In a world facing escalating environmental, social, and economic challenges, the necessity of sustainability education has become increasingly evident. This article strongly recommends teaching children about sustainability in their foundational stage of education. It emphasizes that this early exposure can profoundly influence their long-term attitudes and actions. By introducing children to concepts such as environmental stewardship, fairness, and economic responsibility during the foundational stage of learning, we lay the groundwork for a more sustainable future. The article explores practical approaches for incorporating sustainability education into early childhood curricula and underscores the crucial role of educators in fostering sustainable mindsets. In conclusion, the article emphasizes the need to begin teaching sustainability and responsibility to children at a young age.

The study examines the investment habits and preferences of retail investors in Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund and Sundaram Mutual Fund. Understanding investor behavior is crucial for fund companies to effectively tailor their products and services. The study uses a quantitative approach using survey data from a sample of investors who invested in both funds. The survey includes demographic information, investment objectives, risk tolerance, investment horizon and selection criteria. Data analysis techniques, including descriptive and inferential statistics, are used to study investment behavior. A comparative analysis is done to identify the similarities and differences between the two management companies. The results are expected to provide valuable information to investment management firms, financial advisors and policy makers, helping them develop marketing strategies, product innovations and customer-centric initiatives to attract and retain retail investors.

Introducing the "Surveillance Drone with Object Detection" initiative, we aim to meet the rising need for advanced surveillance solutions in today's evolving world. This sophisticated drone combines an intricate controller-based circuit system with four high-speed quadcopter motors, ensuring accurate navigation and efficient control. Featuring a First-Person (FP) camera with live transmission capabilities, the drone enhances situational awareness, while its cutting-edge object detection system offers remote alerts and notifications, thereby eliminating the need for traditional loudspeakers and voice receivers. Designed with utmost precision, our drone addresses the varied monitoring requirements of public spaces, essential infrastructure, and major gatherings. The seamless integration of its components ensures unmatched functionality. The drone is operated remotely via an RC transmitter, providing operators with complete control over its actions. Not only does the FP camera capture crisp images and videos, but it also streams live footage, significantly boosting surveillance capabilities. Significantly, the drone's object detection system introduces a flexible and modern communication approach, negating the requirement for conventional loudspeakers and voice receivers. With its adeptness at navigating diverse terrains, this surveillance drone is prepared to manage a multitude of scenarios, ensuring effective communication and toptier surveillance in a constantly changing environment

This study reviews the literature in the area of blended learning and attempts to find out how researchers have viewed the characteristics and learning models associated with blended learning. It also reviews the use of blended learning models used in different environments to find out their applicability and effectiveness. The objective of this research was to review the understanding of the concept of blended learning along with its characteristics. The study attempted to review the research conducted on the pedagogical arrangements of blended learning mode and its practice in some countries. The research methodology included a search strategy based upon a criteria to identify relevant research studies. The results showed that the concept of blended learning alongwith the blends that make up blended learning and its characteristics had been studied by many researchers. There were many situations where the pedagogy of blended learning approach was being used in teaching across different subjects. Blended learning has a larger scope for use by both conventional and open distance learning institutions.

Atisara is a disease of intestinal disturbances; involves water & electrolyte imbalances, malnutrition. It not only affects health of children but is also considered responsible for infant mortality. Atisara explained in Ayurveda can be correlated to diarrhea, where Ati means excess & Saranam means flow; condition where watery stools passed in excess with high speed. The Balatisara affects large number of population worldwide and prevalence of diarrhea now a day's deteriorating school performance of many children. It is a cause of concern for the parents as the as the child will have sunken eyes, flabby skin and look severely ill and weak, even if diarrhea occur day or two. The parents would want the Doctor immediately to stop it with in short duration as there may leads to severe complication in children, if not treated in some tribal places of India parents are unaware of this Atisara disease and its treatment and their negligence result in severe dehydration which finally result in death of child, resulting in so many death due to Balatisara. Thus, in present study Balatisara is taken as the subject of intervention with the drug 'Nagaradi Granules' mentioned in Yog Ratnakara under Balrogadhikara. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This prospective, open-label, randomized clinical trial will be conducted at, Rishikul Campus, Haridwar of Uttarakhand Ayurved University. A total of 50 children of aged 5-15 years irrespective of gender with classical symptoms of Balatisara will be enrolled in the study. The outcome will be assessed according to the subjective and objective parameters established respectively for the study on each visit. Safety will be assessed based on the incidence of adverse events. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: Atisara is the disease of GIT and it has aaharaj and viharaja Nidana and its samprapti involves vitiation of vata dosha and apa dhatu along with agnimandya and mala dravata. It occurs mainly due to unhygienic conditions that's why it is found more in children of low socio-economic status. As its samprapti involves agnimandya and mala dravata and the Ayurvedic formulation chosen for this study, "Nagaradi granules" usually have deepana, pachana and grahi property. So, it is expected that the outcomes of this trial will suggest probable therapeutic options for the effective management of Balatisara of children.

The intricate interplay between intellectual property rights (IPRs) and public welfare, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, has significant implications for global health and economic development. This research explores the impact of IPRs on access to medicines and public health, analyzing the challenges posed by patent monopolies and high drug prices, as well as mechanisms such as compulsory licensing, patent pooling, and voluntary licensing aimed at striking a balance between innovation incentives and accessibility. Evaluating various mechanisms including compulsory licensing, government use, parallel imports, and voluntary licensing, the study assesses their effectiveness in balancing IPR protection and public welfare. Furthermore, it proposes policy recommendations to enhance the interaction between IPRs and international trade, focusing on improving access to medicines, promoting technology transfer, and encouraging innovation.

Modal analysis is technique to determine the characteristics of vibration of engineering structures and its component's. It is a process by which the natural frequencies, mode shapes and damping factor of structure can be determined with a relative ease. It provides a major contribution in understanding the control of many vibration phenomenons which encompasses in practice. [3]In this work we found the natural frequency by using FEA. The main objective of this paper is to determine the natural frequency and mode shape of a rectangular cantilever beam condition with hole at different locations and to analyze the results obtained by finite element method. The cantilever beam of rectangular plate with hole is designed and analyzed using Hypermesh and Optistruct. The analysis result helps in comparing the natural frequencies of the rectangular plate with different locations of the hole. The results obtained are tabulated and analyzed.

A Good Relationship is necessary for the smooth running of any business. The term "Industrial Relations" means the relationship between employers and employees, A good communication between an employer and its employees is imperative for building a positive work place culture. This Descriptive research paper focus on studying the relationship between the employer and employee. Primary data were collected with the help of the structured questionnaire from the employee of Lasak Technologies. The sample size considered for the study was 120. The tools for the analysis include Chi square test and A. It was found that employers can promote the relationships by speaking candidly with their employees about their lives, asking them about their families and learning about their interests. Similarly, employees can promote the building of this relationship by being open with their employer and sharing information about themselves and their lives.
