The extensive review discusses the value of rosa and H. rosa sinensis, phytochemical properties and richness for production of cosmetic. Rosa species, including Rosa indica L., are highly regarded for their cosmetic value (Fayaz et al., 2024). The genus contains various phytochemicals that contribute to its pharmacological activities, which could be beneficial in cosmetic formulations. These activities include anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-proliferative properties, which are desirable in skincare products. Hibiscus rosa-sinensis, on the other hand, contains numerous chemical compounds that could be valuable in cosmetic production. The plant's flowers contain riboflavin, thiamine, quercetin, niacin, and ascorbic acid, among other compounds (Amtaghri et al., 2024). These phytochemicals contribute to the plant's antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which are highly sought after in cosmetic formulations. Interestingly, carbon quantum dots (CQDs) derived from Hibiscus rosa-sinensis leaves have shown potential for biomedical applications, including wound healing and anti-inflammatory properties (Yalshetti et al., 2024). This suggests that extracts from the plant could be incorporated into cosmetic products aimed at skin repair and soothing. While the provided papers do not directly address cosmetic production using these plants, they states their rich phytochemical profiles and beneficial properties indicate potential for use in skincare and cosmetic formulations. Further research is needed to explore specific applications and formulations for cosmetic production using Rosa and Hibiscus rosa-sinensis extracts.

Academic feedback is essential in secondary schools to keep a rap-Port between students, teachers, and parents and guardians. There Are three main factors that contribute towards a student's progress: Attitude, attendance and aptitude. Monitoring their progress is key. To a student's development in school and allows both teachers and Parents or guardians to support them to a greater extent. AnnualReports are sent to a student's home to summarise their performance Over the academic year, following set criterion from the government. One aspect of a student's report is the teacher's written comment, Providing more details on a student's attitude towards their learning. However, families whose primary language is not English may Struggle to interpret this information. Working in schools has demonstrated the diversity of students and their wide range of backgrounds, Including but not limited to- language barriers. This work pro-Poses a system called SENSE (Student performance quantifier using Sentiment analysis) for improving the information conveyed in Secondary school reports through means of natural language processing. By combining the three key features which contribute to-Wards a student's progress, a numerical representation is produced for an easier interpretation. This reduces the likelihood of a tarnished relationship between home and schools through better means of conveying information and maintains communication

Human-wildlife conflicts are increasing due to expanding human settlements near forests and protected zones. This paper proposes an AI-based smart wildlife detection and emergency response system integrating computer vision, IoT, and embedded systems. The model captures images using webcams and detects wildlife using AI algorithms. Upon detection, a multi-level alert mechanism activates an electric fence, buzzer, and message notifications to prevent conflict. The system is designed for real-time response, scalability, and deployment in power-deficient areas using solar modules. This intelligent monitoring framework supports wildlife conservation and enhances safety for both animals and humans.

Fire detection is vital for preventing disasters and managing emergencies. Conventional systems that use smoke detectors and thermal imaging frequently experience delays in response, limited adaptability to different environments, and elevated false alarm rates. This study introduces a deep learning-driven real-time semantic segmentation model designed for precise fire detection and localization in both video streams and still images. The approach combines convolutional neural networks (CNNs) with vision transformer architectures, allowing for pixel-level identification of fire areas with improved accuracy. The model is tailored for deployment at the edge, utilizing techniques such as quantization and pruning to guarantee real-time functionality on low-resource devices like drones and surveillance cameras. Additionally, the system features a cloud-based dashboard that facilitates visualization, alert generation, and predictive analytics. Experimental evaluations using benchmark fire datasets indicate that it outperforms conventional methods regarding detection speed, rate of false positives, and resilience in difficult environmental conditions. This proposed system plays a crucial role in enhancing early fire detection in smart cities, industrial areas, and forests, leading to quicker responses and minimized fire-related damages.

The main objective of this project is developing and building a web-based Vehicle Management System that basically intends to streamline and digitize the procedure of vehicle management. While users need a common platform to search for vehicles, make bookings, and even chat with the service provider, the administrators on the other side require an interface for the management of bookings, vehicles, users, and drivers. The system has been developed in PHP and MySQL in order to keep data consistent as well as making it easily accessible through the frontend. Some of the major features that the platform offers include, among others, real-time update on the booking status, secured login module, and an administrative-level control panel. Implementation of this system will definitely improve operational efficiencies, reduce manual work, and provide better service delivery in the transport sector. This research hence dwells into system architecture, critical modules, and the overall impact on Vehicle service management.

This study investigates how emotional intelligence (EI) can improve productivity. Using basic random sampling, structured questionnaires were used to collect data from 184 employees on key emotional intelligence (EI) components, including self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. A descriptive research design was used, and non-parametric tools were used because the results of the normality tests (Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk) indicated a non-normal distribution. These included percentage analysis, correlation, the Kruskal-Wallis H test, the Mann-Whitney U test, and the Chi-square test. The findings showed that emotional intelligence (EI) and important workplace outcomes like conflict resolution, teamwork, and change management were significantly positively correlated. The study suggests strategic emotional intelligence training for organizational development and comes to the conclusion that raising employees' emotional intelligence can greatly increase productivity

Abstract Aravind Adiga's Booker Prize-winning novel The White Tiger (2008) offers a searing critique of contemporary Indian society, exposing the profound divide between wealth and poverty that defines the nation's socio-economic landscape. Through the narrative of Balram Halwai, a servant-turned-entrepreneur, Adiga employs literary devices such as character development, narrative structure, symbolism, and setting to depict an India undergoing rapid economic transformation while perpetuating systemic marginalisation. Balram's journey from the impoverished "Darkness" of rural India to the affluent "Light" of urban Bangalore encapsulates the tension between aspiration and exploitation, challenging dominant narratives of progress. This paper analyses how Adiga constructs the notion of "two Indias" as a reflection of entrenched inequalities sustained by corruption, casteism, and class hierarchies. Drawing on Marxist and postcolonial frameworks, it explores themes of class conflict, power dynamics, and identity formation, arguing that The White Tiger is not merely a literary depiction of socio-economic duality but a mirror to the persistent realities shaping 21st-century India.

In this paper I have tried to focus on the concept of Mitahara or controlled diet for healthy living. Controlled diet plays an important role in keeping the body and mind healthy. Here I have tried to explain the term Mitahara from the point of view of Hatha Yoga. The yogis that practice Hatha Yoga implement the principle of mindful eating in moderation. The article explains what is mitahara, highlights the various benefits of mitahara and to bring awareness towards the food that we consume.
