 Abstract

Many a times employees submit their resume to a company and they get rejected. Employees often keep thinking about why they got rejected while, many a times, the resume not being up to the point is the reason for the rejection. Often employees don't know why their resume got rejected, where and how to improve etc. Our resume analyzer can be used by companies as well as employees. The current resume analyzers which are present in the market are mostly company/HR oriented. We aim to make a resume analyzer which is more focused on employees. Our resume analyzer analyzes the resumes and gives the employee a thorough feedback of the resume. It makes the employee understand the positives as well as the negatives of the resume. The resume analyzer also provides a range of tips and advices to the employee regarding the resume so that they can improve their resume.

 Abstract

Nutraceuticals can play an important part in the body's various biological processes, which help prevent various diseases and improve overall health and well-being. The underlying mechanisms of cardiovascular disease (CVD) vary depending on the specific condition. Dietary risk factors are estimated to be linked to 53% of CVD-related fatalities. Atherosclerosis, which is implicated in coronary artery disease, stroke, and peripheral artery disease, can be initiated by factors such as high blood pressure, smoking, diabetes mellitus, insufficient physical activity, obesity, elevated blood cholesterol, poor dietary habits, excessive alcohol consumption, and inadequate sleep, among other contributors. Approximately 13% of CVD deaths are attributed to high blood pressure, 9% to tobacco use, 6% to diabetes, 6% to lack of exercise, and 5% to obesity. Nutraceuticals have shown efficacy and are simple to use, making them a viable alternative for intervention. Lack of guidelines has so far restricted the use of nutraceuticals in clinical settings; this is probably due to a history of lax regulatory requirements that permit supplements to be sold on the market before thorough clinical trials are completed. The market and research on the use of nutraceuticals have recently caught up, which may permit the clinical use of supplements from reliable manufacturers, such as those endorsed by independent organizations like National Science Foundation (NSF) International.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT The current study investigates the dynamics of the labour market in Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra by looking at employment patterns, difficulties faced, and policy implications. It explains various development strategies like community advancement, regional improvement and work preparing as a way to expand business opportunities while reducing inequality. It is aimed at promoting sustainable economic growth and reducing inequality by addressing issues such as labour force participation rates (LFPR) , worker population ratios (WPR) and unemployment rates (UR). Promoting the digital economy has been identified as an avenue for innovation that attracts investment. The research methodology adopted involves detailed analysis of Secondary data from NSSO's Employment-Unemployment surveys conducted during 2017-18 to 2021-22. There are different and complex demographic profiles, economic outlooks and labor force participation rates between Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra. Maharashtra reflects a diversified economy and improved labor market outcomes whereas Uttar Pradesh faces difficulties as it is predominantly an agrarian economy and have a slower industrialization. Several policy recommendations in this research paper includes highlighting comprehensive ways to deal with trends in the labour market, infrastructure development, migration, education, health, sustainability development and many more. Additionally, with a combination of digital literacy programs along with cooperation of government, industry and civil society is an essential component to build an inclusive, equitable and dynamic labour market in both states.

 Abstract

The growing reliance on the internet for various aspects of daily life has made web applications a prime target for cyberattacks. In this digital age, understanding web vulnerabilities is paramount for the security of both businesses and individuals. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of web vulnerabilities, focusing on their types, root causes, and potential consequences. The study first categorizes web vulnerabilities into common types, such as SQL injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF), and others. It explores the underlying mechanisms and techniques that threat actors employ to exploit these vulnerabilities, shedding light on the reasons behind their prevalence in web applications. To combat these vulnerabilities, this paper presents a systematic framework for mitigation that encompasses proactive measures, including secure coding practices, input validation, and threat modeling, as well as reactive strategies like vulnerability scanning and patch management. It also includes Real-world examples and case studies are used to illustrate the effectiveness of these mitigation techniques.

 Abstract

The construction of low-cost toilets addresses the urgent need for improved sanitation in underserved communities and developing regions. Globally, inadequate sanitation facilities contribute to health risks, environmental pollution, and social disparities. Low-cost toilets offer a solution by employing cost-effective, simple, and sustainable construction methods. These toilets utilize locally available materials and innovative designs to minimize expenses while ensuring functionality and durability. Community involvement in the planning and construction process is crucial, fostering ownership and promoting long-term maintenance and hygiene practices. Low-cost toilets have profound positive impacts on public health, dignity, and socioeconomic development. By providing access to safe sanitation facilities, they reduce the spread of diseases, enhance quality of life, and empower marginalized populations, particularly women and girls. Moreover, improved sanitation infrastructure contributes to environmental sustainability by reducing open defecation and contamination of water sources. Prioritizing the construction of low-cost toilets is essential for achieving universal access to sanitation and advancing human well-being worldwide. Through concerted efforts and strategic investments, we can make significant strides towards ensuring that everyone has access to this basic human right, thus fostering healthier, more equitable, and more prosperous societies.

 Abstract

The current number of working mothers has greatly increased. Subsequently, baby care has become a daily challenge for many families. Thus, most parents send their babies to their grandparents' house or to baby care houses. However, the parents cannot continuously monitor their babies' conditions either in normal or abnormal situations. Therefore, an Internet of Things-based Baby Monitoring Cradle System is proposed as an efficient and low-cost IoT-based system for monitoring in real time. We also proposed a new algorithm for our system that plays a key role in providing better baby care while parents are away. Our project focuses on the relevant problems faced by parent in monitoring and nurturing their child while working. This project aims at reducing the challenges faced by parent by developing an IOT based baby Monitoring Cradle System that will assist Parent in monitoring their child. This cradle is equipped with a swinging mechanism which swings automatically on detection of baby crying sound. This proposed smart cradle has been integrated with a camera to provide continuous surveillance to parents. An Arduino, sound sensors, wetness sensor, swinging mechanism along with other electronic components are used to upgrade existing cradle to meet the Present-day requirements. This project is quite efficient and reliable which can deliver result better than conventional cradle.
