This exploration aims to develop an online platform that connects startups with investors, offering acclimatized functionalities grounded on stoner places. Startups can showcase their gambles, track progress, view backing options, and directly engage with investors. Investors can explore a distributed list of startups, view detailed biographies, and communicate with startups of interest. The platform is designed to streamline the investment process by enhancing translucency and effectiveness in incipiency- investor relations. The platform incorporates blockchain technology to insure secure and transparent fiscal deals through a blockchain- grounded payment gateway. Smart contracts will automatically execute investment terms, reducing the need for interposers and minimizing the threat of fraud. This design seeks to produce a stoner-friendly and scalable result that empowers startups to secure backing and enables investors to discover promising gambles confidently.

This paper presents the design and implementation of a smart, IoT-enabled aquatic boat system equipped with four ultrasonic sensors, four directional motors, and an automated food dispenser for periodic fish feeding. The system is designed to autonomously avoid obstacles while navigating and also supports manual control and scheduling via the Arduino IoT Cloud. The periodic feeding process is synchronized with boat movement in a square pattern, ensuring uniform distribution across the waterbody.

In the rapidly evolving digital economy, organizations face significant challenges in workforce planning and talent management due to increasing complexities and the limitations of traditional, subjective methods. This project, "Enhancing Hr Decision-Making Through Ai: A Streamlit-Based System For Workforce Planning And Talent Management", addresses these challenges by introducing a comprehensive, integrated system leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing. This Streamlit-based web application features three core modules: an AI-Driven Promotion Prediction System utilizing a TensorFlow-based neural network to forecast promotion readiness with greater accuracy and less bias; an Intelligent Role Recommendation System that employs sentence transformers and collaborative filtering for semantic resume-job matching; and an AI-Powered Cover Letter Generation module powered by Google's Gemini LLM to automate personalized application document creation. The system aims to improve decision-making quality by replacing subjective assessments with data-driven insights, enhance efficiency by automating manual processes, and make sophisticated analytical capabilities accessible to HR professionals and job seekers through an intuitive interface. Rigorous testing demonstrated robust performance, with the promotion prediction model achieving 91.2% accuracy and the resume-job matching system reaching 87.6% accuracy. The system provides a reliable and effective solution for modern workforce planning and talent management applications.

The current work is aimed at the development and assessment of a polyherbal wound-healing ointment from ethanolic extracts of Pergularia daemia, Kleinia grandiflora, Myristica fragrans, and Azadirachta indica. These plants were chosen according to their traditional medicinal applications and documented pharmacological activities, such as antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant activities. The extracts were isolated through Soxhlet extraction and used to formulate a topical ointment base through a double-boiling technique. Physical properties like pH (6.2), consistency, spreadability, and stability up to 30 days were determined for the ointment prepared. Phytochemical screening indicated the presence of major bioactive compounds such as flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, and terpenoids. Antimicrobial potential was established through agar well diffusion with inhibitory zones against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The results indicate that the polyherbal preparation is a potential natural substitute for wound-healing purposes and deserves further in vivo and clinical studies.

Small and medium-sized companies (SME), especially in development areas, continue to meet important challenges in using digital businesses for business operations. Most commercially available billing and inventory management systems are either membership-based, cloud-agent or a level of technical expertise requires a level of technical expertise that lacks many business owners. These obstacles contribute to journal maps, delayed invoices and inability to monitor stock levels or outstanding payments. The concept recognized this difference and was conceptualized and developed as a mobile-first solution for the purpose of making the daily business administration more accessible, reliable and expensive for local enterprises.

Managers in this information age possess a treasure trove of data. The term big data relates not only to largeness, but also to the dealing with varied and fast information that is difficult to work with by conventional methods. The need to work with such data, obtain results, and provide valuable understanding becomes important, especially as it continues to grow swiftly. With analytics of big data, managers are able to see everything, like the sales from the daily invoices and information garnered from social cybernetics. The advanced tools and technology provided are of great assistance in analy izing the big data available to give significant information that decision makers require across multiple domains, which is important as the technology grows and the existing data mounts. Data analytics helps provide a coherent means of obtaining value from data, resolving complicated matters, and improving the structure of the organization's decision making.

In order to encourage hair growth, the current study examines the phytochemical makeup and bioactive potential of Camellia sinensis (green tea) seed oil infused with particular Ayurvedic herbs. Camellia sinensis seed oil, known for its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant qualities, is a promising vehicle for herbal bioactives. In order to preserve phytoconstituents, Ayurvedic herbs like Bhringraj (Eclipta alba), Amla (Emblica officinalis), Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri), and Neem (Azadirachta indica) were infused into the oil using cold maceration and gentle heating techniques. Essential compounds like flavonoids, terpenoids, phenolics, and fatty acids were found through phytochemical profiling using GC-MS analysis and qualitative screening. The infused oil's antimicrobial effectiveness against scalp pathogens, antioxidant activity (DPPH assay), and in vitro hair follicle stimulation using keratinocyte assays for cell culture. Compared to plain seed oil, the results showed significant hair growth-promoting potential and increased antioxidant activity, confirming the synergistic benefits of combining Ayurvedic botanicals with Camellia sinensis seed oil. The development of safe and efficient herbal-based cosmeceuticals is aided by this study, which offers a natural, therapeutic substitute for hair care formulations.

Abstract Water scarcity involves water stress, water shortage or deficits, and water crisis. While the concept of water stress is relatively new, it is the difficulty of obtaining sources of fresh water for use during a period of time and may result in further depletion and deterioration of available water resources. Water shortages may be caused by climate change, such as altered weather patterns including droughts or floods, increased pollution, and increased human demand and overuse of water. A water crisis is a situation where the available potable, unpolluted water within a region is less than that region's demand. Water scarcity is being driven by two converging phenomena: growing freshwater use and depletion of usable freshwater resources.
