Conflicts are common everywhere, so in Healthcare. In the complex landscape of healthcare, problems are ubiquitous, manifesting in various forms including medical conflicts that often have deeply personal and private dimensions. Private medical issues often present complex challenges in healthcare settings, encompassing conflicts between healthcare providers, patients, and families, as well as delicate decisions regarding end-of-life care and treatment plans. Traditional approaches to resolving these issues may fall short in addressing the nuanced interpersonal dynamics and confidentiality concerns inherent in private medical matters. Mediation is one of the techniques in Alternative Dispute Resolution system, it has to be understood not in the sense that it is alternative court but in the sense that it alternative to procedure of court which provides for easy resolution to a legal issue without any much of the lengthy procedure and technicalities. This paper explores the potential of mediation techniques as a viable solution for mitigating private medical issues. Drawing upon existing literature and case studies, this research provides an overview of mediation techniques, their applicability to various types of private medical issues, and the benefits they offer in fostering effective communication, preserving relationships, and facilitating patient-centered decision-making. Ethical considerations, challenges, and recommendations for future research and practice are also discussed. By shedding light on the role of mediation in healthcare, this paper aims to inform healthcare professionals, policymakers, and stakeholders about the potential of mediation as a valuable tool for addressing private medical issues and improving patient care outcomes.

This review explores the potential of ginger and turmeric loaded transethosomal gel as an effective anti-inflammatory agent. Ginger (Zingiber officinale) and turmeric (Curcuma longa) are renowned for their potent anti-inflammatory properties, attributed to their bioactive compounds such as gingerol, curcumin, and turmerone. Transethosomal gels offer a promising delivery system for these bioactive compounds, facilitating enhanced permeation through the skin barrier and improved bioavailability at the target site of inflammation. The review discusses the mechanisms of action underlying the anti-inflammatory effects of ginger and turmeric, including inhibition of pro-inflammatory cytokines, enzymes, and signaling pathways. Additionally, it examines studies evaluating the efficacy of transethosomal gels loaded with ginger and turmeric extracts in various preclinical models of inflammation. The findings suggest that this novel formulation exhibits significant anti-inflammatory activity, making it a potential candidate for the management of inflammatory disorders. Furthermore, the review discusses challenges and future perspectives regarding the development and clinical translation of ginger and turmeric loaded transethosomal gels as anti-inflammatory therapeutics. Overall, this review provides valuable insights into the application of natural remedies in innovative delivery systems for combating inflammation, highlighting the potential of ginger and turmeric loaded transethosomal gel as a promising strategy in the field of anti-inflammatory drug development.

Introduction: Women play various and multiple roles in the family that have a significant impact on the well-being and health of all the family members in the household. Mothers share a special bond with their children even before birth, and those months spent together mark the beginning of a sometimes challenging but ultimately rewarding relationship. Parenting is considered a crucial responsibility that forms the foundation of a child's success. Research shows that most well-adjusted children come from families where there is a strong and healthy relationship between parents and their children. Material and method: A comparative study was conducted among the children of working (n=50) and non-working mothers (n=50). Non-probability convenience sampling technique was used. And Modified Bell's Adjustment Inventory was used as a tool.Frequency and percentage distribution was used for demographic variables. Mean and standard deviation was done to identify the level of adjustment of children of working and non-working mothers, unpaired t-test was done to compare the adjustment level of children of working and non-working mothers. Chi square test was done to assess the level of association of adjustment with selected demographic variables. Results: The study shows that the children of both working and non-working mothers have some level of adjustment. Comparing the adjustment level of children of working mothers (72% mild, 28% moderate) and non-working mothers ( 74% mild, 26% moderate) it was found that both the children have some level of adjustment. And there was association of level of adjustment with selected demographic variables. Conclusion: The study shows that both the children of working and non-working mothers have some adjustment level regarding home, health, social and emotional domain. And there is association of adjustment with selected demographic variables.

The act of eating is fundamental to human lives and relationships - not only does it satiate hunger and acts as a stimulus for survival, it is also essential in elucidating cultural identity and practices. Food imagery makes a delightful base when it comes to prose, as it can evoke a sensory experience through words. It has the ability to render feelings of relish and ache. Writings about food and culinary traditions are intricately intertwined with memory and identity, as food and the art of cooking act as a powerful tool for self-expression and embracing one's culture. This paper will attempt to explore the relationship between food and identity through Merlinda Bobis' Banana Heart Summer, Michelle Zauner's Crying in H Mart and Nina Mingya Powles' Tiny Moons: A Year of Eating in Shanghai. All three texts explore how food imbibes a joyful celebration of love and loss. Gustatory writing runs through these texts and makes room for readers to traverse through the depth and meaning behind the cuisines mentioned.

In this project, we present a comprehensive exploration into the design and development of an Advanced Driver Assistant System (ADAS) leveraging the capabilities of Raspberry Pi. The system is meticulously crafted to address critical aspects of driver safety and assistance through an array of advanced functionalities. Our approach integrates a Raspberry Pi as the central processing unit, enabling efficient and scalable computation for real-time image processing and analysis. A combination of cameras and sensors forms the sensory apparatus, capturing and interpreting the surrounding environment. Through sophisticated algorithms, the system offers features such as lane departure warnings, real-time collision detection, and adaptive cruise control. The core objective is to augment driver safety by providing timely and accurate alerts, thereby reducing the risk of accidents. The implementation on the Raspberry Pi platform ensures a compact, cost-effective, and easily deployable solution. We delve into the intricacies of the image processing pipeline, sensor fusion techniques, and algorithmic intricacies that empower the ADAS to make informed decisions. This project not only contributes to the advancement of ADAS technology but also serves as a foundation for future developments in intelligent transportation systems. By embracing the versatility of Raspberry Pi, we present a robust and accessible solution poised to enhance overall road safety and redefine the driving experience.

A healthy body always reflects beautiful, glowing skin and hair. The skin is the boundary between our external environment and us .It respond to environmental changes and reflects internal changes in our body . Melasma is the most common disorder in society ,and 90% of patient are women. In Ayurveda, Vyanga is type of Kshudra Roga ,characterized by Niruj (painless) Shyava Varna Mandalas (bluish black patches) occurring on the face specially on forehead ,nose and cheek. The clinical features correlate with melasma, which is an acquired chronic hyperpigmentation disorder , usually seen in women of childbearing age.The pathogenesis of Vyanga involve pitta ,vata and rakta dushti. According to Ayurveda the condition can be treated as Vyanga which gives effective results, a patient of facial melasma treated with Ayurvedic treatment is present in this study.

Machine learning (ML) approaches are used to detect the existence of stenoses and aneurysms in the human vascular system. Five machine learning methods are examined in terms of classification accuracies: Naive Bayes, Logistic Regression, Linear Support Vector Machine, Random Forests, and XG Boosting. The tree-based methods of Random Forest and Gradient Boosting outperform the other approaches. The F1 score and the computation of sensitivities and specificities are used to assess the performance of machine learning algorithms. When utilizing all the five classifier measurements, certain classifier will produce a higher accuracy compared to other four classifiers. Parameters may be measured in graphs, and reliable values can be obtained from bioimages. Artificial intelligence (AI) software may be used to measure precise values. Bioimages can be utilized as a parameter to acquire a value.
