The Deep Learning-Based Audio Language Model (ALM) is an intelligent multi-modal audio analysis system designed to enhance situational awareness in complex and high-risk environments. Traditional audio monitoring systems treat Acoustic Event Detection (AED) and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) as independent tasks, resulting in fragmented intelligence outputs. This project proposes a unified deep learning framework that jointly analyzes speech and non-speech battlefield sounds to generate structured and actionable intelligence reports. The system classifies acoustic inputs into seven operational categories: Communication, Gunshot, Footsteps, Shelling, Vehicle, Helicopter, and Fighter. For non-speech event detection, YAMNet-- a deep convolutional neural network pre-trained on large-scale audio datasets--is used as a feature extractor to generate high-dimensional embeddings. These embeddings are processed by a custom Keras-based dense classifier trained on a curated Military Audio Dataset. In parallel, Faster-Whisper, an optimized transformer-based speech recognition model with 8-bit quantization, performs multilingual transcription of tactical communications. The core innovation of the proposed model lies in its Fused Intelligence Output mechanism, which integrates event classification results and speech transcripts into a structured Situation Report (SITREP). This fusion reduces cognitive load on analysts by presenting prioritized event summaries, confidence metrics, and contextual insights within a unified dashboard environment developed using Streamlit with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). By combining deep learning-based acoustic event detection and real-time speech transcription into a single cohesive intelligence framework, the proposed ALM system significantly improves response readiness, accelerates decision-making processes, and demonstrates the potential of multi-modal audio intelligence systems in tactical and security-focused applications.

The present study is aimed to enhance the knowledge regarding cervical cancer among adolescent girls. On Inclusion criteria, 200 adolescent girls were selected from Khalsa College Girls Senior Secondary School Amritsar, Punjab. Total enumerative sampling technique was used to select the sample. Personal information was assessed by using socio-demographic profile and structured questionnaire was used to assess the knowledge of adolescent girls. Study finding revealed that in the pre-test maximum (97%) had average knowledge, however in post-test (75.5%) had very good knowledge regarding cervical cancer. After comparing between pre-test and post-test knowledge of adolescent girls, the post-test mean score (20.41) was higher than pre-test mean score (13.06) at p<0.01 this showed that structured teaching program had significant effect in increasing the knowledge regarding cervical cancer among adolescent girls. The association of post-test knowledge with age, stream of class, source of information, family history of cervical cancer found statistically significant at p<0.05. Hence it can be concluded that cervical cancer is an important factor to be discussed with the adolescent girls of Khalsa College Girls Senior Secondary School, Amritsar. So, it is important to organize the teaching programme to enhance the knowledge regarding cervical cancer.

This paper employs a dual shift-share analysis (SSA) applied simultaneously to Gross Value Added (GVA) and employment data to decompose Uttar Pradesh's (UP) regional economic performance into its National Growth Effect (NGE), Industrial Mix Effect (IME), and Regional Competitive Effect (RCE) across five chronologically demarcated sub-periods from 2000-01 to 2024-25. The analysis reveals that UP has generated a positive Regional Competitive Effect in all three broad sectors- agriculture, industry, and services when assessed over the full twenty-five-year horizon, in both output and employment dimensions. The services sector registers the highest GVA-based RCE, while industry achieves a rare triple-positive alignment across all three shift-share components in both GVA and employment. A critical divergence between GVA-based and employment-based RCEs during Phase 3 is identified and interpreted as evidence of Lewisian disguised unemployment and low-productivity labour absorption a configuration of jobful but productivity-poor growth. Labour productivity analysis confirms that UP's GVA per worker has grown at a marginally faster pace than the national average, though the absolute productivity gap remains substantial across all sectors. The paper concludes with a three-pillar policy architecture centred on agricultural employment diversification, deepening secondary-sector industrial competitiveness, and geographic broadening of the services economy into eastern and central UP.

The Existing grievance handling systems in educational institutions often lack privacy, effective tracking, and timely resolution, which discourages students from reporting issues. To address these challenges, a Smart Grievance Portal is proposed as a secure, web-based solution for efficient complaint management. The system supports dual-mode complaint submission, allowing users to choose between anonymous and protected identity options, along with role-based access control for students, teachers, and administrators. It incorporates a structured workflow for complaint processing, real-time tracking, and an automated escalation mechanism to ensure timely resolution. Additionally, an audit trail and feedback system enhance transparency and accountability. The system was evaluated using 40-50 users in a controlled environment, demonstrating significant improvements in performance. Results indicate a reduction in complaint resolution time by up to 40-50 percent, along with improved tracking efficiency and user participation. The proposed system enhances communication, builds user trust, and provides a scalable solution for modern grievance management in educational institutions.

Social media has become a powerful force in shaping political campaigns and elections in India. With the rapid growth of internet access and smartphone usage, platforms such as Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube have transformed how political parties communicate with voters. These platforms allow direct interaction between leaders and citizens, making political communication faster, more personalized, and more engaging. Political parties now use data analytics and targeted messaging to influence different groups of voters based on their interests, age, and location. At the same time, social media plays a key role in increasing political awareness and participation, especially among youth. It helps in mobilizing voters, spreading information, and encouraging democratic engagement. However, the growing influence of social media also brings challenges such as the spread of fake news, misinformation, political polarization, and concerns about data privacy. The use of advanced technologies like artificial intelligence and digital campaigning strategies has further increased the complexity of modern elections in India. Overall, social media has significantly changed the nature of political campaigns and electoral behavior in India. While it strengthens democracy by increasing participation and access to information, it also raises serious concerns that require proper regulation and responsible use.

This paper presents the design and implementation of smart glasses for visually impaired individuals using Arduino Nano and ultrasonic sensor technology. The system detects obstacles in front of the user and provides real-time feedback through a buzzer and vibration motor. The ultrasonic sensor measures distance by calculating the time taken for sound waves to reflect from nearby objects. When an obstacle is detected within a predefined range, the system activates audio and tactile alerts to ensure safe navigation. The proposed solution is cost-effective, compact, wearable, and easy to implement. This assistive device enhances independence, mobility, and safety for blind users, especially in indoor environments.

Skin diseases affect millions of people every year, and diagnosing them manually can take a lot of time and effort. Most existing methods focus on just one type of skin disease at a time. This project proposes using advanced computer technology, like Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and VGG, to quickly and accurately detect different types of skin diseases. The CNN model examines skin images, automatically learning patterns that indicate various conditions, and can provide instant suggestions for treatment, making diagnosis faster and more reliable.
