The rapid expansion of the quick commerce sector in Bangalore city has brought about significant transformations in the way goods and services are delivered to consumers. With the rise of on-demand delivery platforms and the emergence of dark stores, the dynamics of consumer behavior and operational strategies have evolved rapidly. However, despite its burgeoning growth, there remains a paucity of research into the factors that influence order rates within this sector. This study seeks to fill this gap by conducting a comprehensive analysis of the factors impacting order rates within the quick commerce sector in Bangalore. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, including surveys and interviews with key stakeholders such as quick commerce service providers and delivery partners, this research aims to shed light on the complexities of the industry and elucidate the mechanisms that drive order rates.

This project investigates the effect of using waste plastic materials on concrete. Waste plastic were collected from homes. Most plastics are not biodegradable. They will stay in landfills until they are cleaned up. An important problem we are facing is dumping of plastic materials it causes lot of problems. In order to decrease the plastic waste, it can be used in construction field, plastic is inorganic in nature so it does not alter the chemical properties of concrete and also it does not affect the quality and consistency of concrete. The plastic can be as filler material in concrete as well as it can be used to improve the mechanical properties of concrete. Concrete is a composite material consisting of Cement, Water, Fine Aggregate and Coarse Aggregate...

The rising demand for sustainable energy consumption has prompted the development of tools to monitor and manage household energy usage. This abstract presents the design and implementation of a Home Energy Monitor Web Application (HEMWA) aimed at empowering users to track, analyze, and optimize their energy consumption patterns. HEMWA offers a user-friendly interface accessible via web browsers, enabling users to visualize real-time and historical energy data collected from smart meters or IoT devices. The application employs data visualization techniques, including graphs, charts, and summaries, to present energy usage metrics such as electricity consumption, peak demand periods, and appliance-specific usage.

Article 21 stands as a pillar in the realm of fundamental rights, constituting a bedrock principle in various constitutional frameworks worldwide. In the context of the Indian Constitution, Article 21 holds particular significance as it encapsulates the essence of individual freedoms and safeguards against arbitrary deprivation of life and personal liberty. This research paper delves into the intricate dimensions of Article 21, a fundamental right enshrined in various constitutional frameworks globally. The primary focus is on the Indian Constitution, where Article 21 is a cornerstone of the fundamental rights. The primary objectives of this research are two-fold Firstly, to provide a comprehensive historical overview of Article 21, tracing its evolution from its conceptualization to its present-day significance. This historical lens will enable a deeper understanding of the intentions behind its incorporation and its evolution over time. Secondly, to critically analyze the legal interpretations of Article 21 through landmark judgments, dissecting key decisions that have sculpted its jurisprudential landscape. The paper provides an extensive examination of the evolution of Article 21, its legal interpretations, landmark judgments, and its broader implications on individual liberties and human rights. Furthermore, it explores the comparative perspectives of Article 21 in select international jurisdictions, drawing parallels and distinctions. Through a multidisciplinary approach, this research aims to unravel the comprehensive significance of Article 21 and its enduring impact on legal, social, and ethical paradigms.

Fire accidents and wildfire spread occurs in many places across the globe. Several lives, properties and resources get converted into ashes due to fire accidents / wild fires everyday. Apart from the loss of lives and property, fire accidents will also damage environment by releasing huge amounts of pollutants into environment. In recent days we have witnessed one of such wildfire spread in Canada which has burnt millions of hectors of forest causing great damage to nature and pollution that came out of this wild fire impacted Canada as well as America and made 1000's of families to relocate. During fire accidents and wildfire, any sort of delay in stopping fire, increases the risk to lives and loss of property. With the present-day firefighting trucks, it is getting difficult to handle fire accidents that are happening within city (where the roads are flat). Whereas in forests and villages, the paths are not flat, they are rough terrains hence present-day firefighting trucks cannot reach the fire site in time to stop the fire. Due to which millions of hectors of forest & crops and properties gets converted into ashes, lives will be lost with no help reaching in time and huge amounts of pollution is enters in to our environment.

As a one-step solution to above problem, we are planning to fabricate a prototype multi terrain fire fighting vehicle that can travel on flat as well as in rough terrains and quinch the fire with least human efforts.

This abstract is on the Topic-Critical Analysis on Insider Trading, under Guidance of my Faculty Mentor Dr. Meenu Sharma, Assistant Professor-II, Amity University. The paper aims to critically examine the concept of insider trading in India. The act of trading in securities while having access to unpublished information that, if published, could impact the price of the securities in the market. Insider trading is the pre-eminent malpractice in the financial market, despite being heavily regulated, it is the most challenging to detect. To overcome this challenge, SEBI has been actively taking measures and framing regulations to curb insiders and thereby increasing transparency in the capital markets. SEBI's regulation on Insider Trading 2015 is one of them, this regulation prohibits trading on basis of price-sensitive information which is generally not available to the public, and if disclosed would affect the price of securities in the market. Over the years, laws for prevention of insider trading has evolved, putting increased onus on companies and organizations to protect price sensitive information. Further, reviews insider trading provisions in the Companies Act primarily Section 64 and 65 of Companies (Amendment) Act 2017 omitted Sections 194 and 195 respectively of Companies Act 2013 relating to prohibition on insider trading. In conclusion, this paper also deals with issues with respect to insider trading in our country, how this concept has eventually evolved, emerging trends and the measures been taken to regulate it.

In the modern era, inclusive education is pivotal in creating fair learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of all students. This paper explores the multifaceted landscape of inclusive education, focusing on key themes such as policies and programs, physical environments, diverse learning environments, inclusive pedagogy, attitudinal barriers, parents & community engagement, and teachers' professional development. Comprehensive educational policies lay the foundation for fostering inclusivity within educational institutions, and focus attention on the crucial role of policies and programs in shaping the framework for inclusive education. Nurturing an inclusive culture cultivates collaboration, empathy, and mutual understanding among students, ultimately fostering feelings of belonging and acceptance within the community. Educators should utilize various teaching methods, harness the power of technology, and integrate universal design principles to cater to the diverse spectrum of learning styles and abilities found in their classrooms. Accessible facilities, adaptive technologies, and personalized accommodations for students with disabilities are integral elements that underpin inclusive physical environments, each playing a crucial role. Despite efforts to promote inclusive education, overcoming attitudinal barriers remains a significant challenge. Prejudice, stereotypes, and discrimination continue to impede the establishment of genuinely inclusive learning environments.
