In this research, a comparative phytochemical profiling of Salvia hispanica (Chia seed) and Ocimum sanctum (Tulsi seed), two well-established botanicals known for their nutritional and medicinal values, is discussed. Chia seeds are all endowed with omega-3 fatty acids, dietary fiber, polyphenols, and flavonoids, which account for their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and cardioprotective properties. Contrarily, Tulsi seeds have a distinctive phytochemical composition, which contains eugenol, ursolic acid, and different terpenoids, mainly attributed to their adaptogenic, antimicrobial, and hepatoprotective effects.

Dance has a significant place in the religious and social lives of Indian people with Bharata Muni's Natyashastra as the source book for various forms of dance and drama. Dance forms like Manipuri, kathak, Sattriya, Bharatanatyam and Odissi have different style of costumes and ornaments for male and female versions. Mohiniyattam are usually performed by women. In kathakali and Kuchipudi women were not allowed to perform and all roles including women characters were depended on men known as 'Aswastha purushashrayam'. The practice of impersonation also known as 'Brukumsru', is widely followed in Kathakali and Kuchipudi dance forms. In Kuchipudi, impersonation is considered as a religious fulfilment towards Siddhendra yogi, who offered his devotional writings through a female voice. Thus, for the brahmins of Kuchipudi impersonation became a practice where dancer achieve religious vows, also the poet expresses his love to God with the female voice. Kuchipudi is the name of a dance form named after the village from which it originated. Siddhendra yogi, a devotee of Lord Krishna and well versed in Natyashastra is the founder of Kuchipudi dance according to legends. He trained only the brahmin boys called 'Dwaja Kumaralu' and took a promise that they would pass it on to the next generations as well. They preserved the tradition by teaching the art to their descendants and performing the play every year. Later during 20th century Kuchipudi was transformed from regional performance tradition to a classical dance through the restless efforts of Padma Bhushan Guru Vempati Chinna Sathyam. He played important role in introducing Kuchipudi dance to non-Telugu speaking performers, women, and non-brahmin thus achieved global recognition for Kuchipudi dance. Nowadays, the field of dance are mostly excelled by women, but in the Kuchipudi village of Andhra Pradesh women are prohibited from participating for public performance. The female roles in dance dramas like Satyabhama, Rukmini, Usha, Mohini are beautifully done by male dancers through female impersonation also called 'Roopa anuroopa' or 'Sthree ve?s?am'. The female impersonation and typecast of roles are very common practice in Kuchipudi form. Transformation of a male dancer to female character involves training feminine gaits, makeup, costumes, voice modulation etc. In this present research the struggle of male dancer to achieve the female role and the struggle of women restricted from performance in Kuchipudi village is equally highlighted.

Nanotechnology has revolutionized drug delivery systems, improving bioavailability, specificity, and therapeutic efficiency. Phytonanoparticles (PNPs), that are among the numerous kinds of nanoparticles, having attracted people's attention, are made from plants, and that are using bioactive compounds such as polyphenols, etc. Thus, these eco-friendly, biocompatible nanoparticles not only have enhanced therapeutic potential but also have reduced toxicity and the environmental impact. Phytonanoparticles (PNPs) are an novel class of nanoparticles synthesized using plant extracts as reducing, capping, and stabilizing agents, representing an eco-friendly and biocompatible alternative to conventional nanoparticle synthesis techniques. This review investigates the process of phytonanoparticle synthesis through "Green Synthesis" methods, focusing on the utilize of bioactive compounds from plants to produce nanoparticles. The process involves selecting appropriate plant material, extracting phytochemicals, and mixing them with metal salt solutions to create nanoparticles. The review further discusses different types of nanoparticles utilized in targeted drug delivery, including liposomes, polymeric nanoparticles, and more. Phytonanoparticles exhibit key characteristics that make them suitable for drug delivery, such as biocompatibility, targeted drug delivery potential, and more. Their unique features include targeted drug delivery through functionalization with precise ligands, minimize drug accumulation in non-target tissues, and natural biodegradation, decreasing long-term damage. This paper highlights the role of phytonanoparticles in cancer therapy, antimicrobial treatment, etc. For example, Moringaoleifera gold nanoparticles can target cancer cells, and Aloe vera zinc oxide nanoparticles can also help insulin delivery. The findings indicate that phytonanoparticles hold significant promise in enhancing therapeutic efficacy, reducing side effects, and offering cost-effective and eco-friendly drug delivery applications.

Deepfakes have raised serious concerns regarding digital security, privacy, and the dissemination of misinformation. Deepfakes are synthetic media where a person's likeness is manipulated to generate realistic yet fabricated images or videos. Detection of such manipulated media is paramount to safeguarding the integrity of digital content. In this study, we propose a deep learning-based approach employing Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks to detect deepfake faces. In recent times, as video frames increasingly exhibit inconsistencies with respect to their temporal data, LSTM has demonstrated significant promise due to its properties in processing sequential data. These properties enable the proposed model to distinguish between deepfake media and authentic content, thereby promoting a more secure and trustworthy digital environment.

The worldwide housing emergency results in rising costs and homelessness and insufficient housing conditions which impact more than 1.8 billion people across the globe (UN-Habitat, 2020). This research paper examines new approaches for providing affordable housing solutions to address the critical need for sustainable and equitable housing systems. The research examines four innovative housing solutions through case studies of 3D-printed homes in Latin America (ICON, 2023) and community land trusts in the UK (Burchardt & Mackay, 2021) which include modular housing and micro-housing and co-housing and green building technologies. The evaluation of these solutions demonstrates their ability to address the crisis caused by urbanization and income inequality and land scarcity (World Bank, 2022). The study reveals that modular and 3D-printed housing methods decrease construction expenses and shorten project duration (PWC, 2024) yet community-based co-housing models strengthen social bonds between residents (Williams, 2020). The scalability of these solutions remains limited because of regulatory obstacles and substantial initial investment costs (OECD, 2023). The paper advocates for policy changes that should include simplified zoning regulations and public-private partnerships to encourage broad implementation. The research demonstrates the critical need for policymakers to work with developers and communities to create accessible housing which supports social equity and environmental sustainability. The study provides practical solutions to traditional housing strategy deficiencies which help resolve this major worldwide issue.

Payroll is one of the most crucial functions in any organization. It's not just about giving salaries--it's about making employees feel respected, valued, and financially secure. This study explores employee satisfaction towards payroll processing systems without naming a specific company. The focus was placed on factors like accuracy, timeliness, transparency, accessibility, and communication. A structured questionnaire was distributed among 136 respondents. Various statistical tools were used, such as Chi-square, Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis, and Spearman's Correlation, to interpret the data. The findings suggest that while employees are largely satisfied, there are some gaps in communication and transparency that need to be addressed. Suggestions are provided to enhance clarity and trust in payroll processes.
