 Abstract

The oxidative decarboxylation of phenylsulfinylacetic acid (PSAA) and substituted PSAAs by H2O2 in the presence of oxovanadium(IV)- salophen complex has been studied spectrophotometrically in 100% acetonitrile medium under the influence of ligand oxides like pyridine N-oxide (PyO), picoline N-Oxide (PicNO) and triphenylphosphine oxide (TPPO). Kinetic results reveal that the reaction rate is strongly retarded by all the three ligand oxides. The reaction involving hydroperoxo species and an electrophilic attack of sulfur atom of PSAA on the nucleophilic peroxo oxygen of the vanadium complex is proposed as the mechanistic pathway. The linear Yukawa-Tsuno plot demonstrates that the ground state stabilization of PSAAs through resonance interaction is the cause for the observed non linearity in the Hammett plot

 Abstract

The study conducted in Varanasi, examines the opportunities and challenges of handloom weavers in today's rapidly changing socio-economic landscape. Additionally, it examines the socio-economic conditions of the weavers, including their income, working conditions, and social status. The findings of this study contribute to a deeper understanding of the handloom weaving industry in Varanasi and provide insights into the broader challenges faced by traditional weavers in a globalized economy. The research highlights the need for holistic support systems that encompass skill development, market access, financial assistance, and cultural preservation. By recognizing and addressing these challenges, government and stakeholders can ensure the sustainability and preservation of the handloom weaving heritage in Varanasi.

 Abstract

In comparison to traditional marketing, modern marketing is significantly different. We are exposed to a variety of commercials both in the past and present that compete for the attention of the consumer while losing their effectiveness as the consumer becomes less receptive and regards them as noise. A global leader in digital advertising, Infolinks, claims that the results of a study it conducted in 2012 on the problem of "Banner Blindness" in the industry showed that 14% of respondents were unable to recall the most recent display advertisement they had seen or the brand it was promoting (Infolinks, 2013). Ad Blockers are becoming more and more popular as it was discovered that 20% of internet users between the ages of 16 and 34 utilized adblockers to avoid having to watch these advertising (Statista, 2016). In conventional marketing, one could purchase additional leads, and potential clients obtained the contracts. The time and effort put forth in developing and maintaining connections that are purely built on trust as a basis of mutual respect, however, are of the utmost importance with the expanding number of online platforms.

 Abstract

Racism is a critical social issue that continues to affect societies worldwide, even in the digital age of social media. Social media platform like Twitter provides a medium for individuals to express their thoughts and opinions freely, but unfortunately, this freedom often leads to the proliferation of racist sentiments. Detecting and addressing racism on these platforms is a critical step towards creating a more inclusive and equitable online environment. The project presents an approach to automatically detect racism in tweets by analyzing sentiment using machine learning techniques. The objective of the project is to deploy a robust and efficient system capable of identifying racist content in tweets. We collect datasets of tweets containing diverse expression of racism, including hate speech regarding gender, political issues and nepotism. This dataset serves as the foundation for our models training and evaluation. The first step in our approach involves preprocessing the collected data. Next, we use Sentiment analysis techniques to determine the overall sentiment of each tweet. Sentiment analysis is a well established NLP task manager which provide a score (positive, negative or neutral) for text data. We have extended to include category for racial sentiment. Additionally, we have also included real world data which is collected from Twitter. The results of our experiments indicate that machine learning techniques can effectively identify racism in tweets. System promises accuracy rates, with the potential for further improvement through more larger and diverse datasets. The system contributes to the ongoing efforts to combat racism in digital world. By using machine learning and sentiment analysis techniques, we present a systematic approach to identify and address racism in tweets.

 Abstract

Data analysis is the process of analyzing data to increase the inferences and make accurate predictions to promote growth in any field. It involves steps like data cleansing, data warehousing, transformation, inspection, and mathematical modeling to perform statistical analysis .It could gather hidden data insights and generate reports based on the analysis. Today many data analyzing tools like Python, Tableau, Power BI, R language, Apache Spark , Rapid Miner Studio, KNIME,SAP Predictive Analysis etc are available. In this paper R language is chosen for analysis and predictions. Statistical technique called predictive analysis or predictive analytics makes use of machine learning and neural network algorithms to find patterns in the data and forecasts future actions. It is now better to go beyond descriptive analytics in order to learn whether training initiatives are effective and how they may be enhanced. Data from the past as well as the present can be used in predictive analysis to make predictions about what might occur in the future. Here the data taken is the working hours of scholars to reach out the scores of the examinations as goal is taken as trial data.

 Abstract

This research article provides a detailed examination of the concept of anticipatory bail under the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC). Anticipatory bail is a significant legal provision aimed at protecting individuals' rights and liberties, particularly in situations where there is a likelihood of wrongful arrest or detention. The article explores the historical evolution, legal framework, procedural aspects, judicial interpretations, and practical implications of anticipatory bail in India. Anticipatory bail stands as a crucial legal provision in safeguarding individual rights within the realm of criminal justice. Rooted in the principles of presumption of innocence and the right to liberty, anticipatory bail serves as a preemptive shield against arbitrary arrests and potential abuse of state power.

 Abstract

Abstract Finance is a term for matters regarding the management, creation, and study of money and investments. It involves the use of credit and debt, securities, and investment to finance current projects using future income flows. Because of this temporal aspect, finance is closely linked to the time value of money, interest rates, and other related topics. Organizations invest an enormous amount of money in order to keep their business running and fully functional. Undoubtedly, finance is one of the most important aspects of a business. With huge funds, daily cash flow and continuous transaction, managing and monitoring all of the above turn necessary. The objective of the study is to study the financial performance analysis of cement industry. The data used are of last five years from 2016-20. Ratio analysis tool has been used, one of the uses of ratio analysis is to compare a company's financial performance to similar firms in the industry to understand the company's position in the market. The cement industry is one of the core industries in the shares and securities of Ramco cements and ultra tech cements companies seems to be profitable. Also finds out the various ratio ratio such as Earning per share, operating margin, net profit margin, gross profit margin, dividend pay-out ratio, inventory turnover ratio, return on investment and debt equity ratio return on shareholders, related with investors and management, which make the business comparable to the peer companies of the industry.

 Abstract

This study was conducted to analyse the relationship between early childhood trauma and mental health disorders in young adults by using two variables: Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ) and Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS- 21). This study investigates the impact of early childhood trauma in young adults mental health and how its linked to a number of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The study was conducted among young adults from age group of 18-26 years. The results showed that both the variables are significantly connected to each other. Early trauma disrupts brain development, leading to emotional and stress-related issues. It also influences self-perception, leading to negative beliefs and conditions like depression and anxiety. Individuals may engage in risky behaviors like substance abuse. The social and environmental context also influences adult mental health outcomes. Understanding this relationship is crucial for developing interventions and support systems to promote resilience and well-being.
