The increasing frequency and sophistication of Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks pose serious challenges to maintaining server reliability and operational continuity in modern network infrastructures. Traditional monitoring systems often fail to detect early signs of performance degradation caused by such attacks due to their inability to handle dynamic, high-dimensional data streams. This research presents an intelligent time series monitoring framework leveraging machine learning techniques for proactive server health assessment and DDoS attack mitigation. The proposed model analyzes real-time performance indicators such as CPU utilization, memory consumption, network throughput, and latency to identify anomalous behavior patterns associated with DDoS activities. Using supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, including Random Forest, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and Autoencoders, the system performs both predictive forecasting and anomaly detection over time series data. Experimental evaluations demonstrate that the proposed approach achieves superior detection accuracy, low false alarm rates, and robust adaptability under varying attack intensities. The study highlights the potential of machine learning-based time series modeling as a reliable and scalable solution for enhancing server resilience and ensuring continuous service availability against evolving DDoS threats.

This study investigates the relationship between procrastination, stress coping strategies, and life satisfaction among young adults. The transition into adulthood is often associated with increased academic, social, and personal responsibilities, making effective time management and emotional regulation essential for maintaining psychological well-being. Procrastination, defined as the voluntary delay of intended tasks despite anticipated negative outcomes, is frequently observed in this age group and is linked to increased stress, reduced efficiency, and poorer mental health outcomes. In contrast, coping strategies refer to the cognitive and behavioral efforts used to manage stress, which may be adaptive, such as problem-solving and seeking social support, or maladaptive, such as avoidance and denial. The study employed a quantitative research design, with data collected from young adult participants using standardized instruments measuring procrastination, coping strategies, and life satisfaction. Statistical techniques, including correlation analysis, were applied to examine the relationships among the variables. The findings indicate a negative association between procrastination and life satisfaction, while adaptive coping strategies show a positive relationship with life satisfaction. Overall, the study highlights the significant role of behavioral and coping patterns in influencing well-being. The results suggest that interventions aimed at reducing procrastination and promoting effective coping strategies may enhance life satisfaction and psychological adjustment among young adults.

Stigma around mental health remains a major hedge to help seeking among men. The present study examined the relationship between mental health stigma, emotional suppression and masculine role norms among college male students (N= 100). Standardized measures including SSOSH, ERQ-S and MRNI-SF were used. Results revealed a significant positive correlation between emotional suppression and mental health stigma, indicating that individuals who suppress feelings are more likely to hold stigmatizing beliefs toward seeking help. Although masculine role norms showed a positive association, it wasn't statistically significant. Regression analysis linked emotional suppression as the only significant predictor of stigma. The findings punctuate the significance of addressing emotional suppression to reduce mental health stigma and promote help-seeking among youthful men

Information technology (IT) has a transformative role in higher education today. This study examines the adoption of IT in university teaching and its impact on students' academic performance. A descriptive survey design was employed: questionnaires were administered to second-year undergraduates about their use of educational technology and academic outcomes. Statistical analysis of the responses indicates that regular use of technology in the classroom is associated with higher student engagement, accelerated learning progress, and improved exam results. Interviews with faculty corroborate these findings, suggesting that integrating digital content in instruction enhances overall teaching quality. In conclusion, the exemplar results suggest that the appropriate integration of IT in higher education supports student-centred learning and warrants further research and policy attention.

India's diverse agricultural ecosystems support a rich array of insect biodiversity, with Coleoptera (beetles) being a significant component. As pollinators, decomposers, and pests, coleopteran insects exert important functions in the structure of agricultural ecosystems. This review strives to give a broad summary of the biodiversity of coleopteran insects in Indian agricultural fields. We study the ecological importance of Coleoptera, their distribution patterns and the effects of the human activities on their communities. The study shows the need to protect valuable coleopteran insect species in such pest species management systems to ensure sustainable agriculture. The results of this review will also support approaches for compromise in how much crop production can be maintained in the context of biodiversity conservation, which in turn will help to develop environmentally sustainable agricultural systems.

Physical Education (PE) is an important component of the school and college curriculum in India, intended to promote the physical, mental, and social well-being of students. Regular engagement in physical education contributes to improved immunity, fitness, discipline, teamwork, and emotional balance. However, despite its recognized value, the subject is increasingly neglected in practice. Students often show limited interest, institutions provide inadequate emphasis, and infrastructure, particularly playground facilities, remains insufficient in many regions. As a result, many students grow up with sedentary lifestyles, weak physical fitness, and low immunity, which may adversely affect their future careers and overall quality of life. The shortage of accessible playgrounds poses a serious problem, especially for students who wish to engage in recreational sports alongside their academic pursuits. Most available grounds are controlled by clubs that primarily cater to aspiring professional players, leaving little space for ordinary students. In this context, the present paper analyzes the historical evolution, present condition, and ongoing challenges of physical education in India. It offers policy suggestions for strengthening its role up to the school level.

The demand for high-speed wireless communication requires improved Bit Error Rate (BER) and better signal reception, which cannot be achieved using single patch antennas. MIMO technology offers an effective solution, though mutual coupling remains a key challenge. In this work, Rogers 5880 is used as the substrate, and a simple decoupling structure is implemented to reduce mutual coupling by 12 dB. The proposed antenna operates at 68.9 GHz with good performance, making it suitable for 5G applications.

The present study analyzes the productivity and financial performance of selected major ports in India, namely Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) and Visakhapatnam Port Trust (VPT), for a period of five years from 2019-20 to 2023-24. The study is based on secondary data collected from the annual reports of the respective ports. Various productivity and financial indicators such as labour productivity, capital productivity, expenditure efficiency, profitability, liquidity and return on capital employed are examined using ratio analysis. Descriptive statistical tools including mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation are used to assess consistency in performance, while ANOVA is applied to test the significance of differences in key indicators. The results reveal that certain productivity and financial measures exhibit variability, while some indicators show relative stability. The findings also indicate that significant differences exist in several performance indicators, whereas a few measures do not show statistical significance. The study highlights the importance of efficient resource utilization, cost control, and financial management in improving port performance and ensuring long-term sustainability.
