This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the interplay between brand visibility, consumer trust, and conversion rates in the context of modern marketing. Brand visibility refers to the extent to which a brand is recognized and remembered by consumers in various channels and touchpoints. Consumer trust is the foundation of successful relationships between brands and consumers, influencing their purchasing decisions and loyalty. Conversion rates measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts in converting potential customers into actual buyers. The research examines how brand visibility impacts consumer trust and, in turn, influences conversion rates. It investigates the factors that contribute to brand visibility, including advertising, social media presence, online reviews, and word-of-mouth referrals. Additionally, it explores the dimensions of consumer trust, such as brand reputation, reliability, authenticity, and transparency.

The study focuses on the internal audit procedures within an organization, emphasizing its continuous monitoring role to alert management about deviations from regulatory frameworks and policy loopholes. The Internal Audit Department conducts year-round audits, highlighting areas for improvement and reporting findings to higher authorities. Specifically, it reviews income recognition practices and conducts periodic research using secondary data for recommendations. This project aims to provide MBA students with practical exposure in a business setting, allowing them to apply theoretical knowledge in real-life scenarios.

Battery Management System (BMS) plays a critical role in Off-Grid Photovoltaic systems. BMS provides optimal battery performance and overall system reliability by monitoring and controlling key parameters. BMS also estimates System of Charge (SOC) to emphasize the impact of system efficiency sustainability to make the system independent from all the external common sources. The abstract also introduces modeling and simulation of integrating BMS in overall off-grid PV systems. This combination establishes a comprehensive approach to design and optimize sustainable energy solutions in remote areas)

The "Crop protection and grass cutter using robotic vehicle" project aims to revolutionize agricultural practices by leveraging robotics, sensor technologies, and wireless communication for efficient crop protection and grass management. The project involves developing a robotic vehicle equipped with sensors such as PIR, ultrasonic, IR, and environmental sensors to monitor field conditions in real-time. A Raspberry Pi controller processes sensor data, controls DC motors for movement, activates a grass cutter, and communicates via GSM for alerts. A web interface allows remote control, sensor monitoring, and live camera feed viewing for enhanced field management. The project's objectives include optimizing resource utilization, reducing manual labor, improving crop yields, and promoting sustainable farming practices. By integrating cutting-edge technologies and user-friendly interfaces, the project aims to empower farmers with tools for effective field monitoring, decision-making, and crop protection in modern agriculture.

Hydropotentials have played a significant role in driving human civilizations on a pan-world basis. This has been evident since the days of the rise of the river valley civilizations. However, the recent anthropogenic activities propelled climate change has a footprint on the existing hydro deposits of the planet. The fast depletion of hydro deposits has emerged as a great risk to human existence and sustenance. Hydro resources are the greatest resource of mankind. The depletion and deficit of this resource generate multidimensional poverty that is difficult to fight. This paper provides a comprehensive view of the linkage between climate change-induced hydro poverty and its impact on local communities and the sustainability strategies that the communities think over. Studies on climate change and hydro scarcity are abundant. However, there is a dearth of literature relating to the socioeconomic impacts and local sustainability models in the context of the growing hydro-scarce districts of Odisha. In this context, this paper is the outcome of a study undertaken in the district of Nabarangpur of Odisha based on the field study carried on during the last two summers when parts of the district reel under acute hydro poverty and the way it has impacted the lives and livelihood of the local communities. Further, the study has tried to capture people's opinions and indigenous knowledge to develop sustainable hydro conservation and use strategies to mitigate the situation and for rightful adaptation strategies. The "go along" and "get along" tools have been used to collect the qualitative data while a standardized interview schedule is used to collect the quantitative household information about hydro use.

This project involves close observation of marine life using a remotely controlled boat. The motion of the boat is controlled using the Esp8266 microcontroller, which can be controlled using Wi-Fi. Additionally, mini-DC pumps are used for the motion of the boat, which is controlled using the Android app. Marine life is observed using two cameras, an Esp32 camera and an Android camera, which are being mounted on the boat to observe above water as well as inside the water, and both outputs of the camera are visible on the PC. The output of an Android camera is used to detect movement inside water using OpenCV, and data collected by cameras can be stored on a PC remotely.

Cyber Security is the practice of protecting critical systems and sensitive information systems from digital attacks. Also known as information technology (IT) security, cyber security measures are designed to combat threats against network systems and applications, whether those threats originate from inside or outside of an organisation. In 2020, the average cost of a data breach was USD 3.86 million globally and USD 8.64 million in the United States. These costs include the expenses of discovering and responding to the breach because of downtime and lost revenue, and the long-term reputational damaged to a business and its brand. Cybercriminals target customers' personally identifiable information (PII) - name, addresses, national identification number (e.g., Social Security number in the US, fiscal codes in Italy), and credit card information - and then sale these records in underground digital marketplaces. Compromised PII often leads to a loss of customer trust, the imposition of regulatory fines, and even legal action. Security system complexity, created by disparate technologies and a lack of in- house expertise, can amplify these costs. But organizations with a comprehensive cyber security strategy., governed by best practices and automated using advance analytics, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, can fight cyber threats more effectively and reduce the lifecycle and impact of breaches when they occur. Cyberspace is becoming more complex and we need continuous innovation to keep the space secure and resilient to threats. Indigenous solutions, in-house expertise and startup eco-system needs to be created to reduce dependence on foreign products and solutions for securing our critical infrastructure and defense installations. National Cyber Security Coordinator Dr Gulshan Rai stressed in a conference of cyber security upon the areas of strategic importance including Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Virtual reality & augmented reality, Internet of things (IOT) which would be the backbone of the country in future.

Abstract The COVID-19 epidemic has led to a surge in digitalization in several fields, including corporate governance. Due to the pandemic, a number of digitalization initiatives were done out of need rather than strategy, which prevented them from potentially undergoing the thorough regulatory review that would be required in other situations. This article intends to provide with a fresh perspective on how emerging technologies, including blockchain, smart contracts, big data, algorithms, and artificial intelligence, are expected to affect a company's structure on corporate governance. During this transition, businesses shifted from having a short-term emphasis to a long-term one, and they replaced their goal of maximising profits with one of creating sustained added value. Owing to the impact on the accounting function--one of the most important pillars supporting corporate governance--digitalization offers a more developed framework for responsibility and accountability by guaranteeing the timely, accurate, and transparent information stakeholders require. On the other hand, this transition has also made a significant rise to the number of cyberattacks and other threats to digital security of a company. However, as interim measures have shown to be somewhat beneficial in comparison to the pre-pandemic normal, the pandemic crisis has also presented a chance to put productivity-enhancing measures into place. This article further demonstrates upon the fact that, in contrast to popular belief, one of the most important and noticeable consequences of modern technologies on businesses is how corporate bodies divide up their own duties and competencies and still protecting the pillars of their corporate governance during crisis.
