This research paper addresses the critical issue of employee retention in today's highly competitive business environment. Employee retention is a process in which an organisation put efforts toward their employee to make them stay for long time in their organisation. This research paper discusses various factors which influence employee retention, such as job satisfaction, career opportunities, work environment, compensation and benefits, and supervisor support. Sometimes, employees leave their banking jobs due to a disturbing work environment, low wages/salary, low job satisfaction, inadequate compensation, poor management, or a lack of work-life balance. In addition, employees may also leave an organization if they cannot find better opportunities elsewhere. This research paper also highlights the importance of recognizing the cost connected with employee turnover and execute employee retention policies to encourage employees to stay for a longer period of time. The Importance of rewards and employee training in improving performance and motivation is also discussed. Overall, this research paper concludes that a supportive and favourable work environment, along with effective retention strategies, can help banking organizations to retain their employees for the long term and maintain their success in the market.

Environmental challenges such as climate change, deforestation, pollution, and biodiversity loss increasingly threaten rights to life, health, water, food, and adequate living conditions, particularly among vulnerable populations. Environmental law frameworks, both national and international, aim to regulate human activities, protect ecosystems, and ensure sustainable development. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights (ICESCR) emphasize these connections, advocating for the right to a clean, healthy, and sustainable environment. It emphasizes the need for a human rights-based approach to environmental law, ensuring that policy measures promote sustainability while safeguarding human dignity and equity. The evolving concept of environmental human rights highlights the obligation of states and corporations to prevent environmental harm and safeguard vulnerable communities. Environmental rights faces hurdles, including inadequate legal frameworks, enforcement gaps, and conflicts between economic development and environmental protection. Strengthening environmental governance, promoting public participation, and enhancing legal accountability are essential for addressing these challenges. The integration of human rights principles into environmental law offers a pathway to more equitable and sustainable policies. Environmental law and human rights are mutually reinforcing. Protecting the environment is not merely an ecological imperative but a fundamental aspect of securing human dignity and equity for present and future generations. Enhanced international cooperation and legal innovations are crucial to bridging gaps and ensuring that environmental protection remains a cornerstone of human rights advocacy.

Arundhati Roy's The God of Small Things portrays the connection between human and nature through the exploitation of women and nature justified by economic logic and hierarchical dualisms such as men vs women, touchables vs untouchables and big things vs small things that are created by the oppressive, patriarchal, capitalist society. The nonlinear narrative helps Roy depict the multi-dimensionality of oppression that had been hardcoded in the mundane affairs of human life, which escapes attention leading to misplaced faith in the established societal constructs of different domains. The narrative highlights the exploitation of women under the themes of forbidden love and social injustice and the exploitation of the environment under a careful observation of the changes in the Meenachal River which has become a carrier of 'shit' and 'pesticides', which once was a source of water and food. The paper details the ecofeminist principles in line with Anthropocene atrocities which can be mapped to the patriarchal oppression of women through the 'earth/woman' master trope, both of which are simple commodity fetishism. The act of commodification of women by the established patriarchal structures and of nature by the imperialized capitalist structures bears witness to the ideological solidification leading to hypostatization has been identified and brought out in this study.

In recent times, Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) have become a potent deep-learning framework. This framework is used for synthetic data generation and has wide-ranging applications, including image synthesis, text-to-image translation, and video generation. GANs were first introduced by Goodfellow et al. They have been adapted to handle intricate video generation challenges. The challenges are related to the synthesizing of temporally consistent realistic video frames. Video generation comes with its own set of hurdles. One of these is maintaining temporal coherence. Another is modeling complex motion patterns. Video generation is a highly active research area. It is also a demanding field. The goal of this survey is to give an overview. The overview will detail the state-of-the-art GAN-based techniques. These techniques are used in video generation. The survey includes different elements. These elements are architecture training methodologies, evaluation metrics and recent advancements. The advancements are in text-to-video models. These models can generate video from textual descriptions.

India has been playing with the idea of planned economy in the country. As early as in 1876, when 'Dadabhai Naoroji' wrote his "Poverty of India" it was realized that India's poverty could be eradicated only if efforts in some planned way were made. It was in 1933 that M. Visvesvaraya came out with his ten year plan with the target of doubling the income of the country. In 1938, Indian 'National Congress' set up a 'National Planning Committee' under the Presidentship of Late Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru. The work of the Committee was, however, disadvantaged due to the outbreak of Second World War. In 1941, the then Government of India realised the need and necessity of some sort of planning body in India and appointed a Committee for Planning. In 1943, this Committee was replaced by the 'Reconstruction Committee' of the Executive Council, which was headed by the Governor General himself. A year later in 1944, a separate Planning and Development Department was set up by the Government of India. Simultaneously some industrialists of India came forward, with Bombay Plan aiming at economic development of the country in a planned way. In 1946, an Advisory Planning Board was set up by the interim Government of India with K. C. Neogyas its Chairman. Immediately after independence in 1947, the Economic Programme Committee (EPC) was formed by All India Congress Committee with Nehru as its chairman. This committee was to make a plan to balance private and public partnership and urban and rural economies. In 1948, National Planning Committee was accordingly set up by the government. On 29 May 2014, the Independent Evaluation Office submitted an assessment report to Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the recommendation to replace the Planning Commission with a "control commission." On 13 August 2014, the Union Cabinet scrapped the Planning Commission, to be replaced with a diluted version of the National Advisory Council (NAC) of India. On 1 January 2015 a Cabinet resolution was passed to replace the Planning Commission with the newly formed National Institution for Transforming India (NITI AAYOG). The prime objective of the present review paper is to emphasis retrospect and prospect on transformation of planning commission to NITI Aayog in historical context.

The project develops an automatic tripping mechanism for the three-phase transmission system. In the event of a temporary fault, the output of the project resets while it acquires permanent trip condition in case of a permanent fault. There can occur several failures in a three-phase supply system that provides power to industrial and domestic consumers. These failures are results of some faults which may be temporary or permanent in nature. Due to these faults, the power system may suffer considerable damage.
