The manufacturing additives, also known as 3D printing (3DP), transforms the drug sector by enabling complex and personalized drug submission systems. In contrast to traditional production techniques, 3DP allows for layer-by-layer acquisition of dosages, providing unprecedented levels of adaptation, design and drug exemption patterns. Latest development in 3DP technologies, including Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), inkjet printing, Fusion Deposition Modeling (FDM), and Stereolithography (SLA), have produced intelligent dosage forms, multi-lag polypills, and personal items that are time-based triggers or physiological diseases. This article examines the progress of technologies that promote the use of 3DP in drug production. It also covers important difficulties such as equipment standardization, scalability concerns, regulatory uncertainty, and formulation limitations. Regardless of these challenges, 3DP could be innovative in improving patient compliance, decentralized production, and quick response to medical emergencies such as pandemics. 3DP can be used in future aspects of personalized medicine, academics, businesses and supervisory authorities, with sufficient knowledge of these developments and challenges.

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's Annihilation of Caste stands as a revolutionary critique of the caste system and Hindu orthodoxy, advocating for radical social transformation. This study critically examines Ambedkar's arguments, highlighting his call for the eradication of caste as a prerequisite for true democracy. Grounded in rationalism, humanism, and Buddhist ethics, his vision emphasizes equality, liberty, and fraternity as the foundation of a just society. The paper explores the text's historical significance, its profound impact on India's constitutional framework, and its enduring relevance in contemporary struggles against caste-based oppression. Despite constitutional safeguards, caste discrimination persists, making Ambedkar's work a guiding light for social justice movements. By analyzing Annihilation of Caste through historical textual, and comparative lenses, this study underscores its crucial role in shaping progressive discourse and policy reforms. Ambedkar's call for a complete social overhaul remains an urgent imperative in the pursuit of an egalitarian society.

"In learning you will teach, and in teaching you will learn." - Phil Collins Much has been discussed about the characteristics and needs of Net Generation and Millennial students, including their learning expectations, preferred environments, and effective support strategies. However, as the student population evolves, so does the faculty. Today's 21st-century educators often share similarities with their students--they grew up with computers, had internet access during their graduate studies, may have taken online courses, and are well-versed in mobile technologies and electronic communication tools. Many of these faculty members were already engaging with technology when Web 2.0 tools emerged and continue to integrate them into their teaching practices. Faculty vitality plays a crucial role in enhancing professional education and competence. Strengthening faculty expertise in key areas such as teaching, assessment, research, professionalism, and administration can significantly improve the educational environment and enhance student academic performance. The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 emphasizes the transformation of teacher education programs to better prepare educators for the demands of 21st-century classrooms. In the words of Sardana et al., (2021), "The policy highlights the pivotal role of teachers in shaping both students' futures and the nation's progress." According to Kumar et al., 2020, "Effectively implementing this policy requires substantial structural changes within the Indian education system." This paper provides an overview of Professional Development Courses in the context of NEP 2020.

Plant-based preparations have been utilized since ancient times, serving as remedies for various human and animal diseases. Interest in conventional medicines has surged in different parts of the world. A well-known ancient fruit, Punica granatum, commonly referred to as pomegranate, Anar, or Dalim in North India, has long been celebrated for its curative properties. This fruit is rich in valuable compounds, including flavonoids, ellagitannins, punicalagins, ellagic acid, vitamins, and minerals. The primary constituents, particularly punicalagins and ellagitannins, are responsible for numerous health benefits due to their potent antioxidant activity. Additionally, the components of pomegranate exhibit health-promoting effects by modulating physiological and biochemical pathways. Recent evidence suggests that pomegranate fruits, peels, and seeds have therapeutic implications in health management by inhibiting free radical effects and modulating enzyme activity associated with disease development. In this review, we summarize the research conducted by various scientists on pomegranate and its formulations for treating different diseases. This study evaluates the antimicrobial activity of pomegranate (Punica grana-tum L.) peel extract in vitro and the anti-inflammatory effects of its gel formulation in vivo on inflammation.

In the future, many drug-drug interaction (DDI) scenarios may be predicted through computer simulations. However, current laboratory efforts focus on meeting evolving regulatory standards, particularly those concerning in vitro metabolism and transporter-mediated DDI studies. DDIs occur when one drug alters the pharmacological effect of another, potentially delaying, decreasing, or enhancing absorption. This may lead to reduced efficacy or increased toxicity of one or both drugs. A notable example involves therapeutic proteins altering levels of cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes in the liver, thereby affecting the metabolism of co-administered small-molecule drugs

The Samruddhi Mahamarg, a 701 km greenfield expressway linking Nagpur and Mumbai, represents one of India's largest infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing connectivity and economic growth. The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the project evaluates the ecological, social, and economic impacts arising from its development. Key findings highlight substantial deforestation, biodiversity loss, and changes in land use patterns, leading to the displacement of wildlife and agricultural communities. While baseline environmental parameters such as air and water quality were initially within permissible limits, the construction phase raised concerns over pollution and habitat disruption. Socio-economic analyses revealed mixed outcomes, with economic benefits like reduced travel times and regional development opportunities being offset by issues in land acquisition and resettlement. The project incorporated mitigation strategies including environmental monitoring programs, afforestation efforts, and sustainable construction practices. Overall, the EIA underscores the need for continuous environmental management to balance infrastructural advancement with ecological preservation. Socially, the expressway is expected to boost regional economies by enhancing connectivity, reducing travel times, and fostering the development of new industrial and economic zones. Nevertheless, challenges such as inadequate compensation to displaced communities, loss of traditional livelihoods, and social inequities emerged during project execution. Mitigation measures recommended in the EIA include extensive afforestation programs, wildlife crossings, continuous air and water quality monitoring, and strategies for socio-economic rehabilitation of affected populations. The Samruddhi Mahamarg EIA emphasizes the importance of sustainable development, suggesting that while infrastructure growth can drive economic progress, it must be accompanied by rigorous environmental management and social responsibility to ensure long-term viability.
