Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), enacted in 2005, is the Indian Government's response to the constitutionally manifested right to work and means to promote livelihood security by creating durable assets in India's rural areas. It provides 100 days of guaranteed work to any person who demands the same. This study is based on an empirical study conducted in the district of Koraput (one of the highly tribal concentrated districts of KBK regions in Odisha. This empirical study reveals that tribal beneficiary households has benefitted less in terms of average annual income, expenditure, savings and debt compared to non-tribal beneficiary households despite of their numerical strength.

One major issue contributing to this problem is the blockage of stormwater drainage systems, often caused by the dumping of solid waste like polythene bags. These blockages lead to overflows, sanitation problems, and health hazards. Manual clearing of these blockages is not only labour-intensive but also risky due to hazardous gases and contaminated water. To address this, a smart system utilizing sensors is proposed. This system comprises GPS, GSM, float sensors, an ESP32 board controller, LCD display, and the Blynk IoT application. The float sensor detects water levels in the drainage system, signalling potential blockages. When a blockage is detected, the system alerts authorities via text message, enabling swift action to be taken.

Abstract: In this paper we discuss the advancements and challenges in wireless power transfer (WPT) systems for electric vehicles (EVs). It emphasizes the importance of addressing technological challenges and human safety concerns associated with high-power transmission through the air., it mentions the benefits of wireless charging for EVs and the efficiency improvements enabled by semiconductor technology. More than 400 W of electric power may be transferred with more than 90% efficiency by the dynamic charging mechanism that has been created the abstract sets the stage for exploring the potential of dynamic wireless charging systems for EVs and the promising future of WPT technology in enhancing convenience and sustainability in electric vehicle usage.

Pakshaghata is known as stroke or cerebrovascular accident (CVA), a debilitating neurological disorder that affects millions of people worldwide. In Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine, Pakshaghata is considered a Vata Vyadhi, primarily involving the imbalance of the Vata dosha, leading to various symptoms affecting one side of the body. Panchakarma, a cornerstone of Ayurvedic therapy, offers a holistic approach to managing Pakshaghata by addressing the underlying dosha imbalance and restoring harmony to the body and mind. Pakshaghata is characterized by sudden onset paralysis or weakness affecting one side of the body, often accompanied by sensory disturbances, speech impairment, and other neurological deficits. According to Ayurveda, the vitiation of Vata dosha, either alone or in combination with other doshas, leads to the manifestation of Pakshaghata. Factors such as excessive stress, poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, and genetic predisposition can contribute to the aggravation of Vata dosha, thereby increasing the risk of Pakshaghata.

In today's conditions, the importance of economical design in buildings is even more significant. With rising construction costs and limited resources, designing buildings that are cost-effective is crucial. It allows for the efficient use of materials and resources, reducing waste and environmental impact. Additionally, economical design promotes energy efficiency, which is essential in today's focus on sustainability and reducing carbon footprint. By incorporating economical design principles, we can create buildings that are not only affordable but also environmentally responsible. This project includes the analysis, design of structure, comparing between autoclave aerated concrete and conventional brick in the form of steel consumptions. We have structurally designed a building, each time using AAC blocks and clay bricks separately. After the complete analysis, we witnessed various differences.

India, having population of around billions of people, is rapidly growing and is about to be the economic power worldwide. With having a comparatively great youthful population, India is in race to be a healthy and attractive insurance market in the upcoming decades. This study deals and examines the overall Indian insurance industry and applicability of the Insurance Act 1938, in India. This Act of 1938 was the first legislation to deal in every form of insurance and to provide strict state control over insurance intermediaries and businesses. It gives an inclusive framework for the nation's registration, operations, and governance of insurance companies. IRDA i.e. the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority has been set up by this Act as the key regulatory authority who shall be accountable for administration of the insurance industry. It outlines the needs for getting the certificates of registration, set rule for the conduct of the insurance businesses, and specifies provisions associates to solvency margin, investment, and policyholder safeguard. The Insurance Act of 1938 aimed to ensure the constancy, integrity, and fair functioning of the Indian insurance sector. The study commences by explaining or detailing about the pre- independence regulatory regime. This is important aspect for the study since the culmination of the Insurance Act of 1938 acted as the backbone and guiding agent for the current legislation in place. It shows how the privatization policy in recent times is playing out in the market. Even the study provides the projections of market segments for 2025 which are based on the currently ongoing economic estimates. This study discusses judicial approach, landmark case laws related to Insurance Act 1938. The study tried to find out the legal issues and challenges pertaining to insurance industry in India. Moreover, the interpretation of the insurance Act clauses by the Supreme Court are analyzed.

Abstract This study investigates the role of social support systems in promoting employee resilience within the contemporary workplace. Employee well-being and performance are increasingly recognized as vital components of organizational success, and the study explores how social support systems contribute to enhancing resilience among employees. The data was collected through in-depth interviews with 8 employees from diverse industries in the corporate sector. Thematic analysis was employed to identify recurrent patterns and themes, and it was analyzed using the QDA Miner, a qualitative analyzing software. The study uncovers a range of supportive mechanisms that employees rely on, including emotional support from colleagues, instrumental support from supervisors, and informational support from both internal and external sources. It highlights the significance of reciprocal support exchanges and emphasizes the dynamic nature of these interactions in fostering employee resilience.

Multi Charging Electric Vehicle Using Wind Energy is a very useful and innovative method for charging the batteries of an electric vehicle. The common problem of charging in EV's is battery efficiency, mileage, charging station, bulky heavy battery charger and wall socket. Now this all problem can solve by using new innovative method of charging system. The conversion of wind energy here acts as a charger, as the vehicle is in motion. The PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) fans are having coin shape magnets mounted on their blades. As the wind strikes or drop on the blades of fan the magnetic force will convert into magnetic motion, as a result the fan start rotating and develop a power of 3.96 to 4 volts. Since this power is generated from a single fan. And the power develop from 25 fans will be 98 volt without considering losses. A Charge controller is installed between fan and battery which control the voltage and allow the suitable voltage pass to the respective load. Here load is Brushless Direct Current Motor (BLDC).
