In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, multinational corporations (MNCs) face the challenge of equipping their workforce with the abilities and know-how required to maintain their competitiveness in the global economy. The advent of artificial intelligence (AI) offers a rare chance to transform MNCs' training and development procedures. This research looks into how AI is used in MNC staff training and development, exploring how AI-driven technologies can enhance learning outcomes, improve employee performance, and drive organizational success. Through a comprehensive survey questionnaire administered to 100 participants, consisting of employees and HR professionals in MNCs, this study examines the perceptions, attitudes, and experiences regarding the use of AI in training and development initiatives. The survey questionnaire comprises close-ended questions designed to assess various aspects of AI integration, including its effectiveness in delivering personalized learning experiences, its impact on employee engagement and motivation, and its ability to address skill gaps and foster continuous learning. By analysing the survey data and synthesizing insights from existing literature and industry reports, this project aims to offer a thorough grasp of the possibilities and difficulties related to AI-enabled training and development initiatives in multinational corporations. Additionally, the project explores best practices, emerging trends, and practical recommendations for leveraging AI to optimize employee learning and enhance organizational performance in multinational contexts. Ultimately, this research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on AI applications in human resource management and offers valuable insights for MNCs seeking to harness the transformative power of AI to cultivate a skilled and adaptable workforce in today's digital age.

In this study we present the growth and characterization of L-aspartic acid doped potassium dihydrogen phosphate single crystal a novel composite material with potential application in non -linear optics and bio photonics. The single crystal were grown using the solution growth method with controlled doping of L-aspartic acid into the potassium dihydrogen phosphate KDP matrix. The growth process well defined single crystal with uniform doping concentrations. X-Ray diffraction (XRD) analysis was confirmed the crystalline nature and crystallographic orientation of the single crystal. The obtained XRD patterns exhibited characteristic peaks corresponding to both KDP and L-Aspartic acid indicates successful of dopant into the crystal. The optical properties of single were investigated using UV-Visible spectroscopy, revealing changes in the optical absorption and transmissions spectra compared to pure KDP crystals. FTIR analysis states that pure functional groups are present in the crystal

In once many decades we've seen an increase in the operation of surveillance systems such as CCTVs and movable monitoring bias. These are static but not intelligent. With the arrival of Artificial Intelligence, fabrics like Computer Vision has increased the compass of including fresh functionalities. This Intelligent Surveillance Support System adds to the conventional monitoring system with advanced real time features similar as face recognition, alarm on theft/ infidelity discovery, callers in/ out discovery and stir discovery. Emphasis is on doing the tasks mentioned over in real time. This is achieved by using optimized algorithms available in OpenCV Library which improves the operation of machine perception.

Domestic violence is a pervasive issue globally, affecting individuals across different socio-cultural contexts. In the Indian context, domestic violence presents complex dynamics influenced by deeply entrenched cultural norms, economic disparities, and gender inequalities. This research paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of domestic violence in India, examining its prevalence, contributing factors, manifestations, and consequences. Key findings suggest that domestic violence in India is widespread, affecting women across diverse demographic backgrounds. Factors contributing to its prevalence include patriarchal norms, dowry-related issues, economic dependency, and inadequate legal and institutional frameworks. Moreover, cultural factors such as stigma, shame, and societal pressure often inhibit survivors from seeking help or reporting abuse. In conclusion, this research paper underscores the urgent need for concerted efforts from policymakers, civil society organizations, and communities to combat domestic violence in India effectively. By addressing the underlying socio-cultural norms and systemic inequalities, sustainable progress can be made towards creating safer and more equitable environments for all individuals, irrespective of gender or socio-economic status.
