A Comprehensive Interview Platform for Streamlined Technical Recruitment This paper presents a novel interview platform designed to enhance the technical recruitment process. Existing video conferencing tools used for interviews lack functionalities crucial for effective candidate evaluation. This platform addresses this gap by integrating a suite of features specifically tailored for software development interviews. The core functionality includes a collaborative code editor supporting multiple programming languages. This allows candidates to showcase their coding skills in familiar environments and facilitates real-time interaction for code review, debugging, and problem-solving with interviewers. Furthermore, the platform incorporates an interactive whiteboard powered by Socket.IO. This enables real-time collaboration where both parties can visually represent ideas and concepts, fostering clearer communication and a more engaging interview experience. To provide additional flexibility in the interview structure, a chatbot functionality is implemented. This chatbot can be programmed to deliver pre-defined questions, handle basic queries, or even administer automated coding challenges. This frees up the interviewer's time for in-depth technical discussions and candidate assessment. Finally, seamless face-to-face interaction is facilitated through WebRTC technology, enabling video and audio communication for a more human interview experience.

Pharmacovigilance (PV) plays a crucial role in monitoring and ensuring the safety of pharmaceutical products by detecting, assessing, understanding, and preventing adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and other drug-related problems. With the ever-increasing volume of medication-related data, there is a growing need for efficient tools to analyze and process this information. Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) have emerged as promising technologies to enhance PV efforts. This article explores the integration of AI and ML in pharmacovigilance, discussing their potential applications, benefits, and implications. Various AI tools and databases utilized in PV activities are outlined, along with the role of automation in streamlining PV processes. The article also delves into the types of AI and machine learning, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, semi-supervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning, highlighting their relevance in pharmacovigilance. Furthermore, the article discusses the importance of AI in individual case safety report (ICSR) processing and its role in improving data quality, accuracy, and cycle times. Lastly, it emphasizes the potential of AI and ML to revolutionize drug safety monitoring, enhance data analysis, and optimize pharmacovigilance processes for the benefit of public health.

The aim of this review is to describe about therapeutic use and adverse effects of Risperidone- induced respiratory depression in a neonate through breast milk. Strategies are discussed to limit infant exposure to a medication while effectively treating the nursing mother. Risperidone is commonly used in postnatal mothers for depression and psychotic symptoms in spite of little data on its safety profile in neonates. It is previously reported that 6 mg/day can be used in mothers without having any untoward in breastfed neonates. Excretion of risperidone is dependent on the enzyme CYP2D6 whose activity varies as per individual phenotype. Maximum therapeutic levels are achieved at 2hr of administration of the drug. Risperidone works by inhibiting dopaminergic neurotransmission. This medication increase prolactin in women may result in unwanted breast milk, stopped menstrual cycle or difficulty becoming pregnant. When psychotropic medication is used during breast-feeding, it is strongly recommended that the infant's pediatrician be involved in monitoring the infant.

The Hemicyanines are generally heterocyclic N-atom at one end and conjugated methine chain. The heterocyclic N-atom are tertiary nature having some positive charge. The heterocyclic part such as pyridine ,indole, quinoline and their derivatives with proper substitution gives new Hemicyanines are characterised by elemental analysis, IR,UV spectra. This invention relates to synthesis and photosensitivity of Hemicyanines dye which belongs to the synthesis of a functional dyes and the application of the functional dye as a fluorescent dye. These Hemicyanines dyes are widely used as powerful photo sensitizer and also used for optical information recording media, tools for laser technology, solar energy devices, dying agent for silk ,cotton, paper, fabric and synthetic fibre etc.
