The growing demand for natural and safe skincare products has driven the cosmetic industry toward the utilization of herbal ingredients with proven therapeutic properties. In this study, an anti-aging herbal cream was formulated using Murraya koenigii (commonly known as curry leaves) extract, which is rich in bioactive compounds such as flavonoids, alkaloids, and phenolic constituents known for their antioxidant and anti-aging effects. The objective was to develop a topical herbal formulation that leverages the natural antioxidant potential of Murraya koenigii to reduce signs of skin aging such as wrinkles, fine lines, and loss of elasticity. The ethanolic extract of Murraya koenigii leaves was prepared by maceration and subjected to preliminary phytochemical screening, confirming the presence of potent antioxidants. The extract was then incorporated into a cream base using the oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion technique. Various formulations were developed and optimized based on physical characteristics such as color, odor, texture, spreadability, viscosity, pH, and stability under different temperature and storage conditions. In vitro antioxidant activity of the extract and the cream formulation was evaluated using the DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging assay, which indicated a high free radical neutralizing capacity, supporting the anti-aging potential of the formulation. Additionally, the formulation was subjected to accelerated stability testing and showed consistent performance without signs of phase separation, discoloration, or microbial growth.

BACKGROUND: Fragile x syndrome (FXS) is an X LINKED DOMINANT genetic disorder located at chromosome Xq27.3 caused by a mutation in the fragile X messenger ribonucleoprotein 1 (FMR1) gene and known to be a leading cause of inherited intellectual disability. It is due to expansion of CGG repeat sequence in the 5'-UTR of the FMR1 gene. The FMR1 gene product, FMRP is a selective RNA binding protein that negatively regulates local protein synthesis in neuronal dendrites. OBJECTIVES: The aim of this study is to assess the presence of FMR1gene mutations in individuals and to estimate the carrier frequency of FMR1 among individuals who attended the Genetics OPD at LN hospital, New Delhi in a North Indian cohort. METHODS: FXS screening was offered to individuals of different age groups visiting the hospital. Genomic DNA was extracted from all the samples and were further analyzed by using the molecular techniques, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), CarrierMax(TM) FMR1 Reagent Kit, 3500 Genetic analyzer and results were interpreted by Gene Mapper(TM) Software and carrier max software. RESULT: A total of 40 individuals were screened in this study. In this 39samples are normal and 1 individual showed positive with an expanded CGG repeats. It is high in males as they have only one x chromosome. CONCLUSION: The findings suggest a low prevalence of FMR1gene mutations. The single positive case underscores the importance of genetic testing in diagnosing Fragile X syndrome, particularly with intellectual disabilities.

The complex relationship between team communication, work volition, and team effectiveness among healthcare workers is examined in this empirical study. High-functioning teams are now essential to ensuring patient safety, high-quality service delivery, and employee well-being in healthcare settings due to their increasing complexity. The goal of the study is to comprehend how team communication styles and workers' perceived autonomy (work volition) affect the performance of the entire team. Data was gathered using a quantitative research methodology by means of structured questionnaires given to medical staff members in a variety of departments, such as the general care, emergency, and surgical units. Effective team communication and team effectiveness were found to be strongly positively correlated by statistical research. Additionally, work volition, which served as a moderating variable, had a considerable impact on this association. Higher levels of choice and control over their job were associated with greater employee motivation, engagement, and teamwork. The survey also found issues that had a detrimental effect on team relationships, particularly among junior employees, such as hierarchical communication obstacles and a lack of feedback systems. In order to improve communication and empower employees, the report suggests using autonomy-supportive leadership, organized communication tools, and frequent team training. This research contributes to the burgeoning literature on organizational behavior in healthcare, suggesting practical techniques to improve team efficiency and worker satisfaction. It emphasizes how crucial it is to match individual empowerment with internal communication procedures in order to create healthcare teams that are more resilient and productive.

Security is an important aspect for handling all information through the communication medium in cloud environment which contains sanative information about the users having personalized information. By handling the security to protect the sensitive data are difficult due to various intrusions created by the attacks to attain data theft, breaches, and false injection with support of cyber threats. By securing the sensitive information is changing and to tackle with Artificial intelligence system to intent advanced cryptography algorithm. To resolve this problem, he research proposes a advanced data verification scheme with intent of Lattice Modulated Fully Homomorphism Encryption Algorithm (LMFHEA) to protect the sensitive information. Initially the sensitive information are prepared for encryption by creating atrt8ca blocks. The blocks contains sensitive information to Create Shuffle Padding Lattice Block Wit Hash Index Key (SPBK-HI). Then the LMFHEA creates shuffle encryption to create secret key to protect the sensitive information. Finally the Master Proof Authentication Key Principle (MPAKP) validate the secret key from the end user who has authentication rights to allow to decrypt the data. The propose system achieves higher security performance compared to the other system. By validating the security access control, key ensure and integrity principle to ensure the authentication rights and attains improves security parameters potentially they differed from exiting methods.

Cancer treatment has progressed from traditional chemotherapy, which targets all rapidly dividing cells and causes significant side effects, to more precise and less toxic approaches. Targeted therapies, such as antibody-drug conjugates, aim to affect only cancer cells, though they can still lead to complications like high blood pressure and heart issues. A major challenge in cancer therapy remains drug resistance and ineffective delivery due to the tumor microenvironment. To address this, researchers have developed smart nanoparticles--engineered to respond to stimuli like pH or temperature--for controlled drug release and targeted delivery. These nanocarriers, including polymer-based, biomimetic, and inorganic types, improve treatment precision and reduce side effects. They can be administered via various routes such as intravenous, oral, intratumoral, and intranasal. Targeting is enhanced by attaching ligands to receptors overexpressed on cancer cells, such as folate receptors. Polymers like PEG and HPMA are often used in drug delivery systems due to their safety and biodegradability. Nanoparticles also enhance radiotherapy by increasing radiation absorption at tumor sites. Overall, the integration of nanotechnology and molecular biology is enabling more personalized, effective, and less harmful cancer treatments.

With the growing influence of social media in everyday life, it has become increasingly important to educate and guide younger audiences on safe internet browsing practices. While social media offers numerous opportunities for learning and innovation, ensuring that children benefit from these platforms safely is crucial. Despite best efforts, inadvertent exposure to adult content remains a concern. Even seemingly harmless search terms can sometimes yield inappropriate or explicit material, including pornographic images or videos, often through misleading search results or pop-up advertisements. The term pornography refers to sexually explicit content intended to evoke sexual arousal. Early exposure to such material can have serious consequences, including negative impacts on mental health, promotion of sexism and objectification, and increased risk of sexual violence. This paper explores the evolution of safe browsing initiatives, beginning with early efforts introduced in 2007. It covers initial policies, their advantages and limitations, and general recommendations such as educational resources, parental guidance strategies, public browsing etiquette, and safety guidelines. Additionally, this paper delves into the advancements in automated adult content detection systems, particularly the adoption of Machine Learning techniques, highlighting their progression over time.
