The digital era has witnessed a concerning increase in juvenile involvement in cybercrimes, either as offenders or victims. With growing internet access among minors, crimes such as hacking, cyberbullying, sextortion, and online fraud have surged. Simultaneously, juveniles are increasingly vulnerable to cyberstalking, grooming, and online exploitation. This paper examines the intersection of cybercrime and juvenile justice in India, highlighting how the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 operate in isolation, resulting in legal gaps in addressing offenses committed by or against minors in digital spaces. Key challenges include a lack of cyber literacy among law enforcement, inadequate forensic capabilities, and the absence of youth-specific cyber regulations. The study uses doctrinal and comparative legal research methods, referencing international practices in the United States and United Kingdom to suggest effective reforms. These include integrating cyber awareness in school curricula, establishing specialized juvenile cyber cells, and amending existing laws to reflect modern digital behavior. The conclusion emphasizes that punitive approaches alone are insufficient; a rehabilitative and tech-informed legal framework is vital to protect and reform juvenile offenders while safeguarding young victims in the digital age.

Abstract -The democratization of music composition using artificial intelligence (AI) has picked up considerable momentum, but current tools lack real-time interactivity, user-controlled customization, and cloud integration. This paper introduces Rhthmiq, an AI-based platform that creates unique music compositions from user inputs like melody snippets, instrument choices, and lyrical suggestions. Using Meta's MusicGen (a transformer model) and cloud processing, the system allows dynamic music synthesis with controllable parameters (e.g., tempo, genre, length). The interactive UI of the platform, developed with IPython widgets, facilitates iterative refinement of outputs. Tests show that the system attains high user satisfaction (92% in beta testing) and lowers composition time by 70% over manual tools. This work fills the gap between creativitiy and accessibility in music creation, providing insights into future AI-based creative instruments.

This study explores the training and development practices at Sri Varsha Food Products Private Limited, located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. The primary objective is to assess how effectively training programs contribute to employee performance, satisfaction, and overall organizational growth. As a company engaged in the processing of fruit-based products such as mango pulp and papain enzyme powder, Sri Varsha Food Products operates in a labour-intensive industry where employee skill and productivity are vital. Data were collected through employee surveys and secondary research, including company profiles and employee feedback platforms. The findings indicate that while the company provides basic training and fosters a positive work culture, there is a notable lack of structured training programs, post-training evaluation mechanisms, and formal career development initiatives. The study concludes that by adopting a more systematic approach to training--such as regular skill assessments, tailored training modules, and feedback loops--Sri Varsha Foods can enhance employee efficiency and retention. These improvements are likely to lead to greater operational effectiveness and sustained organizational success in a competitive food processing market.

The concepts of Sira, Dhamani, and Srotas Sharir are fundamental to Ayurveda, focusing on the anatomical study of these three structures. Ayurveda identifies subtle structural differences among Sira, Dhamani, and Srotas, which can be functionally distinguished by the substances they transport. All three are tubular structures that carry specific materials. Acharya Sushrut introduced innovative ideas regarding Rachana Sharir (Anatomy) and Shalya Tantra (Surgery), detailing various aspects of Rachana Sharir in the Sushrut Sharirsthan. In the seventh chapter of Sharirsthan, he provides comprehensive insights into the Siras of the human body. This chapter also highlights certain Avedhya Siras that should not be punctured during treatment. Dhamanis, which are also tubular structures filled with Vata dosha and exhibit pulsations, are characterized by their non-collapsible walls. The texts mention 700 Siras and 24 Dhamanis, which are further categorized. This comparative analysis of Sira and Dhamani aids in understanding the distinctions among Sira, Dhamani, and Srotas through anatomical perspectives. Ayurveda is recognized as a traditional healing science, offering numerous theories for maintaining health and preventing disease. It encompasses all aspects of the body's anatomical and physiological functions, including the concepts of vessels that transport fluids. Veins and arteries, crucial vessels in the body, are responsible for blood circulation, with Ayurveda referring to veins as Siras and arteries as Dhamanis, where Dhamani is regarded as a thicker vessel and Sira as a thinner blood vessel. The ancient Ayurvedic texts authored by Acharya Sushruta, Charaka, Vaghbhata, and others delve into the field of Rachana. Dhamani refers to a structure formed by thin-walled ducts that transport Rasa throughout the body, known as Sharira. The term Dhamani is often used interchangeably with Siras and Srotas, leading to confusion in the interpretation of these Ayurvedic terms. Acharya Sushruta provided a clear explanation of the human body's composition and the distinctions between Sira (vein), Dhamani (artery), and Srotas (capillaries). Charak noted that the hridaya generates ten Dhamani. In Ayurveda, Dhamanis (arteries) are described as tubular channels originating from the Hridaya (heart) that exhibit pulsation and facilitate the circulation of Rasa (lymph chyle or plasma) and Rakta (blood) throughout the body. The ascending Dhamani plays a crucial role in maintaining the body's integrity by enabling functions such as sound, touch, taste, smell, sneezing, laughter, and speech. Conversely, the descending Dhamanis create a pathway for Vata, urine, excrement, semen, and digested food to flow downward. The Tiryaggami-Dhamani can be understood as the cutaneous or peripheral vessels that supply both the superficial and deep layers of the skin.

Mental health issues are prevalent across the globe, yet there remains a significant lack of trained professionals to provide adequate mental health support. This shortage can lead to serious consequences, including an increased risk of suicide among those affected. To help bridge this gap, the use of conversational agents has grown in recent years. This project presents a mobile application featuring an integrated chatbot designed using principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The chatbot engages with users daily, prompting them to share recent experiences and emotional states. By analyzing the user's natural language responses through natural language processing techniques, the system identifies their core emotions. Based on the detected emotion, the app then recommends suitable interventions, such as specific activities or mindfulness practices

Abstract This paper offers a critical analysis of the colonial economic framework established by the British in India, examining its multifaceted impacts on the subcontinent's socio-economic fabric. By evaluating historical records, economic data, and scholarly research, the paper reveals how British policies were primarily designed to exploit India's resources and labour for the benefit of the colonial power. The study critiques the mechanisms through which the colonial economy disrupted traditional industries, imposed restrictive trade practices, and created a lopsided economic structure that entrenched dependency on Britain. The paper further explores the long-term consequences of these policies, including persistent economic underdevelopment, social disintegration, and entrenched inequalities that continue to affect India. Through this examination, the paper aims to illuminate the enduring legacy of colonial economic practices and their role in shaping contemporary economic challenges in India. By addressing historical grievances and understanding their implications, the research seeks to contribute to ongoing discussions about economic justice and development, offering insights into how historical economic exploitation has shaped modern economic conditions and policies.

Huge population growth and urbanization in India have put very severe pressures on scarce urban land. With horizontal expansion not being feasible anymore, vertical development in the form of skyscrapers provides a path-breaking solution to making optimum use of land.. The very limits of the maximum height, width, nature and capacity of buildings have been stretched. Governments and private sectors with enough money and economy are constantly planning buildings that would be unique of its kind. Architects are being asked to design such marvelous escapades that would attract the attention of all humans. This research looks into how tall buildings could be used as one way to develop a usable land on earth due to rapid urbanization through reformation of urban environment for sustainability purposes to stimulate economies.
