Anemia refers to a decrease in the total number of circulating red cells with decrease in hemoglobin when compared with normal for that age group and gender. Iron deficiency (ID) is one of the most common micronutrient deficiencies worldwide and it is designated as a reduction of total body iron. Object To detect the prevalence of anemia in young adult females. How to control the iron deficiency in adult female. Method A prospective study was undertaken among age varies from 17 to 28 years subject in Anand Gujarat. CBC and peripheral smear were noted. Result Subject were classified based on severity of iron deficiency anemia. We found that adult females associated with iron deficiency anemia in which two categories mild (32%) and moderate (27%). Conclusion As per the study females were more prone to iron deficiency anemia

The concept of "post-truth" - where objective facts are less influential in shaping public opinion than appeals to emotion and personal belief - has become increasingly prevalent in the modern era. This paper examines how the post-truth phenomenon has manifested in recent Indian English literature. Through analysis of works by authors such as Arundhati Roy, Amitav Ghosh, and Kiran Desai, the study explores how Indian writers are grappling with the blurring of truth and fiction, the privileging of subjective narratives over empirical evidence, and the role of literature in an age of political polarization and eroding trust in institutions. The paper argues that Indian English writings provide a valuable lens through which to understand the complex interplay of truth, power, and storytelling in the post-truth era.

It is rightly said" Teaching is the one profession that creates all other professions". Teacher Educations main aim is to produce capable and efficient teachers. Teacher education programs give training in behavioral aspects and also in pedagogy. To enhance the quality of teacher education, the present government decided to revamp it by introducing a comprehensive National Educational Policy-2020. The vision of NEP-2020 is to bring reform in the existing teacher education structure and practices by moving it in to the university system. This move envisages to situate teacher education in multidisciplinary space where in teachers can acquire a blend of high quality content pedagogy and research. The current paper seeks to analyze the National Educational Policy -2020 in the context of paradigm changes in terms of opportunities and challenges in the teacher education sector.

The present study investigates the legal basis and consequences of geographical indications (GIs) in India, with a specific focus on the protection of indigenous products and the conservation of cultural heritage. It looks at the laws that control GIs, examines how they affect traditional and rural businesses, and weighs the benefits and drawbacks of utilizing GIs for sustainable tourism, economic development, and cultural preservation. The report highlights how crucial it is to achieve a balance between cultural heritage and intellectual property rights in order to advance inclusive prosperity and fair benefit distribution. By examining case laws and evaluating the potential and obstacles, this research aims to contribute to the legal understanding of GIs' role in Indian regional development and cultural preservation, offering insights for policymakers, stakeholders, and communities.

The lives of individuals are undergoing significant transformations due to technological, cultural, economic, and social developments. Consequently, people are becoming increasingly occupied with their frantic routines. Individuals are relocating to urban areas for educational purposes, competitive preparation, or employment opportunities. In our fast-paced and hurried society, individuals are sacrificing the quality of their diet by consuming unhealthy street food, which can lead to a range of health problems such as diabetes, hypertension, cancer, obesity, and digestive disorders. Consequently, people are unwilling to consume unhealthy meals regularly. Considering these individuals' requirements, the tiffin service provider ensures the provision of fresh and nutritious meals. This study aims to comprehensively analyze tiffin services industry, utilizing primary and secondary data from reputable sources such as journals, publications, newspapers, and websites. This empirical research paper examines the advantages and disadvantages of the tiffin service. The findings of this study will provide valuable insights for users of the tiffin service, enabling them to gain a comprehensive understanding of its virtues and drawbacks.

Human capital is of a high concern for companies' management where their most interest is in hiring the highly qualified personnel which are expected to perform highly as well. Human Resources Management (HRM) has become one of the essential interests of managers and decision makers in almost all types of businesses to adopt plans for correctly discovering highly qualified employees. Accordingly, managements become interested about the performance of these employees. Results show that professional skill development programs are needed in order to prepare employees to perform their tasks more efficiently. The knowledge flow model of the Open-source tool is also used to frame the elements. To get a highly accurate model, several experiments were executed based on the previous techniques that are implemented tool for enabling decision makers and human resources professionals to predict and enhance the performance of their employees. In our project we have used algorithms like Convolution Neural Network (CNN) as existing and Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) as proposed system. All are measured in terms of accuracy. From the result obtained it is proved that proposed Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) performs well than other existing algorithms.

B.Ed trainees from two central universities are the sample of this study. The main objective of the research is to compare the attitudes with regard to bullying situations. A comprehensive questionnaire was administered to 115 Pre-service Teachers from BBAU and 90 from BHU. The finding shows that BBAU B.Ed trainees have higher empathy about bullying and BHU B.Ed trainees have lower sympathy with bullied disabled students. It is recommended that teachers, especially those training to become B.Ed educators, receive specialized training on handling bullying situations, both in general and when dealing with disabled students.

Time series forecasting plays a critical role in predicting future trends . In this research paper, we present a multi-model approach to improve the accuracy and robustness of time series forecasting. Our methodology involves integrating two powerful models, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA), to capture complex temporal patterns . We take input as real-world traffic data from different junctions and employ a comprehensive pipeline for data preprocessing, including data selection and sequence generation. Our study focuses on four junctions, and for each junction, we individually train LSTM models, followed by SARIMA models for comparison and we have displayed the analysis of both the models. The LSTM models are designed to capture long-term dependencies in the time series data, while the SARIMA models are tailored to handle seasonality and autocorrelation. We implement a custom sequence generation process and split the dataset into training and testing sets for model evaluation. The LSTM models are trained using Pytorch, optimizing them for accurate short-term predictions. Our results show that the combination of LSTM and SARIMA models yields superior forecasting performance compared to using each model individually. We present a detailed analysis of the forecasted results, including Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) calculations and visualizations to demonstrate the effectiveness of our multi-model approach. This research contributes to the field of time series forecasting by showcasing the benefits of combining deep learning and classical statistical methods. The proposed approach provides a flexible and robust framework applicable to various time series prediction tasks, offering improved accuracy and reliability in forecasting future trends.
