Advertising plays a significant function in influencing the behavior of customers in the retail industry, where different channels of advertising have the power to sway purchasing behavior, brand image, and customer engagement. This paper examines the effects of diverse advertising channels-te, digital marketing. IV. print advertising, influencer marketing, word-of-mouth marketing, and social media-on consumer behavior. The paper reviews how consumer interest is influenced through targeted ads, brand narratives, promotional campaigns, and personalized campaigns. With the advancement of digital evolution, the impact of conventional as opposed to contemporary advertising techniques is evaluated to analyze their contribution in shaping consumer belief, choice-making, and loyalty towards a brand. The study also explores theories of psychology and behavior that suggest why some adverts appeal more to comumers. Through an examination of actual retail advertising campaigns and consumer reactions, this popor identifies the most important determinants of successful advertising and changing trends in consumer-brand interactions. The results are of significant use to retailers on how to maximize their advertising campaigns to maximize consumer interaction and increase sales in a competitive market.

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly changed the various aspects of human resources (HR) capabilities and the way businesses manage their employees have been fundamentally redesigned. The integration of automation, the artificial intelligence (AI) recruitment process, data analytics, cloud-based HR management systems and machine learning algorithms has created a more efficient, strategic, employee-centric HR framework. This research paper addresses the profound impact of digitization on HR practices and examines its role in hiring, training, performance management, employee and general organizational productivity tightening. As organizations are increasingly moving into the digital HR ecosystem, there are also several challenges: The deployment of digital HR solutions offers many options, including real-time worker analytics, predictive talent management, and AI-driven chatbots for employee support, but requires effective strategies for changing management and ongoing learning initiatives to maximize the benefits of digitization. Skill gaps, cybersecurity weaknesses, algorithmic bias, and employee adaptability to successfully switch to a full digital HR environment. This study shows how important it is to compensate technology in human HR practices to create an optimized future workforce.

This research aims to explore the awareness and understanding of mutual funds among college students, focusing on their knowledge levels and investment perspectives. In an era where financial literacy is increasingly crucial, this study investigates how college students perceive mutual fund investments, their willingness to invest, and the factors influencing their decisions. By assessing students' knowledge of different types of mutual funds, risk management, returns, and investment strategies, the study seeks to identify gaps in financial education and the impact of various informational sources, such as social media, family, and educational curriculum. The research will further delve into the students' attitudes toward investing, including their risk tolerance, long-term financial goals, and the barriers they face in making informed investment choices. Ultimately, this study will provide valuable insights into the current state of mutual fund awareness among young adults and suggest potential strategies for enhancing financial education to empower students in making sound investment decisions

Hesperidin is a type of bioflavonoid that is found in large amounts in citrus fruits. Besides its famous advantages for heart health, type II diabetes management, and reducing inflammation, recent research has shown that hesperidin offers various benefits for skin health. These include helping with wound healing, protecting against UV damage, fighting inflammation, acting against harmful microbes, reducing the risk of skin cancer, and lightening the skin. Additionally, hesperidin improves the balance of the skin's protective barrier in both young and older skin. Hesperidin helps skin functions in several ways. It acts as an antioxidant, blocks certain signaling pathways, and promotes the growth, development, and production of lipids in the outer skin layer. Due to its affordability, easy accessibility, and excellent safety profile, hesperidin may be beneficial for treating various skin conditions.

The rapid growth of mobile banking has significantly transformed the banking sector, offering customers enhanced convenience, speed, and accessibility. This research aims to explore the impact of mobile banking on customer satisfaction, focusing on the key factors that influence users' experiences with mobile banking applications. Using primary data collected through localized questionnaires, this study assesses customer perceptions of mobile banking features such as account management, fund transfers, bill payments, and security measures. The data collected will be analysed using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) to identify differences in satisfaction levels based on variables such as age, income, and frequency of use. The findings are expected to provide insights into how mobile banking services contribute to customer satisfaction, the challenges users face, and the areas where banks can improve their offerings. This study will contribute to the understanding of mobile banking's role in enhancing customer experience and its implications for the future of digital banking in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.

Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) help healthcare providers select medications, dose them correctly, and minimize bad reactions. With the addition of artificial intelligence (AI), these systems have progressed beyond traditional rule-based techniques, including machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and predictive analytics to improve decision-making processes. AI-powered CDSS improve patient outcomes by tailoring pharmacological therapy using pharmacogenomics, real-time data analysis, and predictive modeling. This paper looks at the many AI approaches used in CDSS, such as supervised learning for dosage modifications, neural networks for individualized prescriptions, and natural language processing (NLP) to extract drug-related information from clinical notes. Furthermore, reinforcement learning allows AI systems to adjust and optimize treatment recommendations depending on patient feedback. These breakthroughs help precision medicine by finding complex drug-drug and drug-gene interactions, which improves the safety and efficacy of treatment. Despite its potential, AI-driven CDSS confront a number of obstacles, including data quality issues, training model biases, ethical and regulatory concerns, and clinical acceptance impediments. Integration with electronic health records (EHRs) and interoperability with existing healthcare systems are still important challenges. However, recent developments such as explainable AI (XAI) for transparency, federated learning for secure data sharing, and AI-powered virtual health assistants show promise in addressing these limitations. This review demonstrates the transformative influence of AI in medication therapy optimization using real-world applications and case studies. AI-powered CDSS pave the way for customized medicine's future by increasing clinical workflow efficiency, reducing prescription mistakes, and promoting evidence-based decision-making. Continuous research and improvement are required for broad adoption and long-term success in clinical practice.

With the increasing global use of herbal medicines, monitoring adverse drug reactions (ADRs) has become critical to ensuring patient safety and therapeutic efficacy. However, the unique and complex nature of herbal products presents distinct challenges in pharmacovigilance, including variability in composition, multi-component formulations, and limited reporting systems tailored to herbal medicines. This review highlight the role of advanced technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) in addressing these challenges by enhancing ADR detection, analysis, and reporting within the herbal medicine sector. The integration of AI algorithms with digital databases and specialized software facilitates efficient data mining, pattern recognition, and early signal detection, improving the accuracy and speed of ADR identification. Moreover, AI-driven tools offer scalable solutions for real time data processing and predictive analytics, which contribute significantly to preempting potential adverse reactions and optimizing patient outcomes. We explore current technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and mobile application, as they pertain to herbal pharmacovigilance. This paper aims to provide insights into how the synergy between AI, technology and regulatory databases can establish more robust frameworks for ADR monitoring in herbal medicines, ultimately advancing patient safety standards.

Alumni associations play a crucial role in keeping graduates connected to their schools, providing benefits such as networking opportunities, mentorship, and avenues for fundraising. Despite their importance, these associations often face challenges with engaging members, facilitating donations, and delivering effective services like job networking and tracking alumni achievements. This abstract presents the idea of a comprehensive Alumni Association platform aimed at overcoming these obstacles through integrated web applications. The goal of this platform is to boost alumni engagement, simplify donation processes, and provide valuable services for both the institution and its graduates. By utilizing technology, this solution aspires to strengthen the relationship between alumni and their alma mater, ultimately creating a more vibrant and supportive alumni community.
