The Directive Principles of State Policy are outlined in Part IV of India's Constitution. Although these principles are unenforceable, they are crucial to the nation's governance. Article 44 of the Constitution, which imposes a requirement on the state to develop a Uniform Civil Code, contains one such directive principle. The Supreme Court has issued numerous directives for its execution over the years. But as a result of heavy politics, it remains just a pipe dream. Because there is no single rule that applies to all religious communities regarding personal issues like marriage, divorce, adoptions, etc., separate personal laws apply to each community. These laws, which permit gender discrimination, have their origins and legitimacy in the religious texts and customs of the country.

Diagrid buildings incorporate diagonal members connected at specific angles along the building's perimeter, replacing conventional vertical columns for load transfer. These angled connections facilitate axial load transfer, enhancing lateral stiffness and overall structural efficiency. The performance of such structures is influenced by the orientation of the diagonals and the types of structural members used. This study focuses on analyzing the performance of a diagrid building featuring eccentric connections and replacing traditional built-up columns with Concrete Filled Steel Tubes (CFST). A G+30 diagrid structure with a 20m x 20m floor plan is considered. Dynamic wind and seismic analyses are performed to assess the impact of various parameters. Additionally, a nonlinear static analysis is conducted to evaluate the hinge formation pattern in the eccentrically connected diagrid structure.

The increasing demand for seamless, efficient, and intelligent communication tools has spurred the development of innovative messaging platforms. This paper presents the design, implementation, and evaluation of a real-time chat application built on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), integrated with advanced artificial intelligence capabilities powered by TensorFlow[1]. The primary goal of this project is to enhance user experience by combining real-time messaging with intelligent word suggestion features, thereby addressing both the need for instant communication and reducing user input time. The chat application utilizes WebSocket technology to ensure continuous and real-time communication between users, delivering instant message updates without latency, a key factor in modern communication tools[2]. In addition to standard messaging features, the application is enhanced with a machine learning model built using TensorFlow and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. This model suggests contextually relevant words and phrases as the user types, improving communication speed and reducing typing effort. The word suggestion feature leverages an AI-powered engine to predict and suggest words, thereby streamlining conversations and assisting users in formulating responses more quickly. The system includes robust features such as secure user authentication, dynamic message delivery, personalized word suggestions, and basic group chat functionalities. The performance of the system is evaluated through comprehensive testing, with a focus on real-time data synchronization, responsiveness of the user interface, and the accuracy of the word suggestion model[3]. Additionally, the paper outlines key challenges faced during the development process, including the integration of AI with real-time communication technologies, and how these challenges were addressed. The expected outcomes of this work include a highly responsive and user-friendly chat platform capable of offering both immediate communication and predictive text enhancements. In addition to its core functionality, this paper highlights potential areas for future enhancements, such as the implementation of end-to-end encryption for enhanced privacy, advanced media sharing options, and further scalability improvements to handle larger user bases[4]. This research demonstrates the potential of integrating AI into chat applications and presents a comprehensive framework for building scalable, intelligent, and secure communication platforms for modern digital communication[5].

Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) is rapidly gaining attention as a high-performance composite material with promising applications in modern transportation infrastructure. Composed of a cementitious matrix reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibers, GFRC significantly improves mechanical properties such as tensile strength, flexural capacity, and impact resistance--effectively overcoming many of the limitations of traditional concrete. This paper highlights the diverse applications of GFRC in transportation-related structures, including bridges, pavements, tunnel linings, and sound barriers. Its enhanced durability under dynamic and harsh environmental conditions--such as freeze-thaw cycles, chloride penetration, and chemical exposure--makes it a reliable solution for long-term infrastructure needs. Furthermore, GFRC's lightweight characteristics contribute to reduced structural loads, simplify handling and installation, and ultimately shorten construction timelines while lowering overall costs.

This study explores the evolution of womanhood through feminist narratives in Bernardine Evaristo's Girl, Woman, Other. The novel weaves together the lives of twelve diverse characters, offering a multifaceted portrayal of women's experiences across generations, races, and social classes. By examining the intersectionality of gender, race, sexuality, and class, this paper analyses how these personal stories reflect the dynamic nature of feminist identity and empowerment. Each character's journey provides insight into the broader struggles women have faced, from the restrictive norms of past generations to the more fluid, intersectional feminist identities emerging today. Through these varied narratives, Evaristo critiques conventional feminist frameworks, presenting a more inclusive and expansive vision of womanhood. The study also examines the novel's structural choices, highlighting how the interwoven stories underscore the evolution and transformation of feminist thought, demonstrating the ongoing redefinition of womanhood across different eras.
