Banking and financial institutions process thousands of customer complaints daily through multiple channels including emails, mobile applications, call centers, and web portals. Manual complaint handling is time-consuming, error-prone, and often leads to delayed resolution of critical customer issues. This paper presents an intelligent, automated complaint management system leveraging Natural Language Processing techniques for severity classification, sentiment analysis, and root cause iden-tification. The proposed system employs keyword-based NLP algorithms, duplicate detection using Gestalt pattern matching, and automated routing mechanisms to streamline complaint processing. Implementation results demonstrate a 60 percent reduction in processing time, 95 percent accuracy in duplicate detection, and 100 percent automation in severity classification. The system successfully identifies complaint patterns, enabling proactive problem-solving and data-driven decision-making, ulti-mately enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in banking services.

Air pollution is the major health and environmental hazard, but the majority of the systems available for this purpose are expensive and not easy to implement. This study will explain how to detect air pollution with the help of plants in a simple and low-cost way. As plants clearly indicate that they are not in a good condition when the atmosphere is polluted, as shown by the presence color, spots, and dust on the leaves, they can be used for this purpose. In this study, images of the selected plant will be taken on different days, and the presence of any visual changes will be detected by a CNN model. Before the plant images are used for this purpose, they will be adjusted for better clarity and visibility of the plant's condition. Then we will use the condition of the plants to figure out if the air is polluted or not. This system will help us detect air pollution using plants and artificial intelligence which make it easier and cheaper.

Iran's nuclear energy development programme is considered as one of the most controversial international issues in the contemporary world .The process of developing nuclear power in Iran resulted in a hostile relationship between the US and Iran, which is often characterised by the period of feud among the two that poses a constant threat to international security and peace in contemporary times. This article analyses the multilayered political and strategic dimensions of Iran's nuclear program and examines its impact across various interconnected lenses such as the diplomatic efforts, regional security , existing dynamics of various alliances in the gulf region, compliance with the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and the framework of global nuclear governance. The theoretical basis of this study is realism, which believes that every actor in the international sphere acts to maximize power and security for their own state while influencing and dominating other weak states for their benefit.

Background: Cancer-related pain is one of the most distressing symptoms experienced by patients and significantly affects quality of life. While pharmacological management remains the cornerstone of treatment, nonpharmacological interventions led by nurses have gained increasing attention as complementary strategies. Aim: To evaluate the effectiveness of nurse-led nonpharmacological interventions (NPIs) in reducing pain among patients with cancer. Methods: A systematic review and meta-analysis were conducted using databases such as PubMed, CINAHL, EMBASE, and Cochrane Library. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) examining nurse-led NPIs for cancer pain were included. Data were analyzed using pooled effect sizes with a random-effects model. Results: The meta-analysis demonstrated that nurse-led NPIs significantly reduced pain intensity compared to usual care. Interventions such as massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, acupressure, and psychoeducational approaches showed both short-term and long-term effectiveness. The pooled effect size indicated moderate improvement in pain outcomes. Conclusion: Nurse-led nonpharmacological interventions are effective adjuncts to pharmacological therapy in managing cancer-related pain. These interventions should be integrated into routine oncology nursing practice.

Abstract Background: Chemotherapy is a primary treatment modality for cancer, but it is often associated with multiple side effects such as nausea, vomiting, fatigue, alopecia, mucositis, and immunosuppression. These adverse effects frequently lead to poor treatment adherence, reduced quality of life, and compromised therapeutic outcomes. Nurse-led education has emerged as an effective intervention to improve patient understanding and adherence to chemotherapy regimens. Objective: To assess the effectiveness of nurse-led educational intervention on treatment adherence and management of chemotherapy side effects among cancer patients. Methods: A quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test design was adopted among 100 cancer patients receiving chemotherapy at a tertiary care hospital. A structured questionnaire was used to assess knowledge and adherence levels. The intervention included education on chemotherapy side effects, self-care practices, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The mean adherence score significantly improved from pre-test (Mean = 10.5, SD = 2.8) to post-test (Mean = 19.2, SD = 2.1), with a mean difference of 8.7 (t = 16.45, p < 0.05). Knowledge regarding side effect management also improved significantly. Patients reported better control of symptoms such as nausea and fatigue after the intervention. Conclusion: Nurse-led educational interventions significantly improve treatment adherence and enhance patients' ability to manage chemotherapy side effects effectively.
