 Abstract

This paper attempts to focus on the importance of water conservation and its various aspects of Natural Resource Management (NRM), its sustainability, and economic enhancement for the community. The initiatives aim at reducing the ill effects of nature that the region is facing, the scarcity of rainfall and drought-like situations during the summer season. Hazaribagh is one of the districts of Jharkhand, which is geographically part of the Chotanagpur Plateau. The climate is generally dry with average rainfall data of 1250 mm annually (Ref: Table-1). Figure 1: Map of Hazaribagh Showing Political Boundaries and Water Bodies. The rock type of the Hazaribagh is Archaean-Proterozoic Granite-gneiss- gneiss, Schists, Phyllites, Granites, Amphibolite, Basic and Ultrabasic Lavas, and Gondwanas. The district can be divided into three divisions, namely the Central Plateau, the Lower Plateau, and the Damodar Valley. The Central Plateau is situated in the central part of the district. Hazaribagh town lies in this part, having an average elevation of 600m. The lower plateau is situated all around, surrounding the central plateau. The height of the lower plateau averages 450m. The Damodar valley region is situated in the southern part and extends through the blocks of Keredari, Barkagaon, Patratu, Ramgarh, and Gola blocks. The area of study, Ichak Block, lies in the lower plateau region and thus has very scant rainfall with an average of 1234 mm annually. The area is often faced with recurrent drought during the summer season. Table: -1

 Abstract

CryptoBacker is a decentralized crowdfunding platform that leverages Ethereum's blockchain technology to introduce a transparent, secure, and trustworthy environment for campaign creators and backers. Unlike traditional crowdfunding platforms, where centralized control can lead to issues such as fraud and fund mismanagement, CryptoBacker offers a fully decentralized solution by integrating smart contracts for automatic fund management. The platform enables users to create campaigns and receive funding in Ethereum, with contributions held securely in smart contracts that release funds only upon meeting predefined milestones, minimizing risks for contributors. A rigorous user and campaign verification process ensures that only legitimate campaigns go live. To further protect against market volatility, all contributed funds are converted into stablecoins such as USDT or USDC. Partial fund release mechanisms, overseen by administrators, provide an additional layer of security, ensuring accountability throughout the campaign's lifecycle. This paper presents the architecture of the platform, its security protocols, and the integration of blockchain to redefine the crowdfunding model. By harnessing the transparency and immutability of blockchain, CryptoBacker aims to set a new benchmark for decentralized fundraising, fostering trust, and ensuring the equitable distribution of funds.

 Abstract

Police work in today's setting can also be considered to be very active because obviously police officers are no longer confined in enforcing laws and maintaining law and order to prevent riots but are also tasked with handling crisis and disaster situations. Another factor that has shifted the training and equipping of the police personnel in demeanour to disasters has been the incorporation of "SMART" policing that incorporates technology, big data and community-based policing practices. In essence, this research paper aims at identifying the factors involved in police work in term of disaster management, the impact of the application of the SMART principles and the need to enhance police readiness based on the lessons drawn and new situations arising in relation to natural and anthropogenic disasters.

 Abstract

This study focuses on the effectiveness of leveraging gamification in Human Resource (HR) practices to enhance employee engagement and productivity at the workplace. In this project, extensive research has been conducted on how gamified strategies are being implemented within HR functions and their impact on employee behaviour and performance. The integration of gamification in HR practices plays a vital role in creating a dynamic and engaging work culture. The primary objective of this study is to examine how gamification techniques can improve employee engagement levels. The secondary objective is to analyse the influence of gamified HR tools on productivity and to assess employee perceptions towards these initiatives. The study used a simple random sampling technique. Primary data collection methods were employed. For data analysis, SPSS software was used, and non-parametric tools such as (U Test, H Test, Correlation, Chi-Square Test, and Weighted Average) were applied. The results from the analysis indicate that gamification in HR positively contributes to enhancing both employee engagement and productivity, fostering a motivated and performance-driven work environment.

 Abstract

harassedpossessions, intentional defaulters, and loss-making assets, which have severely impacted their balance sheets. This has led regulators to implement stringent awareness, follow-up actions with banks, regainingevents such as the Insolvency Laws of 2016, corporate debt restructuring (CDR), extraordinary provisioning, and significant financial consequences for defaulters. The authors have analyzed bank-specific and macroeconomic factors affecting non-performing loans and their influence on banking effectiveness. A multivariate pane data investigation was conducted on 35 Indian communal and isolated sector series from 2007 to 2016 using immovable effect deterioration, improvednormal least squares, and the scheme GMM method. Detailed results for public versus secluded sector banks are provided in the assumption.  Abstract

The Indian real estate sector has experienced significant digitalization in the 21st century, leading to a transformation in service delivery and customer experience. This shift is crucial for the growth of a developing economy like India, which heavily relies on the building real estate sector for economic progress. Digitalization has significantly impacted customer-centricity in the real estate sector, enhancing engagement, satisfaction, and overall customer experience. This study aims to fill the gap in literature on the impact of digitalization on customer-centricity in the real estate sector. The objective of the study is the impact of digitalization, enhancement, and challenges on customer-centricity faced by practices in the real estate sector. The study uses descriptive statistical tools simple percentages, charts, graphs, frequencies, and one-sample T-tests are used to analyze the hypotheses. A total number of 36 respondents were selected, and a questionnaire was used as an instrument. The findings show that real estate agents have to focus on customers to help gather opinions about digital changes in real estate, aiming to improve customer experience using technologies like virtual property tours, artificial intelligence, CRM systems, and mobile apps. Real estate firms are adopting a more personalized, transparent, and efficient approach to meet evolving customer expectations. However, challenges such as digital literacy gaps, data privacy concerns, and a lack of personal interaction persist, limiting the realization of a customer-centric digital ecosystem. The study concludes that real estate agents must balance technological advancements with customer-centric strategies to ensure digital transformation aligns with modern customer needs and preferences.

 Abstract

The synthesis and characterization of (Z)-3-cyclopentyl-N-((1-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)methylene)propan-1-amine (CIA) are presented. CIA was synthesized by reacting 1-methylindole-3-carboxaldehyde with (3-cyclopentylpropyl)amine, yielding a yellow solid with 89% efficiency. The compound was characterized using 1H and 13C NMR, which confirmed the structure, including the cyclopentyl group, indole moiety, and Schiff base (C=N) linkage. FT-IR spectroscopy revealed key functional groups, such as aromatic C-H, C=N, and C-N stretches. The UV-Vis spectrum showed characteristic electronic transitions associated with the conjugated aromatic rings and imine group. The mass spectrum confirmed the molecular weight of 268.19 g/mol, with isotopic peaks at m/z 269.20 and 270.20, corresponding to [M+1]+ and [M+2]+ ions. These results verify the successful synthesis and structural features of CIA, offering insight into its electronic properties.
