'Pica' is an eating behavioural disorder that includes the purposeful consumption of inedible and non-food material. It sounds like very causal and weird about this disease but it is as fatal as other behavioural disorders. In this disease, the digestive system along with the immune system and nervous system plays a supreme role. Some inedible substances consumed in this disease cause toxic and harmful effects on the body. This disease triggers the temptation with concern with non-food material, which boosts the curiosity to know the taste of it. It also challenges the mental health of a person which creates a bad impact on society and also influences others to act like a victim of this weird disease. It is indirectly linked to hazardous diseases like lead poisoning, sickle cell anaemia & micronutrient deficiency. The craving for non-food materials is mostly seen in children, pregnant women, the homeless population & intellectually impaired. It can coexist with schizophrenia, trichotillomania & Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Typical pica is reported for the criteria if the individual is more than two years and continues the consumption of non-food materials for at least 1 month. It can cause life-threatening consequences & result in death due to toxic material consumption present in non-food material. About four to twenty-six percent of the population in the world is suffering from pica. Present review focuses on all the details about Pica.

The sudden pandemic among several communicable diseases is having an extremely damaging effect mostly on lives of hundreds of thousands of individuals. These conditions have put a lot of pressure on our medical system and other basic public services, but they have also put pressure on the economy, researchers, and governments as they work to find responses to the economic crisis, develop vaccines, and maintain community expectations, appropriately. The most common infections that really can damage anyone, no matter their gender or age, are acute respiratory tract infections (ARTIs). Before the biggest Chinese celebration at the end of the year, a variety of dangerous diseases attacked. Our capacity to fight the threat of highly contagious viruses, mainly coronaviruses, which are known to be highly dangerous to human beings, has been challenged by one of the most current ARTI (acute respiratory tract infection) using such, COVID-19. Even though the coronavirus has already been identified disease since 1960s. SARS-CoV-2 is actually a part of the Coronaviridae family, which is a subdivision of the Nidovirales order. Although such a pharmaceutical cannot currently successfully treat COVID-19, broad-spectrum antivirals and other medications are showing some promise in treating SARS-CoV-2 infections. More than 15 different medications were employed in order to investigate actual identification of COVID-19 infections.Like bevacizumab, fluvoxamine, lopinavir, ritonavir, tocilizumab, and sarilumab. Patients having COVID-19 have just a wide range of challenges due to the absence of effective medicine to deal with the problem. As the population is growing, medications will be essential in the hopes of maintaining and minimizing the financial damage imposed on by the disease. Common human coronaviruses, such as subtypes 229E, NL63, OC43, and HKU1, were also generally responsible for the prevalent cold as well as other mild to moderate upper respiratory tract symptoms. Usually people contract this virus at some period within their lifetimes. Normally, these symptoms last for two weeks. Human coronaviruses were generally spread because of an infected person sneezing and coughing towards people who inhaled in the air. Avoid travelling, Wash your hands properly and apply sanitizer,During cough and sneezing use mask.

The integration of a FAQ section in a chatbot can enhance the customer experience and optimize the efficiency of a business's customer service operations. The chatbot can quickly provide answers to common questions, improving response times and reducing the workload on human representatives. Incorporating the FAQ information into the chatbot's database allows for real-time access and provision of answers. A system for tracking frequently asked questions can also help a business identify areas for improvement. The availability of a fallback option for customers to contact a human representative provides a backup solution and ensures all inquiries are effectively handled. The addition of a FAQ section in a chatbot can bring benefits to both customers and businesses.

Introduction: Taking folic acid before conceiving and in early pregnancy its lower risk of having a baby with certain birth defects. This study has been undertaken to assess knowledge regarding importance of folic acid among antenatal mothers in selected hospital at Latur. Aim: To assess knowledge regarding importance of folic acid among antenatal mothers in selected hospital at Latur. Methods and Material: Non experimental descriptive design was adapted to this study. The study was conducted among pregnant mothers in their first trimester of pregnancy from selected hospitals. 60 samples were selected for the study using non probability purposive sampling technique. Data collection was done by using demographic variables and Questions on knowledge regarding importance of folic acid to assess the level of knowledge. The data was analyzed by descriptive and interferential statistics. Reliability was assessed using test-retest method. Pearson's correlation coefficient was computed. Results: The study revealed that there was significant association between knowledge regarding folic acid during pregnancy among antenatal mothers with their selected demographic variables. Data analysis related to knowledge assessment shows that the scores of antenatal mothers, majority (58.33 %) had inadequate knowledge, (38.33%) had adequate knowledge and a very minor percentage (3.33%) had good knowledge regarding importance of folic acid during Pregnancy. Conclusion: Antenatal mother's knowledge about folic acid is very low and recommends that the various sessions on this topic to be organized for all ANC mothers so as to improve their knowledge about the folic acid.

The beginning of civilization, human beings have worshiped plants and such plants are conserved as a genetic resource and used as food, fodder, fibre, fertilizer, fuel, febrifuge and in every other way. Calotropis gigantea is one such plant. In this review the systematic position, vernacular names, vegetative characters, Ecology and distribution, phytochemistry and the economical values of the Calotropis gigantea are discussed. Calotropis gigantea (L.) Dryand (Giant milk weed; family Asclepiadaceae) has been traditionally used in the treatment of bronchitis, asthma, leprosy, eczema and elephantiasis. This review emphasizes on ethnopharmacology, chemical constituents and pharmacology of C. gigantea. The available information on C. gigantea was collected through electronic search of major scientific databases. A survey of literature revealed that cardenolides, flavonoids, terpenoids, glycosides, steroids and nonprotein amino acid constitute major groups of chemical constituents in C. gigantea. The plant has been evaluated for varied pharmacological activities, and reported to exhibit analgesic, antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-pyretic,anti-inflammatory, insecticidal, cytotoxic, hepatoprotective, pregnancy interceptive, procoagulant and wound healing activities. Further, thorough scrutiny of literature revealed a startling fact that clinical reports are not available on the plant. The pharmacological work carried out on the plant for validation of its traditional claims is not convincing as crude extracts used in experimental studies have not been characterized. It is concluded that C. gigantea is a medicinally promising plant, which needs to be exploited systematically. The plant could provide therapeutically active constituents, which may be developed as clinically potential drugs
