. The results shows that the proposed method achieves a high level of accuracy and that F1 score detection records false messages. The spread of fake news on digital platforms is a key issue in today's information-driven world. This fake news recognition system uses machine learning and natural language processing technology (natural language processing) to classify news articles as real or fake. The system analyzes textual content and checks for reliability using language patterns and cross-source sources. Learning algorithms such as integrated monitored NA- and Bayes, Support Vector Machines (SVMs), or deep learning models improve accuracy when identifying misinformation. This solution aims to support users to distinguish trustworthy information by reducing the spread of fake messages.

This paper presents a comprehensive high-performance plan designed to prevent common lower body injuries in youth field hockey players. Through an extensive literature review, the study identifies key risk factors and injury mechanisms specific to the sport, such as ankle sprains, knee ligament injuries, and muscle strains. The proposed plan integrates evidence-based strategies, including targeted warm-up routines, strength and conditioning exercises, and technique instruction, tailored to the developmental needs of young athletes. Structured across pre-season, in-season, and off-season phases, the program emphasizes progressive skill development and injury prevention. Key components include fitness testing, core stability exercises, coordination and agility drills, and position-specific strength training, all addressing the unique physical demands of field hockey. Grounded in evidence-based practices, the plan highlights age-appropriate training and position-specific requirements to enhance player safety and performance. By implementing this strategy, coaches and trainers can create a safer playing environment, reduce injury incidence, and support the long-term athletic development of youth field hockey players. This work offers a practical, evidence-informed framework to improve health and performance outcomes in this population.

This paper presents a hybrid approach to image forgery detection that combines Error Level Analysis (ELA) with Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs). We introduce a novel framework that leverages the strengths of traditional forensic techniques and deep learning to improve detection accuracy. Our method incorporates several architectural improvements including residual connections, attention mechanisms, and advanced feature fusion techniques that integrate ELA-derived features with CNN-extracted features. The proposed model achieves 98\% accuracy on the CASIA2 dataset and provides precise localization of tampered regions through a novel sliding window approach. The hybrid system offers a comprehensive solution for digital image forensics, combining robust detection capabilities with user-friendly visualization tools. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach compared to existing methods, particularly in identifying sophisticated manipulation techniques that may elude either ELA or CNN methods alone.
