The AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, and action) is used to analyze the influence of social media marketing influencers on skincare products. The analysis help to understand how influencers grab the attention through engaging the content. Then, it shows how they cultivate the interest by demonstrating product benefits and addressing skincare concerns. Next the study examines how influencers build the desire through positive product review and testimonials, potentially leading to action (purchasing the product and following the influencer) by the customer. For this descriptive research, the primary data was collected through a structured questionnaire and tested with the hypothesis. The variables like attention, interest, desire and action. The collected data is analyzed through Correlation analysis, Chi-square analysis and Mediation analysis. The sample size we have taken is 350. Out of 350 respondents collected, 13 respondents were rejected. So, the actual sample size considered is 337 for this study. The study concludes that attention, interest, desire and action have a positive outlook on purchase intention.

HIV (Human immune deficiency virus) is transmitted through unprotected intercourse, blood transfusion, from mother to fetus and other ways. The aim of the study is assess the level of knowledge of adults regarding premarital HIV testing and provides the knowledge regarding the importance of premarital HIV testing so that before marriage people do HIV testing so transmission of HIV can be prevented and save the many lives. The conceptual framework is based on Ludwig theory. The study involves semi structure questionnaire and planned teaching program provides to samples. Output refers to increase the knowledge of adult regarding premarital HIV testing among adults. This study deals with Description of methods and different steps used for collecting and organizing data. Descriptive evaluatory methodology and one group pretest and post-test design used and 30 adults used as a sample between age group 18-41years by non- probability convenience method. Pre-test taken, planned teaching program and post-test was performed after 7 days. In this study calculated paired T test value16.5 and table value 2.05. Researcher reject null hypothesis. It shows that planned teaching program was effective and level of knowledge regarding premarital HIV testing among adults was increased

In this paper, we have studied the boundary layer flow past a constant wedge through porous media. Here, the two-dimensional MHD flow of a viscous fluid is considered. Governing equations are transformed to a well-known Falken-Skan type equation by using similarity transformations. Solutions in the form of velocity profiles and Skin frictions are obtained through Galerkin Method for a wide range of parameters involved

The purpose of this paper is to investigate business visitor behaviour at trade shows and to propose a complementary view based on the experiential perspective in marketing. The paper reports an ethnographic study conducted in the context of ten international trade shows in the textile-apparel industry. The study sheds light on the nature of the experience provided by trade show exhibitors and organizers and on visitors' lived experiences. Trade shows immerse industrial buyers in a physical and cognitive experience that requires their active participation. Under such circumstances, industrial marketers who employ experiential marketing techniques are likely to increase their trade show performances. The paper adopts a new perspective that sees business visitor behaviour from an experiential standpoint and discusses the managerial implications that highlight the interplay of exhibitors and trade show organizers in designing and setting valuable experiences for visitors.

Abstract Women's health has become a crucial topic of discussion in recent years, particularly due to high maternal and infant mortality rates. The field of women's health is multifaceted, encompassing various aspects such as providing access to nutritious food for growing girls and expectant mothers, educating them about their bodily changes throughout life, offering guidance on personal hygiene, pregnancy, and childbirth, and prioritizing preventative measures over treatment. Reproductive health constitutes a vital dimension of women's overall well-being, encompassing the proper functioning of the reproductive system, sexual health, maternal health, and access to healthcare services. However, women globally, including those belonging to tribal communities, grapple with numerous challenges related to reproductive health, such as limited healthcare access, cultural and social taboos, and insufficient knowledge and awareness. To foster reproductive health, women require comprehensive reproductive healthcare services, sex education, awareness initiatives, and access to family planning and safe abortion services.Tribal women residing in Odisha's Koraput district, confront diverse reproductive health challenges, including restricted access to healthcare services, entrenched traditional beliefs and practices, and challenging socioeconomic circumstances. Early marriage and childbearing practices among tribal women further contribute to elevated maternal and infant mortality rates in the region.

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has become a key regulator in the country's dynamic economic environment, impacting market dynamics and promoting and maintaining fair competition. This research study undertakes a thorough analysis of the CCI's development, deftly traversing its legal basis, historical background, and modifications that have taken place throughout the course of the process. The article narrates the history of the CCI, emphasizing significant turning points and initial objectives that influenced the organization's course. This study examines the primary duties of the CCI and how its function has changed over time, including changes to its manner of operation and the expansion of its directive. A detailed evaluation of significant cases that have impacted and expanded India's competition laws in addition to defining the CCI's jurisdiction is a crucial part of the research. Competition laws are necessary to provide fair market competition, prevent monopolistic activity, and advance economic efficiency. The history of competition regulation in India has been marked by significant legislative changes; the Competition Act of 2002 replaced the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices (MRTP) Act of 1969. This article offers a comprehensive examination of the competition laws in India, taking into account the laws' legislative framework, historical background, economic implications, challenges, and opportunities. Finally, by fusing historical perspectives with contemporary research, this work advances knowledge of the complex and varied tasks of the CCI. In addition to statutory degrees, historical examples, international viewpoints, and future trends, this paper aims to contribute to a comprehensive analysis of the evolving function of the CCI, highlighting its crucial role in characterizing economic stability in India.

Using information from a trial study, the data were gathered using purposive sampling facilitated by the SPSS software. The collected data underwent Reliability analysis, Frequency analysis, Correlation analysis, Chi-square analysis, and Regression analysis for examination. The analysis revealed that the majority of respondents, constituting 54% were female nurses. From the collected 350 responses, a significant portion of the respondents, totaling 46.5%, held diplomas and employed as nurses, administrative and allied staff.
