The proliferation of cloud computing and data-sharing platforms has elevated the need for robust, secure, and privacy-preserving data access systems. Traditional access control models struggle with scalability and fine-grained permission management. This paper proposes a blockchain-based framework employing multi-attribute authority (MAA) architecture to facilitate secure, decentralized data sharing. The use of attribute-based encryption (ABE) combined with smart contracts enhances data privacy and access control while ensuring tamper-proof auditability. The proposed system addresses challenges like key management, collusion resistance, and efficient revocation. Experimental results demonstrate improved security, scalability, and transparency compared to conventional centralized models.

Water is the basic unit of life and it is essential element for all living beings and the environmental health. Water is elixir of life, it governs the evolution and functions of universe all the earth hence water is mother of all living world. Determination of physical and chemical parameters were done to determine to the surface water quality. Ponds are important wetlands located in on around human habitation as they generally semi natural ecosystem constructed by men in landscape suitable for water stagnation. Besides acting is they source of fresh water, the lower ambient temp, rise the water table, increase the diversity of flora and fauna and provide aesthetic ambience. The water bodies studied are situated in desert area Bikaner (in dry and harsh climatic condition), used for domestic and drinking as well as commercial purpose.

This study investigates the connection between spirituality and happiness, looking at the ways in which spiritual activities and beliefs support psychological health in general. The study evaluates the contribution of spirituality to improving subjective happiness, emotional resilience, and life satisfaction using both quantitative and qualitative techniques. The findings show that people who practice spirituality report better emotional coping mechanisms, higher levels of happiness, and more life satisfaction. The findings' ramifications for mental health are discussed in the study, which also makes the case that incorporating spiritual activities into therapeutic settings could open up new avenues for improving wellbeing.

In the evolving contours of international relations, strategic autonomy is increasingly shaped by economic dependencies. India's foreign policy provides a compelling case study of how a rising power navigates the geopolitical tightrope between two global heavyweights--the United States and Russia. This article explores the historical foundations, economic imperatives, and strategic compulsions underlying India's relationships with both nations. It argues that India's multi-alignment strategy is not a sign of indecision, but rather a calculated approach to maintain sovereignty, enhance global leverage, and secure long-term interests in a multipolar world.

Face serums are lightweight, fast-absorbing formulations that deliver active ingredients deeper into the skin compared to traditional creams. This study focuses on the formulation and evaluation of a polyherbal face serum designed primarily for UV protection with additional benefits like hydration, anti-acne effects, and skin rejuvenation. The serum was formulated using natural ingredients including Butterfly pea, Calendula, Sea buckthorn, Aloe vera, Rose hydrosol, Niacinamide, and others. These herbs were selected for their antioxidant, photoprotective, and skin-enhancing properties. Four formulations with varying concentrations were developed, and one optimal formulation was selected based on physical and stability parameters. This formulation underwent evaluations for pH, viscosity, spreadability, stability, SPF value and other. The results demonstrated effective UV protection along with favourable cosmetic qualities. This polyherbal face serum offers a natural, multifunctional alternative to conventional UV-protective products, combining skincare and sun protection in a single formulation.

Cataract remains a leading cause of global blindness, necessitating early and accurate diagnosis. This paper presents a computationally efficient machine learning system for the automated classification of cataract severity in retinal fundus images. The system employs a pipeline of preprocessing techniques (CLAHE, gamma correction, green channel enhancement), feature extraction using Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) and Haar wavelet coefficients, and classification via Support Vector Machine (SVM) and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithms. Results demonstrate promising accuracy (92.3% for SVM, 89.2% for KNN) on a test set, with a developed Tkinter GUI enabling practical image analysis and result visualization. This approach offers a potential tool to aid in early and objective cataract assessment, addressing the need for accessible and efficient diagnostic solutions

Effluent treatment plants (ETPs) are critical infrastructures aimed at reducing the environmental impacts of industrial wastewaters. Traditional methods, although effective to some extent, struggle with the complex and variable composition of modern effluents. Recent advancements in advanced oxidation processes, membrane technologies, nanotechnology applications, biotechnological innovations, and digital monitoring are paving the way toward more sustainable and efficient treatment systems. This review paper provides a comprehensive overview of these recent developments, their advantages and challenges, and highlights future prospects in the field of effluent treatment.

This study investigated the antibacterial potential of Capsicum frutescens (siling labuyo) leaf extracts against the multidrug-resistant bacterium Acinetobacter baumannii, a common cause of hospital-acquired infections. Researchers tested four concentrations (25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%) of the leaf extract using the disc diffusion method. The zones of inhibition were measured and compared to the antibiotic Imipenem. The results indicated a concentration-dependent antibacterial effect, with the 100% extract showing the largest inhibition zone (13.33 mm). Statistical analysis confirmed significant differences in activity among the concentrations. However, even the highest concentration's effect was considerably less than that of Imipenem (25 mm). The study concluded that while C. frutescens leaf extracts exhibit moderate antibacterial activity against A. baumannii at high concentrations, they are not a viable alternative to current antibiotics. Further research focusing on refinement and isolation of active compounds is suggested to potentially enhance its therapeutic potential.

The rapid advancements in the Internet of Things (IoT) have greatly impacted the field of smart transportation, enhancing the productivity and performance of daily transportation activities. Through connecting and embedding everyday devices and systems with the internet for data exchange and communication, A method where computers learn from data to make predictions or decisions without being explicitly programmed, Extremely large and complex data sets that require advanced tools to process and analyse, and a decentralized system for recording and sharing data, where multiple participants maintain a synchronized record, we see significant improvements in traffic management, route optimization, parking systems, accident prevention, and road maintenance. This paper reviewed various applications of smart transportation technologies, focusing on their communication mechanisms, frameworks, and protocols which enable seamless data exchange. Additionally, we explored the role of cloud, edge, and fog computing in supporting these systems. However, challenges remain a concern. Future research should address these issues to further advance. advanced mobility solutions use technology like AI and sensors to optimize travel, improve safety, and reduce environmental impact.
