The study's importance stems from its capacity to shed light on important avenues for women's socioeconomic empowerment in India by conducting a thorough assessment of the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) program. Through an examination of the various obstacles that women encounter, such as low awareness, financial reliance, and social standards, the study seeks to offer sophisticated perspectives on the complexities of women's empowerment. The objective of the study is to analyse the socio-economic empowerment of women through the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana Scheme in Coimbatore. The sample of the study is 100. Descriptive research design and convenience sampling method has been used. Questionnaire has been used as a primary data. Simple percentage analysis, chi-square analysis, correlation and one way ANOVA statistical tools have been applied to reach the findings of the study. It is found that there is some significant relationship between the age of the respondents and PMUY scheme impacted the economic well-being of women in the rural sector. It is suggested that Both beneficiaries and the government should recognize and support the potential for skill development and entrepreneurship among women in rural households facilitated by the Ujjwala Yojana, promoting further investment in training and capacity-building programs. It is concluded that the PMUY scheme has played a crucial role in reducing gender-based disparities, improving health outcomes, and enhancing overall safety and well-being in kitchens and homes. However, there is still room for improvement in certain areas, such as ensuring the effectiveness of clean cooking fuel in reducing accidents and burns, and addressing any remaining challenges in economic opportunities and health outcomes.

The majority of India's unorganised labour is made up of women. Because women's health has an intergenerational influence, it is necessary to consider how the health of the future population will be determined. Ultimately, a woman's health has an impact on the financial stability of her home since she will be less productive in the workforce if her health is poor. In light of this, the current study examined the health status of women unorganised workers in the YSR district.

Diabetes mellitus is the most common chronic metabolic disorder globally, affecting 77 million people above the age of 18 years in India. It causes life threatening complications like Neuropathy, Nephropathy, Retinopathy and myocardial problems and cerebrovascular accidents. It is most appropriate disease resembling pathology and characteristics of Madhumeha. In ayurveda, madhumeha is described as a type of Prameha further explained under the type Vataj type of prameha. Acharya Sushruta stated that the most of the prameha gets converted into madhumeha if not treated timely. Neglecting the basic principles of Dincharya and Ritucharya and adaptation of Sedentary lifestyle, excessive intake of sweet, non -veg diet, dairy products are some causative factors. It can be managed well by Ahar Vihar, Shodhan karma and some ayurvedic formulations. The aim of this study was to observe the efficacy of Panchatikta Panchaprasutik Niruha Basti enema including Palliative treatment in diabetes. Methods: It is a single case study of 47 years old female patient who was diagnosed with diabetes correlated as Prameha from 1 year approached to Ayurvedic hospital and was treated Panchatikta Panchaprasutik Niruha Basti. The treatment was continued for consecutive 15 days. Results: After 15days changes were observed in symptoms as well as reduction was seen in blood and urine sugar level and overall quality of life of patient was improved. Conclusion: Patient got satisfactory relief in symptoms as well as objective parameters after 15 days.

Introduction: Dengue fever is a substantial arthropod delivered viral conditions. Sickness is produced by any of the four dengue contagion serotypes. (DENV 1, DEN- 2, DEN- 3, DENV- 4). Dengue is transmitted by the bite of female mosquitoes of the species Aedes Aegypti and also Aedes Albopictus. Methods: This study was conducted in the department of Microbiology, CSJM University, Kanpur. (School Of Health Sciences). The blood sample collected from the patients with clinical daigonosis. The samples were collected from the each patients, The first sample is collected between 1-5 days of clinical symptoms and samples between 15-21 days of clinical symptoms the results are obtained through the detection of dengue ELISA experiment NS1Ag MICROLISA (solid phase enzyme) Dengue IgM MICROLISA enzyme based ERBA LISA Dengue tests which are treated through Q-Line Rapid Card, during the study period of October 2022 to March 2023. Result: Total samples 965 were collected through patients Out of 965 ,500 (51.81%) cases were male and 465 (48.18%) were female, NS1Ag positive Dengue Rapid Card. The tests were treated throughout 376 cases treated through NSIAg,276(28.6%) positive and IgM positive is 29(3%). Conclusion: Dengue fever is becoming more serious medical issues in India in nationwide. In the future more studies are requested to monitor dengue fever surveillance across the whole country.

This slightly sweet, effervescent drink has a 2,000-year history and is well-known for its health advantages. In the Tsin Dynasty, kombucha was first mentioned in Chinese records in 221 BC. The fermented tea is credited to Dr. Kombu, a Korean physician, who brought it to Japan in 414 AD. Later, the name of the doctor Kombu was combined with the Korean word cha, which means tea, to create the word Kombucha. Though the beverage has become widely known, Goa is credited for sparking India's Kombucha obsession. These days, you can find Booch (the name for Kombucha) on the menus of cafes and grocery stores in any Indian city.

Every day, the number of traffic accidents rises as the automobile population increases.. Most people die because they don't get medical help at the scene of an accident or because it takes too long for rescuers to get there. However, routing problems and traffic congestion is one of the major factors hampering speedy assistance. By identifying sites where the possibility of accidents is higher and the closest spot for ambulance placement, the response time can be greatly reduced. In order to operate efficiently as well as effectively ambulances should be deployed in areas where there is maximum demand and the ambulance should be able to reach the victim within a drive time of five minutes. This project suggests a specific way to shorten the time it takes for an ambulance to arrive at the scene of a road accident. To achieve this, the project aims to revolutionize emergency response strategies by proposing a novel unsupervised generative clustering approach employing Variational Deep Embedding (VaDE). Additionally, this proposed system includes real-time alerts to both hospitals and traffic departments, facilitating route clearance for expedited ambulance travel. Unlike traditional clustering methods, Variational Deep Embedding (VaDE) is a 4-step data generation process that uses deep neural networks and a Gaussian Mixture Model to optimize ambulance positioning strategies. By having an ambulance on site or in close proximity to the spots venue, the response time can be significantly reduced and thereby save precious lives.

Ehretia laevis Roxb. (Boraginaceae) has been extensively used as a traditional remedy for the treatment of a various range of ailments related to the gastrointestinal tract, the reproductive system, respiratory system and against several diseases. This review critically assesses and documents, for the first time, the fragmented information on E. laevis roxb including its botanical description, plant profile, geographical distribution, bioactive phyto -metabolites and pharmacological activities. E. laevis showed the presence of important phytoconstituents such as alkaloids, aliphatic alcohols, hydrocarbons, amino acids, pentacyclic triterpenoids, phenolic acids, flavonoids, fatty acids, steroids, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Ehretia laevis Roxb. exhibit broad spectrum of therapeutic activities viz., anti-inflammatory, antiulcer, antidiarrheal, antidysenteric, antioxidant, antiarthritic, antidiabetic, antivenom, wound healing and anti-infective activities
