 Abstract

Migrant labourers, denoted as individuals who relocate from one jurisdiction to another in pursuit of occupational opportunities or enhanced living standards, typically eschewing permanent settlement intentions, thereby proffering their services on a transitory, often seasonal, basis, have persistently confronted instances of discrimination and exploitation perpetrated by contractors, agents, and employers, constituting egregious violations of human rights. Migrants commonly encounter impediments in accessing indigenous health and social amenities, and are susceptible to rights deprivation, either owing to their undocumented status or due to impediments in availing judicial redress. In acknowledgment of the systemic exploitation endured by interstate migrant labourers, the legislative body of India promulgated several statutes, including The Minimum Wages Act, 1948, The Payment of Wages Act, 1936, The Factories Act, 1948, and notably, the Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979. The Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979 was legislatively conceived with the explicit objective of overseeing the employment of interstate migrant labourers, enhancing their labour conditions, and addressing associated concerns. The ongoing scholarly inquiry undertakes an examination of the statutory safeguards afforded to interstate migrant labourers, scrutinizing the efficacy of the Inter-state Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Services) Act, 1979 through a comprehensive empirical inquiry conducted within the brick kiln establishments situated in the Bathinda district of Punjab.

 Abstract

This study investigated the effect of using artificial intelligence (AI) tools on English language learning outcomes among high school students. The experimental method was employed, with 200 students randomly assigned to control and experimental groups. The experimental group received English instruction aided by AI tools such as language learning apps, writing assistants, and conversational chatbots, while the control group received traditional instruction methods. Pre-tests and post-tests were administered to measure English proficiency. Student surveys were also conducted to assess perceptions of using AI tools. The results showed significantly higher English scores in the experimental group compared to the control group (p<0.05), indicating the positive impact of AI tools. No significant differences were found based on gender, locality, management type, or subject stream. However, students with English as the medium of instruction performed better with AI tools. Overall, the study provides evidence for the potential of AI to enhance English language teaching and learning in high school settings.

 Abstract

Abstract: Population is a key element for a reason. It represent a community of one or more people living any area. Population is always changing in the context of time and space. that is increase in its qualitative and quantitative characteristics is its natural characteristic. This dynamic trend of population is the result of physical, economic and cultural element, which are controlled by three basic determining factors like fertility, mortality rate and migration. Althrough population growth is a boon for less prosperous and resource rich areas. It provides them new opportunity for development and extensions. However, in densely populated area, it becomes a matter of problem due to decreasing resource and increasing population burden. Since population growth, distribution and structure are seen to have very close relationship with land use, land cover and global climate change. increasing population also affect the demand of any other types of physical resource. As a result, analysis of population growth has been carried out over the period of time by various social scientist, geographers, and planners with reference to several aspects such as jeo-temporal, rural, urban, social economic, religious, regional, age and sex structure, working and non-working, educated and uneducated etc. Therefore in the present context it is a very important to study the negative effect of increasing population and population growth. This research paper present in analysis of the temporal-special pattern of population growth and its distribution in the contest of Katihar district Bihar, which is mainly based on secondary data.  Abstract

The main aim of our project is to utilize the heat which is wasted from the gas burner in kitchen to clean the dishes from hot water. The copper tubes are mounted below the gas burner. The water will be passed through these tubes. Then the water coming out from the copper tubes will be hot as the heat will be transferred from the gas burner and then through the copper tubes to the water. This hot water will be then passed through the PCM i.e. Phase change material. The heat will be transferred from the water to the PCM so that temperature of PCM gets increased and after some time it will change its phase. The water will be then collected in the tank. The flow control valve will be used to control the flow rate of water. The pump will be placed after the tank and the nozzle will be placed so that the water will be sprayed on the dishes to clean. When the burner is in off condition then at that time the heat will be transferred from the PCM to the water so that temperature of PCM will be decreased. But the temperature of water will be increased so that we will get the required output temperature of water to clean the dishes. The 3D model will be drawn with the help of CATIA software. The analysis will be carried out on ANSYS software. The experimental testing will be carried out and then the result and conclusion will be drawn

 Abstract

The calibration curve, constructed at a wavelength of 250 nm, exhibited a linear relationship for Terazosin Hydrochloride Dihydrate concentrations ranging from 50 to 150 g/ml. Terazosin Hydrochloride Dihydrate's limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) were determined to be 0.3983 g/ml and 1.207 g/ml, respectively. These numbers show the analytical method's sensitivity. The proposed chromatographic technique for determining Terazosin Hydrochloride Dihydrate has been shown to be accurate, exact, and efficient. The suggested chromatographic approach was validated in terms of linearity, accuracy, and precision. The percentage of Relative Standard Deviation (% RSD) for all parameters was determined to be less than two, showing that the newly established procedure has been verified and the findings produced using this approach are accurate.
