Hair is an important part of human body that protects the scalp. Herbal hair conditioners are safe for use and made from natural ingredients which provide shine, smoothens and promotes healthy hairs. They can be used on all types of hair, as they are safe and do not cause harmful effects. Hair conditioner could be hair care item that are applied to the end of hair and improve the feel, appearance of hairs and makes them manageable. Main purpose of Hair conditioner is to reduce the friction between strands of hair and makes the brushing or combing easier which might else can cause damage to the scalp and hairs. Hair conditioning is second step while shampoo is first step which removes dirt, sweat from hairs and scalp. Chemicals in shampoo can cause dryness, roughness to the hair follicles therefore, conditioner is used to make hair soft, flaxseed which is also known as linseed is rich in omega 3 fatty acids and also promotes faster hair growth. It provides nourishment to the hair by reducing hair damage. Flaxseed and okra hair conditioner is a hair care product formulated from flaxseed extract. Mucilage of flaxseed can also apply directly on the hair and scalp. Ingredients such as flaxseeds), cocoa butter, jasmine oil, castor oil, glycerine, liquid paraffin,,methyl cellulose , sodium lauryl sulphate , sodium benzoate, triethanolamine and water are used to formulate hair conditioner. Hair care products were evaluated and analyzed based on various organoleptic properties and physicochemical criteria such as pH test, dirt dispersion test, moisturizing time, cleaning action and stability test.

Stabilization or Rectification of soil is the most common method for the engineers. Stabilization of soil using the pond ash is one of the influential methods for stabilizing the soil. Stabilization by the fiber is also one of the tact for improving its properties. The aim of the work is to evaluate the strength properties of the soil using coal wastes and polypropylene fiber. In this study mainly inquisition on the different percentage of pond ash (6, 12, 18 and 24 %) and fiber content (0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1%) were used to determine the optimum for both additives. Experimental test conducted mainly California Bearing Ratio (CBR) and Unconfined compression strength (UCS) tests. Pond ash and polypropylene fiber is the good stabilizer for the laterite soil. From the investigation it was observed that the pond ash has the pozollonic material to improve the strength properties of the soil and polypropylene fiber has the good non absorbing material it can also bind the soil properly and it increase the soil strength. Industrial coal waste and synthetic waste material used contribute the soil stabilization to improve the properties of soil

This paper introduces an innovative Multi-port Converter (MPC) with a reduced number of switching devices for hybrid sources and loads. It is integrating solar energy with energy storage system. The increasing demand for renewable energy solution has to the development of efficient power converters for standalone Photovoltaic (PV) systems. The hybrid topology of the converter enables seamless bidirectional power flow ensuring optimal energy utilization while improving the reliability of standalone PV systems. The system dynamically prioritizes PV energy, directs excess power to battery storage and supports loads in case of insufficient PV generation. The proposed converter is equipped with Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) to optimize the harvesting of solar energy and to maintain consistent voltage regulation, even when environmental conditions fluctuate. Simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed hybrid multi-port converter achieves high efficiency. Reduced power losses and improved energy management compared to conventional multi-stage conversion systems. At long last a performance comparison is carried out featuring the upsides and downsides of the various topologies leading to solution for the directions of future research.

The term cyber security is often employed interchangeably with the term protection of information. This paper argues that while cyber security and information protection are significantly similar, these two terms are not completely comparable. In addition, the paper argues that cyber security stretches beyond conventional information security definitions to include not only the protection of information data, but also that of other properties, including the individual himself. In information protection, reference to the human factor is generally linked to human's role(s) in the process of protection. In cyber security this aspect has a further element, namely, humans as possible targets of cyber-attacks or even engaging unknowingly in a cyber assault. This additional aspect has ethical consequences for society as a whole, as it may be seen as a social obligation to protect such marginalized groups, for example children.

The present study aims to assess the family burden and social support experienced by parents of mentally retarded children enrolled in selected special schools in Kolkata. Mental retardation imposes a significant psychological, emotional, financial, and social burden on families, often affecting their quality of life and coping abilities. This descriptive study utilized a structured questionnaire to gather data from parents through purposive sampling. The Family Burden Interview Schedule (FBIS) and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) were employed to evaluate the levels of burden and social support, respectively. The findings revealed a high level of objective and subjective burden among parents, particularly in areas related to financial strain and disruption of family routines. However, a moderate to high level of perceived social support, primarily from family members, was also reported. The study emphasizes the need for targeted interventions and community support systems to alleviate family burden and strengthen support networks.

This study explores the fundamental differences between large-cap and small-cap stocks in the banking sector, focusing on their financial performance, risk factors, and market behavior. Large-cap banks, known for their stability and established market presence, typically offer lower volatility and steady returns. In contrast, small-cap banks, though riskier, present higher growth potential and greater price fluctuations. By analysing key financial metrics such as profitability, liquidity, and valuation ratios, this research aims to provide insights into the risk-return trade-offs associated with investing in different market capitalizations within the banking sector. The findings will help investors make informed decisions based on their risk tolerance and investment objectives. The banking sector plays a critical role in financial markets, with institutions of varying market capitalizations contributing to overall economic stability and growth. This study examines the fundamental differences between large-cap and small-cap banking stocks, focusing on key financial indicators such as profitability, liquidity, leverage, and valuation metrics. Large-cap banks, typically characterized by strong balance sheets, diversified revenue streams, and lower volatility, are often seen as safer investments with steady returns. Conversely, small-cap banks tend to exhibit higher growth potential but come with increased risk due to limited market presence, regulatory challenges, and greater sensitivity to economic fluctuations. This research employees a comparative analysis of financial performance, stock price movements, and market trends to assess the risk-return profile of both categories. Additionally, the study explores how macroeconomic factors, such as interest rate fluctuations, monetary policy, and credit cycles, influence the valuation and performance of banking stocks across different market capitalizations. The findings aim to provide investors with a deeper understanding of the trade-offs involved in selecting large-cap versus small-cap banking stocks, helping them align investment decisions with their risk tolerance and financial goals.

This abstract presents the formulation and evaluation of polyherbal handwash. With the growing concern for hygiene and the desire for natural products, the demand for polyherbal hand sanitizers has increased. In this study, polyherbal handwash was formulated using a combination of natural extracts known for their antimicrobial properties. The formulation comprised extracts of False Ashoka , which were carefully selected for their potential to combat germs while being gentle on the skin. The formulated polyherbal handwash underwent rigorous evaluation to assess its efficacy and safety. The antimicrobial activity of the handwash was evaluated against a panel of common bacteria and fungi using standard methods. The results demonstrated significant inhibition of microbial growth, highlighting the effectiveness of the herbal extracts.Further evaluations were conducted to assess the handwash's physical properties, including pH, viscosity, and sensory attributes. Additionally, skin compatibility tests were performed to ensure the product's safety and non-irritating nature.Overall, the formulated polyherbal handwash exhibited potent antimicrobial activity and favorable physical characteristics, making it a promising alternative to conventional hand sanitizers. Its natural ingredients provide a potential solution for individuals seeking effective hygiene products derived from herbal sources.
